Unrushed both members of the staff were helpful and answered all our questions
Not the fanciest museum but bigger than expected and showcased a number of talented artists from across the state. Easy parking, nominal cost, and friendly staff, but you likely wont spend more than half an hour looking at exhibits.
Great local art space. Frequent events. Wonderful historic building.
Brattleboro Museum in located across the street from the Co-op a good place to park. The Museum displays an eclectic mix of local and regional artists. The sculptures out front lawn are usually unrelated to the inside exhibits. As former train station , a piece of history on the East-side of the tracks, now gone, was a wooden shack with a Chome Vending Machine, 5-cents would fill a small bucket or bag of coal. It looked like a bit like an old pay phone.
A nice little museum with changing exhibits. Worth checking out:)
A small museum with changing exhibits. We come by on an annual visit to the area, and its entirely different. There have been 4 or 5 exhibits each time and all good to excellent. Well be back next year.
