Over priced no rent control not worth the money they charge for space rental for an old(1970) rundown facility

Lived there for quite a while and enjoyed my time there. The manager Of the park was always helpful and understanding. I’m somewhat surprised by the negative ratings but ultimately anybody that’s posted anything negative did not get their way or they never paid the rent and put themselves in the situation they were in. The only downside to this park is the space rent but besides that this place was perfect

Been living here for about 1 1/2 now. Every time I call the office never fails, NO ANSWER. They broke in to my house on Friday didn’t get home till Friday night, called the “weekend manager” to notify her knowing that she wouldn’t be able to help me. 2 weeks later no call from the park manager to at least pretend she cares. It took me 3 weeks to get a hold of the park manager to let her know our light pole outside had been dead for the past month. It’s like I’m calling the office even though we don’t leave Voicemails call us back We are tenants we must need something. Rent is expensive, I’d understand if we had a nice caring management team it wouldn’t matter, but we don’t. No one drives around the park to patrol only unless invoices/memos are being dropped off. It’s sad to say that I love my manufactured home, but don’t like where it’s located.Guess management doesn’t care just as the other reviews say.

Beautiful place.

Weve lived here for over 10 years with our girls and have had no issues with management. We really enjoy living here because we feel like we live up in the mountains and my girls like to go hiking in the back by the creek. My neighbors are all great. I love the piece and quite up here. The schools are what brought us here.

Its in a very nice part of Brea in the middle of the canyons. Beautiful scenery all around. Watch your pets at night though bc the coyotes out there love to party and go through the trash in the middle of the night sometimes. They never went through mine but after big holidays I could hear them in packs houling and crying in the vicinity. And once I think there was a skunk going through our trash right outside my bathroom window. It was snarling. But what can you do your in their home. Its safe tho I never had any probs and Id live there again. Just make sure you keep your pets inside at night just to be safe. Id recommend this place.

Lived here for 7 years, woke up to beautiful surroundings every morning. Lori the park manager is fantastic!! Always very helpful and attentive to resident needs. Great schools and enjoyed the peace and quiet the park offers.

Do not move here. They raise the rent every month with no notifications, they guy who measures the electricity does not monitor correct, causing your monthly bill to go up, the park has control of all your utilities, manager is racist and not helpful at all.No parking for visitors and not enough parking for residents. The pool is always dirty they clean the pool once a week for residents that go every day.This place is the worst, nice location due to the hills but they want to charge if you are living like a millonier, they are just mobile homes. Please be advise the staff in the mobile park, or owners do not take care of their residents.

Hidden in the hills. Older property. Older homes. Quiet area. Fire station across the highway. High monthly space fees.

Overall weve had a great experience since weve moved in here in October. The new management has been quite accomodating and professional. Weve been informed that the old management had some issues but Adrian, the new manager, has been very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process of our mobile home. Even though weve had some plumbing issues, those have been promptly attended to. In addition, it is quite safe here & very quiet in the evenings. We also have a wonderful view of the hills & we really enjoy living here. Most of the neighbors we have met have been quite cordial as well as the staff here. Were looking forward to many more years of pleasant hill living.

Nothing to like. Dont even rate one star. They cheat people out of their homes and resell for a profit. Been through 4 managers in 4 years. All of them liars. The sub metered utities are a joke. Managers change the numbers to suit themselves. One month the electricity is $750, the next few months its not even a hundred. How does that happen? Look at how many of the homes for sale are by the park. All of them are homes that were taken by the park. Look at some of the homes that arent struggling at the jacked up rents and crazy utilities...there are 2 and 3 families in there with screaming kids.

Hollydale is a pleasant area to live, residents are friendly and you get to enjoy your privacy. Managment is awesome!

The costs here you need to consider. Lot rent is too high monthly!!!

This Mobile Home Park is a mouse trap! Yep, that why it is still exiting.

They raise the rent and forse you to move out. They sell your home because they wont approve anyone you want to sell to. They forced my 80 year old Mom out and sold her home.

Its ok. Only a handful amount of extra parking, not a good place for the kids because they arent allowed to do much, as there are strict rules for them, the pool is nice if its open, and it seems like many have let the appearance of their homes go

Stay away from this place. They Jack up rents until they force you out and steal your mobile home from you. Please do not even consider moving here, you will be sorry. Manager lied in court and cant be trusted.
