I really like Impact soccer league and enjoy coaching my boys. They had some computer/tech issues this year but nothing to major. Thanks for providing us sports in our community...

To start with, at the beginning of the season, my daughters under 9 team was given pennies that were WAY to big!!We had to struggle to find a field to practice on, and later find out from the city that the city of brentwood has fields set aside specifically for IMPACT recreation soccer that we were never offered and never played on.(but you better believe IMPACT had their competitive teams play there)They changed the date of one of our games without telling us, then never rescheduled, even gave us a loss in the standings (which affected our playoff seeding).We had a game rained out, and it was never rescheduled.. To add insult to injury, the weather cleared and we went to the field at the time the game was supposed to be played (to kick a ball around with our daughter) just to find out IMPACT cancelled our game so the competitive teams could play on the fields we were supposed to play on....(we were scheduled on Freedom Basin which does not get closed after a small amount of rain like the fields in Brentwood where IMPACT comp usually play)Look, we played at IMPACT for 3 seasons, and with every one of them we felt like we were nothing more than a checkbook. If we volunteered to help, they treated us like they were our employer.... Hello.. We are your customer!!! How about a couple lessons in customer appreciation and customer service???From what I hear, they are under new management this year, so maybe things will change....
