Playground was clean and a nice place for both of my kids to play. Corona virus is tough on them and they really enjoyed.

Take the time and go to a summer Cape Cod Baseball game. These young athletes from all over the country play hard and deserve to be seen. Brewster has plenty of bleachers (both sides) and a small picnic table area where you can sit. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and sit on the hill or around the ball field. Local school PTO grill burgers, hot dogs, cheese nachos, snacks, etc for a small cost. Parking lots do fill so get there early.

Great place to see a minor league baseball game. Very kid friendly - with a playground for kids who lose interest in the game. Food available on site.

I’ve been to a few Cape Cod League venues. While they are all great family entertainment, this is the best I have seen, in particular as a place to first expose very young kids to the baseball experience. The games start no later than 5:00 because they don’t have lights which is much better for very young kids who need to be in bed by 7:00. The field is at an elementary school that has a very nice play ground directly behind home plate with an overhead net to protect from foul balls. It’s perfect for kids who will inevitably get fussy or bored or just want a break from sitting still while still being able to take in the game. There is also a nice hill behind first base which provides a great place to view the game while still allowing kids some ability to move around without bothering other people. To top it all off, the parking lot is directly off the Cape Cod Rail Trail (right off, not even requiring maneuvering around a few side streets with busy game day traffic) making for a great family bike ride to and an afternoon game. All the Cape Cod League teams do a great job providing classic Norman Rockwell type New England summer entertainment but there are just so many advantages for this venue for parents with very young children who want to give their kids a positive first experience with baseball. They literally couldn’t do it any better than they do it in Brewster.

Always a nice night for Cape baseball. Lots of obstruction though when it comes to seating.
