During this pandemic they are selling pizza and other food items, which is good. I enjoy their pizza and glad to see they are still able to make money. Their food is delicious.

Pizza is surprisingly good, or, I could just be really hungry. Breadsticks are definitely good. Children never get bored here. Hours of fun for kids.

My son loved it. It was the perfect place for a two year old to have a party. All the kids, aging up to as old as eight, had a blast also.

Chuck e cheese is a pricey but fun escape from the rain

Fun to go play games with the little ones sometimes. We all know the food isnt the greatest....but its definitely not as bad as it was when I was a kid... (They must have different pizza now) we go there mostly to just play games.

Kids had a great time! Got there right when they opened. Was there for an hour just to play games and rides. Spent about 20 bucks. 2 1/2 year old and 4 year old had a blast.

My grandchild had his birthday party here. It was not crowded at all. The staff was great and so was the food.

For the entertainment factor this place rates a 5, just ask nearly any kid. I actually enjoyed helping my young grandson navigate through some of the games he wanted to play. The food? Meh. But who truly goes here for the food??? The staff were friendly, attentive, and on top of things too. The one thing, ONE thing that makes this review no more than a three (and this is a recurring theme in my reviews) is that there is NO CAPTIONING on the continually running videos they play. Come on! The technology is there and captions actually help young ones learn to read. Businesses that have televisions playing anything need to have captions on. Be forward thinking not reactive. The more places have captions running the more the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing will feel welcomed, and maybe even tell others about these businesses.

The Pepperoni pizza was very well made and taste fresh. The games were a lot of fun for my 4 year old granddaughters. The bathroom and place was clean.

Great price on playing games for 70 minutes. A little dirty but thats due to the kids not caring and throwing food and garbage everywhere. Also kids treating games and little rides as jungle gyms. Not cool. My kids loved it and had fun.

This place has definitely gotten a lot better since new management has taken over.The biggest difference is the game play. You now can pay one flat fee for a specific amount of time you plan on staying. There are even kiosks that let you pause your game play time , if you decide to sit down and eat some Pizza.My sons (2 &7) absolutley love this l Chick e cheeses! Keep up the good work.

Does Chuck E Cheese realize if they made good pizza how many more parents would hit this place up. I mean you come here and your kids are off playing and Mom and Dad get to just chill at the table and have a rare child free dinner conversation while the kids are off having fun so like seriously if the food was good we would go all the time.

Had so much fun this time. Bought the hour play card but my 5 year old was too busy playing in the play structure with other kids the whole time, my husband and I played the games instead and won a ton of tickets. It was funny lol the pizza and salad bar was really good too

This place, I wont be there again. I planed to bring my children have fun and eat but after I order chicken nugget and sandwiches after 20 minutes food wasnt come out then I checked with staff said I have to wait 10 more minutes. Think about if you go Mcdold they already been sold more than 20 orders of chicken nuggets. I ended up refund because my kids too hungry. So no fun and no food.

The place has certainly gotten better over the years Ive lived out here. It certainly is more cleaner, staff is friendly, and new RFID play passes which can have points to play games or have unlimited play for a certain time. This place has come a long way!

Staff are extremely rude and walk around on their fun. Not very enthusiastic about working at a childrens place....I literally couldnt believe it. Taking my order and eating and drinking while you are doing so.

Good place to take your children. Food is surprisingly good. They have newer games than other locations. Management seems very nice when ive spoken to them.

No one at the front to check that kids were not being taken. Only one cashier during 6pm on a Saturday. Pizza came out quick, but app sampler was cold before it arrived. Overall a 3 because of the nice cashier and stuffed crust Alfredo sauce sausage pizza.

It was okay the kids had fun. I just think they need better prizes for the money you spend there.

The customer service was great they made my daughter feel like a star on her birthday. Even the rest of the kids went home with smiles on their faces asking if we were going again.

If I could rate it a 0 I would! Walked in and was immediately given nasty looks by staff. Staff are extremely rude and yelled at my kids for looking in the dip in dots container. A lot of the machines were down or out of tickets. Food was okay....

This place is AWESOME...the grand kids love it...they love it even more when Chuck E. comes out...the kids have fun...you have fun...sometimes I think the parents have more fun then the kids...thats what it is for...

Climbing equipment was filthy. Line to get food was way too long. Facility is on the small side.

Had fun with Grandson and Grandma. Food is ok but facility is dirty. Seating area needs a deep clean especially with all kinds of kids there. Staff was good. Seemed to care and was having a little fun.

There should be more but I admit, its fun because trying to get the most tickets possible is the objective you have to complete. I recommend getting the timed cards. The points given do not match the amount of time you have. If your grinding at a specific game, it saves you the points you wouldve waisted. So again, GET THE TIMED CARDS. I see nothing special about the prizes tbh but you know, its about having fun. Remember to bring your bag!

I really like and enjoy when my daughter plays at this Chuck-E-Cheese. It seems well cleaned (games,floor, and bathroom). The people that work there are great! The only downer is that it might be short staffed sometimes. But I will drive the longer distance to go to this location over the concord location... every time! So for the most part Im grateful and really enjoy taking my kids to this Chuck-E-Cheese. Thanks!

Went for the party package and my daughter was so excited when she got to get exactly what she wanted from her tickets without being told she didnt have enough tickets

Our 10 yr old loves this spot, its safe ,clean with plenty of games and room for the kids to run WILD!!! Chucky comes out like once a hr and sees the kids. The kids get tickets back from playing the games they can spend at the toy counter . Its one cent per ticket when you turn them in. Fun! The pizza and wings messy, kids love that...lol and we will be back for sure

Definitely one of the cleanest Chuck E. Cheeses I have ever visited. I love that they use the card system instead of tokens and the food is good, too.*Updating to add that at our most recent visit, Adam was next level with his customer service. He greeted us with a smile and was patient when we had no idea what to order or how many tokens to buy. Thanks, Adam, for being so positive and upbeat.

I was invited to my little Great, great, nieces birthday party. My husband and I brought out our child within, and played the games. We had so much fun!!. The only thing I suggest is, that you get some adult games/machines. But overall it was a great experience! Thanks.

During week is good/ not crowded. But manager was quite rude when my daughter who just had a baby and had special dietary needs was asked to eat her food outside. I purchased over $100 of foodn snacks . His major attitude was not appreciated and didnt need to embarrass my daughter

The stupid pay pass things for games is a rip off. Some games took credits but didnt let my daughter play the game, and games that said 100 tickets won produced 3. The games produced very few tickets as it was anyways. For a $20 card we got at best 50 cents worth of prizes, retail, much less that they would have payed for it. I will never go back with my kids, and having to stand in line for the pass instead of the old change machines is ridiculous.

We all ways come to this place on weekends and is fun and safe for the kids to play. The pepperoni and pineapple pizza it the best along with a salad mm! Mm! Mommy finger liking good.I personally like the place. Just that parking lot can use a good cleaning Tobe more representative area

A lot of gun violence games for a childs environment. 6 total or approximately 15%. I know that Chuck E. Cheeses has to balance games that kids want to play against profits, but I feel that I pay an obvious higher price to play their games for the security knowing they are young child appropriate. In light of the recent child shootings, parents need to be more responsible to impose guns are not toys or cool, and businesses should be doing the same.

I dont eat pizza here. Just go to take kids to play and they love the games.

4 stars is given for the presence of enough games to keep my kids occupied and excited. The food is a bit pricy. Youll need much more tickets now to purchase toys. My kids had over 400 tickets and they could only here things very very small toys.

I was very disappointed how dirty the place was. When my grandkids needed to use the bathroom it was filthy tables were dirty some games wouldnt give tickets but would take the money. Not sure if Ill bring them back. I would expect this place to be cleaned since it is a childs place.

The kids love the play area, it has quite variation of games. But the food service were terrible, we had to wait more than 25 mins for our 1 medium pizza, fries and chicken wings order. Which is according to the cashier its only take 10-15 mins for the whole order.

For $60, I kept four kids entertained for 3 hours (about $5.00 per kid per hour) in a safe, clean and fun environment.One of the things I love about Chuck E Cheese is how they stamp your hands so they know which kid goes with which adult. Because of this, I can safely find a table to sit and read my Kindle while the kids run around and scream and play. The places always clean, staff are friendly and when a machine is not working, theres usually someone there to fix it and give the kids you some extra tokens or tickets for their trouble.Pizza here (call me crazy) is one of my favorites (besides Papa Murphy). Kids love it too.They do have a bunch of new games and with the introduction of cards, some of the games require two credits (or two tokens). Still, a good value and lot cheaper than the carnival

Staff is absent most of the time. Toys for tickets were unexciting. My kids still love it. Weekends brings a rough crowd and fights have taken place. Only prefer it on the esrly weekdays.

We had a good time, almost all of the machines worked. Took off a star because unless a family had paid the big bucks for their party, they didnt do CEC live. We were there for almost 4hrs and he only came out once, for the private party. Even tho it said every hour on the :30

Most of the games are unappealing to me, an adult the pizza was ok, nothing special. The staff werent obnoxious and i think they were doing a good job juggling with everyone there that day.

My wifes grandsons birthday was here today. Christian and Mars were our party people. They did a great job for us. Everyone had a good time playing games and eating pizza.

Fun place to let the kids loose. Get there early, always some free tickets on the machines when they start them up.

I been coming for 2 yrs now hoping the service will get better but still the same. They need to keep the salad bar refill not empty, they need to improved in maintaining the place cleaner. My fam we stop going for while and today my son wanted to go still the same place nothing has changed.

I never bring food in Chucke cheese but this time my son just left hospital and couldnt eat anything with cheese and the wings are too spicy for him... but manager was nice enough to let us enter with outside food that he could eat.. its the little things that count

Great if youre a kid oblivious to the ear splitting screams of others. Parents & grandparents be warned. Lots of $$ to play arcade games and get tickets to trade for toys you could get at the dollar store. Not a lot of healthy choices for lunch or a snack. But, children do love it.
