I was there for konpa paint night. It was a great evening. Different vendors participated at the event advertising their products, live performance and DJ played nice music. I loved the evening vibes. Spacious venue and the staff were nice.

If I could give no stars for this rating that is exactly what I would do. Traveled in from New Jersey for a wedding celebration and this place was horrible ! On the hottest day of the summer there was no air conditioner at this location ! Hair done and 10 minutes in I was in a pool of sweat ! This was very inhumane and unprofessional of this establishment. There wasn’t even anyone there attempting to fix it or make the situation better. You would think they would at least have fans or do something but NOTHING ! Couldn’t even dance or enjoy because of this. Don’t book an event here !

If I could give no stars, I would. This venue and catering establishment was unprofessional. I went to a wedding shower here on the hottest day of the summer and there was no air conditioning! Guest were uncomfortable and what was suppose to be a joyous occasion was ruined due to the unprofessional management of this venue. Management did not communicate the issue with the air conditioner to the persons coordinating the event and refused to address the issue the day of by avoiding phone calls regarding the problem.On top of the sweltering heat inside of the building the bartender was unsanitary! For over an hour, I witnessed her handle money and lemons and limes for drinks with her hands! As she would pick up lemons and limes and put it in drinks, she would collect money, scratch her face, touch her hair, etc. without sanitizing her hands! Completely unexceptaple an unsanitary! A simple fix would have been to have tongs to avoid cross contamination.At one point a guest complained of how hot it was and the bartender told him to take off his shirt! Not ok! I would not recommend the establishment to anyone looking to book any type of celebration.

Lots of space. Absolutely delicious food. The best mini desserts Ive ever had. The only thing that could have been better was if there was more than one worker. It is a large space that can hold a lot of people and they only had one worker to serve the food and clean up.

I had a 40th Birthday party. It was catered..everything was perfect..the only suggestion I have is to paint ..to freshen things up!!!

If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. Went to a wedding reception and the bar did not except credit/debit cards. They had this independent ATM that charges you for taking out money in addition to the amount needed. The room smelled like cigarettes and/or cigars. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING!! In the he middle oh a heat wave and NO A/C!! Are you freaking kidding me?!!! The parking lot was poorly lit. We were in total darkness. This place should be permanently closed!

I am completely appalled with the treatment we received last night 7/20/19 . I attended a wedding shower and it was about 90 degrees if not more in the hall. I spoke with bartender and heard other people say she told them “take your shirt off” to the guys. As I asked her why it is so hot she began to blame the owner and let me know she is “aware” but “doesn’t care”. So unacceptable! People left early, pregnant people felt faint and had to leave. On top of that we all know Saturday 7/20/19 was considered dangerous to be outside because of the temperature being so high close to 101. They only had 24 pack of water to give to an expected number of over 100 guest. Inexcusable!!! Owner showed up and never fixed A/C!! Never brought fans in and did not speak to Union member to apologize or explain the issue. Something has to be done about this!!!

Its a nice place to have a function. The bar was very well managed with very fairly priced drinks. Its definitely worth to be checked out.

Terrible place, went to a wedding shower, the place did not had AC, i have all my hair sweat and i notice one of the staff walked in, I thought she was gonna fix the Ac... she just took a look at the kitchen and left. Very unprofessional. I will never recommended this place. Im also getting marry and o thought about ask my friend for this place and i dont even need to to that. Terrible terrible terrible. I would never ever go there no even as a guest. SO AWFUL

The food are terrible I believed that I got food poisoning after attending a party there.

Booked a event with this Fasano catering service worse mistake of my life.. They are absolutely terrible, the owner made a mistake double booked our event gave me another hall then went ahead and emailed me that I can have the hall free because of there error. Then four days before the event they call me and say we don’t won’t to lose money so can you give us 300 for the event fee because “I’m losing money by giving you a free hall”! Remind you we had invitations made for the wedding shower, people coming from out of the country, and we had all of that changed. Did we lose money YES!! Then the owner says angrily in an email then why don’t you order more food from us. I was so upset because she originally told me I can bring my own catering service and order only a few dishes from her but she recanted on her statement. Long story short, it was 93 degrees outside and we show up to the hall and they tell us there will be no ac for the night. Then when we went to bartender area it was very cold but hall was 89 degrees i checked the thermostat. My guest were complaining and our clothes were drenched. All our guest left at 10:00 leaving us to clean up alone in the heat. The owner never came to apologize but she showed up and told bartender to tell me i’m not to use her kitchen!! This was all at the Sons of Italy Braintree Ma. Very unprofessional and the worse catering service possible. I will be filing a complaint!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The worse experience i ever had. Im already spreading the words of this terrible place, management to all my friends and family. AC doesn’t work, the knew it wasn’t on a summer time with a 90 degrees outside. They don’t care about costumer at all. Im glad we didn’t use their dirty and smelly kitchen.
