Years ago the owner decided he didnt want my mom and dad in his trailer park.. (for his own personal hateful reasons.. because theyre both good people). My mom asked for a week to get her things which were in the shed, the new owner didnt mind .. but Joe minded and denied it. He threw all of my moms belongings on the street.. her clothing.. everything. To this day, we have no pictures of my grandmom and had so many of them. He threw it all out. I was too little to remember this, but it hurts not having old family photos just because he didnt feel like being a good person.

Mom has a problem with someone breaking into her trailer. Maintenance is quick to respond for needed repairs. Rent is economical

No after hours maintenance, landlord is either a closet racist or just flat out rude & disrespectful. Prices aren’t too bad and their the cheapest you’ll find in bridgeton unless you receive government assistance.

Tips Trailer Park have affordable Trailer for sale but you will never own the lot. Joe is a very arrogant person to where he will get rude with you. I dont live here but I do have close friends that live in Tips Trailer Park & I have seen personally with my own eyes how Joe treats people which is straight up ridiculous!

The landlord fixes nothing all the house it rains in the walls mold I give it not 1 star the landlord came in my trailer while I was asleep in the back door if I didnt have a dresser there he would have seen me naked hes a slumb Lord. I can show plane tickets all my receipts I left for work he banged for his money and I have proof of all this. Tips dont go there is my evaluation request people that own their homes are the only ones not living in squeaker. The water is dirty electric faulty I have pictures and proof.

This is a very nice place. Reasonably priced Mobile homes. Great area, Close to transit.

Once the owner knocked on my door because my visitor beeped the horn.He said because she was disrupting the neighbors she could have came and knocked on the door. Don’t bother asking for something to get fixed.

This place really takes your money for the application then when you can to inquire about the application they claim they dont have it or you never completed one. Also alot of drama out there and it flooods bad

I just went and gave somebody a ride but I wouldnt recommend tips trailer park to nobody you really got to be in a desperate situation and live there first of all because the manager of landlord or whoever he is I dont remember his name but hes very nasty and I heard a whole bunch of stuff about him how he arrest women if they dont pay rent or something yeah keep coming to the house like wanting to know who they are and like as if he want to maybe you know make a deal with you hes nasty
