Had our daughters birthday there..and she had the time if her life.we will be going back again..

This place is great for kids. When I was little I went there a few times. That was 16 or 17 years ago. Who knows what changed. Still have a few chuck E. CHEESE TOKENS still as a remembrance to my childhood.

This is a MASSIVE store. I have been going here every month for over a year, and I love this place! The pizza is always tasty, and great, ALWAYS clean, and tidy. Employees are friendly enough, and can be helpful. One main reason I go here though is to see the animatronic band, and of course the pizza, while the pizza is tasty as I said, the animatronics really need more attention, as they are not in the best condition, but I love them anyways!

I really love bribing my daughter to this facility. There has been renovations to renew and improve the strip mall as a whole. It’s a very clean, the staff are prompt and polite. I find this place to be exceptional and I highly recommended coming here. Lastly, the staff does keep the machines clean during this pandemic.

My son and his cousin love this places!We usually get the 2 hr Game card and it’s usually enough for them, their pizza n salad bar not the best for me! But the kiddos like the pizza...

So much fun. More people than I expected for first thing in the morning but was still nice and tables were spaced out

Absolutely, positively the worst Chucky Cheese ever. Even my grandchildren were sad to see how bad it was. The bathrooms were disgusting, half the games didnt work. The ones that did work, took the points and stopped working. The pizza tasted horrible, none of the picture taking machines worked. There were children cussing, climbing on the games, left unattended.Definitely wont return and the money wasnt worth it.

Service was nice and friendly. The chuck e. Cheese band on stage is just for show now. They do not move or sing

Havent been to this location since I was 8, the first time I went I was 7 years old and was in 2004-2005. This was an awesome place to be at as a kid. Good memories.

Had a awesome time with my daughter at this location!!!! The manager came over and even asked how we were the girl at check in however seemed like she didn’t know very much information on the questions being asked other than that it was a very perfect time.

I love how they took temperature is at the door. Go during the day time less people.

The salad bar was down... Thats my fav. And we were hungry we ordered a pizza it was expensive and not enough..

As of right now its quite which is good. Not many kids and plenty of sanitizer. As always the pizza is amazing. Because of covid the food is limited, no salad bar.

It was great went to celebrate granddaughters birthday. Lots of fun hanging out with Chuck E. Cheese. As long as the kids had fun, thats all that matters!

Went here to celebrate my nephews 4th birthday the staff was beyond professional and attentive! Everything was setup and on time. We came nearly and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. The salad bar was a welcomed option. I took a star off because it had an odd smell in the building.

It makes me happy seeing my kids happy when we go there!

This place was better than what I thought it would be. It was cleaner and staff was more friendly than last time. Only 2 games broken this time. There are lots of tables. The place was packed but still lots of room. The pizza looked edible. The prizes are lame. Would definitely go again.

We come to this place just to play, and the kids had lots of fun! We could spend hours here! Great variety of games and rides.

The pizza is very tasty. The appetizer platter was good too. Service was good. I was there for a bday party. The kids had a great time. My only concern were the games that were not working plus that day the air was broken. So it was hot. But truthfully the kids did not care, they had fun and that is the point after all.

The place is a large place with lots of things to do to have fun. The dining area is huge too but the downside is, they shut the machines down at exact 9 pm, and if you have time left in your play card they dont refund it, so you have no choice but to come back or forfeit your money. The only reason I gave it one star instead of three, is because the biggest issue I noticed as a parent is that 1.) When we were entering we noticed a woman and little girl leaving right in front of the employee who stamped our arm, and she didnt even check her. 2.) When we left, they didnt even check us. So what is the point of the stamps on the arm? As a parent that does not give me any reassurance that this place is safe... And every other chuck e cheese Ive been to has been good about checking everyone every time.

Its big. Good for smaller children.

Avoid this place all costs!!! I once loved going there with the kiddos but it has gone downhill in the past months! It’s very dirty and lot of the games are not working. The people working there are rude. It’s just not a pleasant experience anymore. Hopefully they can do something about it.

Chuck E. Cheese is the best for my children. They enjoy themselves & the prices are decent. Its safe & spacious with lots of games for the kids to do. I come here often

The games here are pretty fun, but they got rid of my all-time favorite, the jump rope game. The staff could be a little more enthusiastic. I mean, come on, this is supposed to be a cool place where kids go to have fun... not watch adults sit around and frown. They now have an option for all-you-can-play games within a certain amount of time. You may be thinking, Thats awesome! Now I can go win a bunch of tickets and buy a bunch of cool prizes! But thats not the case. Inflation has gone CRAZY here! Now its 60 tickets for a tootsie roll and 100-something tickets for an airhead! And the worst part, I have about 1000 tickets total saved up from the last couple times I came here (before inflation), and now its probably enough to buy, I dont know, a pair of cheap sunglasses and an airhead! Im not trying to give this place a horrible reputation. Im just stating the truth. If Chuck E. Cheese doesnt like what they see on my review, then maybe its time to change some things.

Coming here on a weekday is the secret! It wasn’t crowded at all, and my boys love to play the games...and win tickets! Staff behind the counter & the manager working on the floor were all friendly, kind, and helpful. We will be back soon!

Out of 12 ticket counters only 2 are working. Then the staff barely has a clue how things work. While we did have fun on the games, they really need to do some maintenance on the machines. There are 4 sides to that counter in the photo and only 2 sides on 1 of the 3 machines were working.

Pizza was actually pretty tasty. And the birthday cake too. Our birthday party coordinator (who is only 16 years old named Sydney) was awesome. She did a great job organizing and keeping the party going. The kids had a fun time. May go back again next year and will see if Sydney is still working and ask for her again. Good job!

Great value for birthday parties. Kids absolutely love the unlimited play. Pizza is really good to. Elena our host was super great. The prizes for turning in tickets are a little weak but its inevitable due to the unlimited play.

The place was clean and spacious. Only 4 stars due to some of the games not functioning properly and broken soap dispensers in restroom. Staff was nice and food came out quickly.

Clean. Fin. The kids really enjoyed it.We didnt have the sticker for my infant as we left. The staff actually made us show proof that he was ours before we could leave with him. I understand for some that would be annoying but I loved the extra security measure.

Really great for party..salad bar is a bit pricey and they give you really small plates for your salad besides that its a wonderful place for a birthday party they put on a really great show and I would go again

This place has seen considerable improvement since we last visited. I live the way it looks and is now. Only complaint is safety. We went to leave and had two small kids with us and waited by door completely unnoticed and had to ask for someone to see if they wanted to check our stamps before we left with appropriate children.

Nice place but they don’t have the large small ball pits like they used to or much other indoor play areas for kids except a slide. They use a card instead of tokens or cash for games and tickets are redeemed in a machine with a receipt before you get to the counter to exchange for toys or candy. They stamp you and your toddler for additional security.

Nice place for the kids. I just wish they didnt sell beer. Its a kids paradise for petes sake.

We enjoy going to Chuck E. Cheese but I wish this location was cleaner. I have a friend who wont take her children there because of this. Ideally, there should be a staff member who walks around sanitizing the tables and machines between use. The bathrooms are reasonably clean. It would be great if they would add a turkey sandwich option to the menu. The selection of games is good but bringing back pinball would be fantastic.

Its a good value. The only improvements need to be game reliability. Other than that it is a great indoor activity to escape the heat that is kept clean and orderly.

Had my daughters birthday party today. Everything was organized and smooth. I thought it was well worth the money and so easy for me. I could just take pictures and enjoy while they did the rest. She smiled and laughed and enjoyed every minute!

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed my visit here. We were visiting some family in area and had planned to go to a local playground. However, the weather did not cooperate, so we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese.The parking lot was quite full, so we were worried that we would not be able to find a table to fit our party of 12. However, the inside has plenty of seating. The are areas for private parties, as well as walk-ins. We were able to bring in our own birthday cake, which was really nice. The food was average. They do have a pretty good menu of food that includes pizza, wings, a salad bar, and more. So, it was nice to have options, especially for those in my group that dont eat pizza.It has been a while since I had been to a Chuck E Cheese, so I am new to the all-you-can-play cards. Basically, you buy an amount of time (i.e. one hour), and you can play any game you want during that hour. It also includes the games that win tickets for prizes. I was a little skeptical that we would be able to play enough games to get our money worth. But, they have a large selection of games, and we were able to play a lot of them during our time. And, you can pause your time to take a break, which is really nice.Although, I dont live in the area, I would definitely visit this location again when we in the area. And, it makes me want to go visit our local Chuck E Cheese to see if it is similar.

This is the worst Chuck E. Cheese you can come to . Make the drive to a different one. Was here for over 2 hours not once did I see chuck e come out. About 20% of the machine give you tickets . Some are out of order or just have no tickets. But good luck finding anyone to help . And the tickets you do get you’ll have to wait behind a line of the muncher since they have 3 of them but only 1 that works in each station: and after that you’ll wait in line to claim your prizes since they only have 1 person. Make the drive to another Chuck E. Cheese .

Always fun to bring my little here, if games would actually work and staff be on point with them, this would be a better rating.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. On her way out she face planted in the parking lot right outside the front door. She left as a unicorn. :/ Hopefully my kids wont want to come back here. They really need to fix the parking lot. We only played games this visit...they were enjoyable.

The kids had a good time and I think the price was fair for the food and play pass. However the games were constantly breaking and they seemed really short staffed to keep things going. When we addressed the issues with management they didnt seem to care. The final straw was when the kids were using their tickets to get their prizes. The girl behind the counter was really rude to all of us when my child asked for a specific color of a toy he wanted. I totally understand that working here can be difficult with all of the insanity but the way she acted was totally uncalled for. We went there to decide if we wanted to throw my boys next birthday party there. I was very disappointed!

Great games and toys for children. Hope to see better improvement on staffs’ communication with customers. Then it will be a perfect 5 stars place!! :)

Extremely ghetto and dirty. They serve you cold food and won’t remake or reheat it upon request. The games don’t pay the amount of tickets they say they’re going to. Just all around a terrible location!

Had a blast...but many machines out of tickets and poor guy was running around refilling and refilling. Kids had a blast at b-day party and bumper cars!

Was very fun. Kids had a blast.The prizes could be better or for less tickets though.

It’s a great way to get your kids energy out, just don’t go expecting top of the line service, clean ... well anything (restrooms, tables, games), and the food quality hasn’t changed much but the menu has expanded and the prices have gone up. I’d recommend if your kids love Chuck E Cheese, to get on the email club and wait for the flat rate play all day to save you some money.

Its of course a cool place for 7 year olds and under. And food isnt bad but the stench of the inside all the way from the entrance, its just horrible slap to the face as you open the entrance door.

Been coming here since I was a kid an havent gotten tired of Chuck an his gang, the delicious pizza an of course all the games. I take my little ones here so they can share the experience I had as a child also. Chuck E. Cheeses is full of fun an excitement I enjoy every minute of it here with family an friends. Highly recommend everyone come here.

Horrible customer service. My large group of students was at a park field trip outside. It started to rain and the supervising Coach on the field trip called Chuck E. Cheese to see if they can accommodate our group of 21 children and three Coaches. We explained our dilemma about getting out of the weather and they quoted the price of $7.99 per child to play for 60 minutes. When we arrived, they stated that it would be $20 per child because we had not made the arrangement 24 hours in advance. Since it was raining and we were anxious to bring the children inside, we were willing to pay the extra fee. HOWEVER, they would not let us pay the additional fee over the phone via credit card from my business. Since it was originally supposed to be a free park field trip, the Coaches did not have the business credit card or a check. So, Chuck E Cheese hiked the fee substantially from the phone quote to when we arrived, then they gave us no way to pay for it. I explained that I could drive a check over and/or a credit card to them while our children played inside but they would not allow that to happen. I explained that we were an established business of 20 years in Brandon and had used Chuck E Cheese many times, but that didnt matter. We left. After having 21 children waiting almost 30 minutes while Chuck E Cheese management chose to not honor their phone quote and then give us the run around about the type of payment, we left. We will not be using Chuck E Cheese as a venue for field trips again. They are not a true community partner to children and families.

Took my youngest boys, age 3 and 4, here to celebrate a goal they were working toward. We had a wonderful afternoon. Friendly staff, clean dining room. There was a mix up with our pizza, and someone from the kitchen came right out to correct it and make us an extra pizza- free of charge! We will definitely be back.

Staff was friendly and provided good tips on the atmosphere. Only draw back was several of the games were out of order and out of several ticket machines only 2 sides actually worked. You stood in line waiting to redeem your tickets for quite a while.

This is a really clean chuck e cheese ! When we first got there ,about 1 oclock on a Saturday, there was the perfect amount of people there. It wasnt tok crowded , you could find a spot. It was great. We left a little after 4 and by then it got packed. There was a long line to order food. There was only one person working the prize counter , so it took foreverrrr. I think it is a good place , just needs more staff. Or older staff who can move wuicker (instead of young teens )

Decent amount of games and the same can be said for the pizza. The place was clean too.

The staff was pretty helpful some parents should keep an eye on the kids more but other than that it was a great time

Most the games were broken but still ate your credits. Nobody could figure out how to use the gift card and ended up paying. Most the machines when they worked didnt give tickets for your prices and attended wouldnt let our kid pick out the toys they wanted and just encouraged us to keep them for next time as if I would come back to this CC. Our done loves CC but this location is poorly maintained

Good for last minute. When you cant think of anything else to do with your 4yr old child.

Horrible experience at this location. Nothing works. 40% of all the games are broken or not working. The ticket counting machines are broken as well. So your pretty much walking around trying to find a game that works for your children to play. Staff not really helpful and the manager (Kyle) is no where to be found. Will drive further for a better experience. Never will return.

Birthday party for my Granddaughter today. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early, but it isnt managed well. Got there at 1:05 for 1:30 party. Stand at the door waiting to go to table too long. No one acknowledged us until I asked if someone could help us. Ordered drinks for adult, but cups didnt arrive until the pizza did. Its a very tight area for the party. A bit of a struggle. My granddaughter had a great time as did all the kids. Ticket counters werent working so it was a manual count. It was a struggle to check out. They totally hit the nail on the head as far as entertaining the kids, and thats why we were there. The only negatives were adult stuff.

Had the best birthday party ever for my 2 year old grandson

I’m a current worker here this place needs more stable workers we go through workers and I’m constantly training new people that only last about a month I’ve been here for 2 years and should get paid a little more for the work I do I try my hardest to keep the kitchen running smooth and getting the food out on time and tasting great if you ever come here ask for me jonathan Williams to make your food and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

No Chuck E. at this location. Pretty blah experience overall. Kids liked Largo location a lot better, mainly because of Chuck E.

It was awesome, the first time I came here almost everything was out of service plus it was so smelly, I smelled a pee smell from when I came. But this time it was different

Kids love it. Took forever to turn in tickets. Machines would only have one side working too redeem tickets causing very long wait times

Great entertainment for kids, but the place is beginning to show wear and tear.

We hosted my sons birthday party at this location this week. This is a WONDERFUL location. The play area is HUGE with a lot of games and lots of room to play. All of the staff were wonderful and the attendant/host was very attentive. We had NO ISSUES at this location and the party went as smoothly as possible. This location is leagues above other locations we have been to in other states. I was very pleasantly surprised. Do not hesitate to choose this location.

The place is dirty and so many games will not working properly the variety is not as good as other branches. To be honest I wont take my son there again.
