Went in for laser tag and axe throwing, it was a lot of fun! The staff was friendly and helpful. There were some technical issues with the equipment which led to delays. If they keep up with all the maintenance and keep the area clean, it would be perfect. Still a fun time was had, 4 stars.

Went there for their New Years Eve party and had a blast. Laser tag, paintless paint ball, bow and arrow tag, bounce houses and blow up arenas of all shapes and sizes, live DJ, snacks, unlimited pizza and a non-alcoholic toast at midnight were all included for one price. Coin operated games were separate, but there was tons to do without them. Had a GREAT time. They even have comfy couches to sit on and rest if you were tired. They have similar deals all the time. I highly recommend it.

Went here for axe throwing was a fun time but the environment looked like it was thrown together. Wasn’t a big deal but it would’ve been better if there was updated equipment. It looked like whoever runs the place found their dining tables at a yard sale, most of the chairs were torn into pieces. Should really take time to clean the place.

Took my 3 younger boys today for the first time and they had a blast playing laser tag and all the arcade games! Jacob, the worker was incredible! Best customer service we have had in a long time..will definitely recommend and go back soon :)

We had an amazing time today! The staff were so friendly and nice. The pizza was delicious and they have a great deal for four people and only $15 per additional person. My girlfriend and I went for date night. It was fun at first, they showed us how to throw each axe and we appreciated the tips but after 20 minutes we just wanted to have fun with it and every time we’d go to throw we would get corrected. The owner Brian came over, him and the instructor were talking about us while we were throwing, it was very unprofessional. We were going to stay to drink and play arcade games but after a while we became frustrated with Brian and the instructor breathing down our neck, it was no longer fun. Then when we told the instructor we just wanted to have fun and we didn’t want to be corrected each time we threw, they got offended and started to count each time we threw making it clear how many turns we had left. If you pay for the hour you should get the whole hour to throw. We had an hour and left after 35 minutes. It was a cute place and seemed like there was a lot to do, we wish we could have stayed and enjoyed our time there but we were uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic time learning to throw axes and I hit the Monster Jackpot on one of the arcade games so I left with a cute stuffed animal!

Came here for an adult birthday party with a group of 7. We had a great time at the axe throwing area (knives were my favorite) and had a blast with laser tag. We brought out own cake but they have tons of options for snacks. Definitely would be plenty to do for a day pass.

Fun place overall! We try to go when we think it wont be busy. My step son is a little too old for bounce houses, so we play the archery and laser tag. I got schooled by a couple of 5 yrs old boys. Bring money, you will need it! It was $21 for three of us to play one round of archery, but the more you buy the more you save.

Had a fantastic time. Got the full day pass for a group of four. Two dads and two kids. Laser-tag was fantastic and encouraged interaction with the other kids there. Arrow tag was so much fun and addicting. Meanwhile reball was a nice clean way to play paintball. We were even able to leave and come back. A great place all around

You guys are amazing. Its been a long 3 or 4 months cause of what is going on. It feels to to finally be out again and having fun. G-foce makes me feel like a kid again with all the games there. They will give there all for the customer to make sure the customer is satisfied. Food is amazing and hopefully more things too come. We love come playing cards like yugioh, magic the gathering and pokemon there cause its a fun atmosphere. We always expect new players. So come join us on Sundays and wednesdays and also come check out Gforce its good for all ages

Was the number of bodies aloud still aloud? Also was the Covid in Season?? No, they did not agree to any of those things. That is how and why they wanted to come to you. So, again, contract gets broken. You may want to tread carefully on this situation. It is here in text. They can not have things exactly the way they would have been if covid wasnt going on!! Exactly the way you run during normal times. That breaks contract. Either way. Some of these kids are leaving immediately to move onto their lives so postponing options isnt going to work. Again, you do what you think is right. It sits on your shoulders keeping the full $1900. You never gave them an option of refund, especially with what is going on in this Country at the moment.. No one feels safe anywhere anymore at the moment.. whether it be covid or protest. I mean really please think about it if you were these parents and seniors.. You didnt even consider any of this. There is two sides to the story. You may want to catch up on both sides as well.. I still feel you should offer money back and honestly dont really understand why you wont.. As far as the Contract. It should have been null and voided as soon as covid started.. You can write a big explanation all you please. This is still not fair or right... Very Sad Actually

A bunch of friends and I came here and had a wonderful experience that will bring us back for many future endeavors. The pizza was delicious and a great deal. The staff was absolutely spectacular and made sure we were happy and safe throughout the entire time. Im surprised the place was empty! Its a great deal at $15 per person for three hours on Thursday nights. It was also double ticket night so we gathered 800 tickets and were able to save them to redeem later! This is a wonderful place and I hope they get more business! We will be back soon!

Came here for a party with friends before school started. Staff was super friendly, and all the activities were super fun. The pizza was tasty, and all of it was affordable. All around great experience, and I can’t wait to come again.

They have taken multiple schools project grad money and are not returning it even though they can not provide services paid in the contract!!! Then they try to blame the schools and parents saying they dont have transportation. Such an unprofessionally run business!!! Theifs!

Its wrong to not refund a deposit when there is a state of emergency like covid-19. Which makes it so you cannot provide all the activities stated in the deposit when it was requested.

This business refused to refund a deposit made by Dirigo High School’s Class of 2020, despite not being able to provide all the services offered. This graduating high school class is now out $1,900 that could be going towards their future.

Visited the bangor location. My family had a great time! So many arcade games to play and win tickets. There are a variety of bounce house to play on and very reasonable price. Definitely going back!

Today was my 1st time visiting this location, (Augusta), and I have no complaints. My son went for his friends Birthday party. The 3 staff members I interacted with were very friendly & helpful. The gear looked to be in good used condition. It was clean, and functioned properly. I didnt pay for anything but from what I saw the prices looked reasonable. My son had fun, and I played my 1st round of laser tag. I will definitely take him again sometime!

Had a blast with the all day pass today. Definitely worth it. Played archery tag a few times and got a good leg work out picking up the arrows.

The staff is super sweet! Was there for an end of the summer bash with a handful of friends and were treated like family (: Pizza is great, laser tag is super fun and the arcade has a great variety of games! Would definitely recommend for birthdays or casual get togethers! It’s awesome to have a new, fun place to go in the area.

They are refusing to refund a deposit to the Dirigo high school class of 2020, even though they can not fulfill the original contract. Disgraceful to steal money from kids who worked hard all year.

Great staff, lots to do (tons of arcade games at reasonable prices, bounce houses, re-ball & archery, laser tag) tons of fun! And if youre tired let the kids play while you relax on their many comfy sofas or massage chairs. Theres also food and free guest wifi! And for anyone else with light sensitivity this place is not lit to the max Checkout their FB page for specials!

Really neat place! Laser tag with plenty of places to hide from opponents. Bounce houses galore! Practice your basketball shots on one, your football throws on another, your soccer kicks or just jump around. Old school arcade games (who doesnt love to see a Kiss pinball or Pacman) and air hockey. Great staff who were always available to help and reset the laser tag equipment after games. Well be back!

We had a great time playing Yu-Gi-Oh cards at G-Force. Thanks for hosting card games in the party room Sunday’s at 3:00pm. Pizza was good and family played video games.

This is an amazing place! Though it was my first time, the staff was very informative and friendly, and they even have a dog inside, and she is very friendly and cute! I would surely say that the staff is full of friendly faces.The arcade is cool, and it leaves a bit to be desired. Mario Kart in the arcade is fun, and it’s cool to see that it also has The House of the Dead, the original Jurassic Park Arcade, and Big Buck Hunter. However, as a personal opinion of mine, it would be complete if they could include Initial D Arcade Stage inside, and of they can’t, that won’t bother me. :) Nothing to be mad about some Air Hockey was in it, and it is! Instant classic!I haven’t played Laser Tag in a LONG time, yet the concept of Laser Archery is pretty cool. I should try it when I get the chance.Oh, and the selection of snacks is also delightful. I bought myself some Starburst and Pop Tarts at pretty good prices, and I loved how the dog kept looking at me, and smiled in a way.Overall, I would totally love to come back to this place! You owe it to yourself to take your friends, family, and children to G-Force Laser Tag! It’s definitely your choice of entertainment in the town!

Visited in a whim. The staff were very friendly, gave us a tour of the facility and mentioned future plans, all of which sounded amazing. The prices were reasonable and we enjoyed the arcade. Will definitely be back to try paintball and archery.

My son and I always have a great time when we go! We play laser tag and the staff is great and explain everything you need to do. So looking for something to do with the kids it is fun and local to us, as not much around the area.

Seems pretty nice. Reasonably priced, nice arcade. Was a little unclear how to play laser tag, but we figured it out eventually.

I took a group of students on a field trip and received excellent customer service from an energetic and enthusiastic team. The kids had a great time playing both Laser tag and Archery tag and we will definitely be going back in the future. Went here with two of my friends, really inexpensive place and very fun competitive games to play. The paintball was very fun to play and very fast paced. The laser tag was very crazy too with a bunch of people, so you really couldnt sit still. The owners dog is very cute and friendly, and every game in the lobby is nice to play, especially the massage chair and Mario Kart.

This business discriminates against people with disabilities and medical conditions and should be boycotted

Fun for a small group. Come back latter if they are packed. The gear is getting a bit run down. Some of the vests for the kids were just not worth paying to rent. Some of the guns were busted up too. Insist on getting good equipment or ask for your money back. You cant play if the gear is broken but they put them on the kids to play anyway. Failed business plan in my book.

We went to G-Force for a company event and had an amazing time. I was sore for a couple days afterward, but it was well worth it. We got to experience everything that G-Force had to offer from laser tag, specialized arrows, and indoor paintless paintball. There was also several arcade machines that we had a blast playing. This was the most fun I had had at a company event accross all the places I had worked, and it sure beat Bowling which had always been a company go-to for gatherings and anniversaries. I reccomend getting a pricing for your next big event from Birthday party or company gathering. (note: I didnt notice if there is catering on site, but I believe they may help with some suggestions if they dont.)

Had a large event with over 1300 youth and leaders and needed some inflatables and laser tag at 2 different locations after midnight at the same time. This company delivered and set up on time and the staff were awesome. Highly recommended. Thanks Brian!

Had a good time with 5 teenage boys. $120 for all 6 of us for an hour. A little pricy for what it was, some of the vests and guns werent serviceable. Id recommend it for special occasions.

Do not waste your money on a birthday party here. It is incredibly dirty and run down. There were feces on the bathroom floor, the private party room is actually shared with another party room with just a cheap curtain separating the two- one fridge for both rooms, so you’re going to have people in and out of your room if you are unfortunate enough to be in that one, or if you’re in the other, you’ll have people walking through constantly. The staff is uneducated and rude, the “arcade” is incredibly run down and small. You have to walk through the laser tag room to get to the party rooms, which is nerve wracking because it’s dark and people are running around/into you as you make your way. For $250, we expected a lot more, one being at least a clean environment and privacy. You get one hour for laser tag, but you have to share it with whoever else it there. Terrible and repulsive experience. Save your money and go somewhere else.- pictures posted in google maps images to include the feces on the floor and party rooms.

Rude workers, dirty facilities, and not worth the price. I will NEVER recommend going here, nor would I accept the rudeness of the workers to my children. More-so, expressing my concerns, and those of others, the equipment WAS VERY DIRTY AND ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. Unfortunately, I wasted hard earned money on an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Needs a fighting game, Street fighter, tekken, pokken, mortal combat, soul Calibur, marvel vs capcom, or any other fighting game. There was one cabinet that had multiple titles that was down, perhaps it has fighting games but couldnt judge. Mario Kart GP is best game here.

Was hoping for a fun night but it turned out to be cheesy as hell shittie old video games and tag was super boring that day there was only like 5 people playing so yeah ill pass till theres a big event for the public so that way its actually fun

I loved playing here, I can say there was an abundant of 9 year olds but it is a place for kids. The laser tag area to me had poor air quality and made me feel like with every breath I was damaging my lungs. But other than that it was a blast!
