Extremely dirty. Got there when they opened and there was cake on games, the ones that did work, crumbs all over tables, just completely dirty everywhere. Woman that let us in to take temperature did not even have mask on. When trying to find out how many tickets my son had I had to wait until the girl got off of her phone when I finally yelled excuse me for her to stop what she was doing on her phone to come help us. Will not return. Do not know how place could be so dirty first thing in the morning unless they just never clean period.

Good staff. Fun time. Sticky floors :(My husband, son and I took our daughter to Chuck E Cheese for her first birthday. Knowing it was mostly fun for big brother.The salad bar was clean, the food was as expected, the staff was polite.But the floors were sticky. Not just in front of the drink area though... like on the carpet.Could use a good scrub :)All in all, happy customer.

So Disgusting there IS two inches of dust on the window sills. The lady Manager was so rude. It looks like the are not to worried about people’s heath. Which they need to be with COVID.

We decided to reserve my daughters birthday party here last minute. I spoke with the staff over the phone to reserve a spot. The lady on the line was very nice and helpful. The manager was phenomenal. She organized and planned the activites accordingly. She was very patient and cheerful. My daughter had a great time and left the place smiling. We had a great time too. The pizza was good and the games were good too.

Several machines down. We came during a slow time and the staff was suffering from the doldrums as well. Really miss the salad bar and wish they would bring it back. The pizza was delicious. They still do that very well. It was a decent visit and my son had a good time. It still is a nice break from all the troubles we are suffering in this nation. Fun is a valuable commodity these days and we will be back.

Currently open with extra safety measurements. Great for kids 1 year and older.

Went to a birthday party. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was and how they interacted with all those kids!! The pizza was really good and they made sure their was enough! All the kids had a great time. I really like their program of stamping family members hands with the same invisible code and checking them as you leave. A good safety measure for a place full of kids!

My kids , husband and I had a great time. Everyone was nice, respectful, friendly, it was great day today!! Specially the staff, everyone who works there treated us right, helped us on the machines (it had tickets stock) and where you go to get toys and candies they took their time in each and everyone very attentive and carefully, smiling at everyone, very very nice staff! I think this is really geared toward little little kids. Maybe 6 and under. Its not nearly what I remember as a kid. Just about 25 arcade games that dont actually give tickets by skill or luck. Many just give tickets based on the credits you put in. The pizza is exactly like it was 35 years ago though!

My family and I enjoyed it, but we didnt actually get to see Chuck E. It would have been nice to take pictures with the mouse! The stuffed crust pizza was pretty good. Some of the machines were not dispersing tickets (might want to put an out of order sign on those). The lady at the counter seemed friendly but like she really didnt want to be there. Thank you CEC, for a great time.

The wings were cold and the churros almost broke my tooth it was so hard, other than that the kids enjoyed themselves

Fun times and great memories. The employees here are always checking on you and fixing the games quickly, when they break down. They even give you a free game afterwards. Favorite place to go with my son when the weather is not perfect here in FL.

The staff where kind and helpful. They even took time to go play with the children. I felt very safe letting my children play

Havent been to one in years!Didnt understand how to play some of the games....or there was nothing to do to it??? Thought the place looked pretty clean....then they brought out a highchair OMG IT MUST HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEANED!!!!!The pizza was decent.

We love the remodeled Chuck E Cheese. They have all the newest games and drive version games.Our kids have gone every year for the past 5 years. Salad bar & delicious pizza. Have your small party or have theres, any kind of party. Young and old love it here!

Loved the bumper cars for the kids! Some of the staff members were a bit grumpy like but the others were happy and friendly...its all about the kids there so you need happy staff members

Went midday Friday. Wasnt too busy and hectic. Their stuffed crust pizza is a 10/10 Also that new operation game is pretty cool.

Came for a birthday party. The staff half the time did not care to help with the responsibilities at the front desk/register. There have been a time where one of their employees would be fiddling with their phone,t even though people there was a large line at the register and one person is working. This place is both understaff and their current staff do not care

Food has gotten better, all the games are working (for now), staff was great, parents are normally great but you get some parents that will let their kid climb up on machines while youre playing them and get mad when you dont like it. Not the cheapest place but it was fun. Needs more shooting games ;)

Bunch of games dont work and then you cant get your tickets counted out because the ticket munchery machines are literally breaking down 2 to 3 times per minute..........Uggh I remember when Chucky Cheese was actually fun now its a breaking down cesspool of aggravation. Food wasnt good for price.

They brang us the wrong pizza and we didnt notice until after we took a bite. And it was cold. The place was dirty. We had to clean our table and chairs off before we could sit down.

They have so many great games to play and prizes to win, and the shoes they do are amazing!

Its ok, except for the smell and half of the kids there were unsupervised and not very nice. Been there 2 times in 4 years and probably wont be going back. I do like the card system they switched to though.

We have been here with all the family kids as they have grown up over the years! We love all the games and that you can let your kids run without the worry of strangers taking your kids as you and your family get uv reaction stamps when you come in! The doors are always monitored and did I mention they have lots to of fun games! Pizza and other great foods! Including salads! A must for great family fun!

My 8 year old daughter loves games, so she likes going here once in awhile.The games need a update, but most of all, the staff is not very friendly or should I say, motivated.

Chuck e seemed wore out, but that didnt stop him from being very patient while my indecisive 2 year old tried to decide to get close to him or not as it was his first time.All the games we played worked as they should, salad bar was great. Definately a great first experience, we will be going back soon

Great for the 10 and younger kids. They can run crazy and actually be kids. They sell beer for the parents.

The food was very slow coming out and cold or burnt. The employees although trying to keep up were overwhelmed as their manager stood and WATCHED. Thank goodness we only have to go once a year.

Staff was rude. Half the games didnt work. Pizza took almost an hour to get. And its way too expensive. I get it that its a busy family place but come on. I spent over 100 dollars there on food drinks and points and it was a giant waste. My 3 year old wanted to get out there as soon as possible. Speaks for itself.

Some off the coin slots would not give coins ....i do like that we paid 13 bucks and my little one played for 45 minutes...she had a good tume thats what matters.....

The pizza was actually pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised although it took a lot longer to make than I feel it should have.I recommend the lower amount of game tokens and buying more as needed unless you plan on coming back. We bought the 140 tokens and after over 2 hours still had a little over half our tokens.The games were pretty even as far as age ranges. My kids 4 and found plenty of games to enjoy while also playing a couple things myself. Some werent operating though. They have bumper cars but it wasnt active and it was only big enough to literally just repeatedly ram into the same 3 people without moving too much.All in all though, we will go back to spend the remainder of our tokens and may venture in randomly from time to time.

Great place to take the children have a lot of fun

We had fun here. The main problem I had was this place other peoples kids being jerks. My three year old was pushed out of a car ride by another kid and the same kid later tried taking over one of her games. Lesson is stick by your kid if theyre little like I did.

This was my first time going with my kids and they loved it.

This might actually be one of the last times we go. I have two kids and one of the player cards got loaded with 15 credits which roughly translates to being able to play 15 games. The other player card got loaded with 15 minutes. My daughter played five games and then our pizza came and then our pizza came out. We sat down and ate then went to continue using the cards. My daughters card was empty. The cashier loaded the card incorrectly. Now there is a way to load time on the cards. Perfect if your kid is going to use multiple games rather quickly. The downfall is you have to run to the kiosk and pause your childs card so that the time doesnt run out while youre eating. Of course when I brought to the managers attention that one card was loaded with time and the other one with credits, she said that was impossible that we dont make that mistake. I wasnt going to argue but I told her maybe the cashier did it on accident and could I just please get 10 credits loaded back to the card. So she eventually gave me 14 credits back which I was happy for. But over all the time part of it was not explained in the beginning. When you get the coupon online, 2 for 30 make sure you specify that you want either 15 minutes on each card or 15 credits. Trust me itll make a difference once your kid is standing their heart broken and cant use the credits or time that you spent your hard-earned money on. The last few times that weve come to this location weve had a pretty decent amount of fun. But it seems like the attention to cleanliness has gone down and now with this new time or credit set up its not being explained properly in the beginning when you purchase your cards. Kind of a bummer but the value isnt what it used to be. A personal Pizza, to Childrens drinks, a salad, and 2 playercards was $40! We walked away with four dollar store items after cashing in tickets. Just not worth the value Im sorry.

I like the 30 minute $10 all you can play deal My child had a blast and I didnt have to break the bank. If you order food you can pause the card to eat, so that doubled my time there.

Employees there were unamused and lazy or had attitudes. Half the games didnt print out the tickets that were awarded or were broken. Game tech. Kids were no where on floor to grab and fix anything... nothing like what it used to be 10 years ago when I worked there. Sad.

The customer service was great! The kids have a good time but run out of things to do pretty quick due to the lack of games/rides. The Chuck Es in the CHI area up north are sooo much bigger and better, was kinda disappointed.

My grandson had a great time he is only 15 month.I was very impressed with there security .going in we were stamped and leaving the young man made sure our grandson matched.Our food was fine and they have more than pizza

I was not pleased, with management at all. We arrived at opening, and were there till 2:30 pm. My grandgirls played, ate and played again. Mind you there was a pretty good amount of people there. But, we never did see Chuck E. Cheese. We, didnt happen to miss him he just never came out. It is not easy to explain to young children, why Chuck is not at Chuck E. Cheese. Pizza was dripping with grease. The crew plus, Mr. Manager looked and acted like they stayed out last night way to late, and came back this morning hung over(with the exception of the young lady that was cashiering). The bumper cars were charging the whole time we were there. Looks like they would have been put on the chargers the night before. To be ready at opening. Worst 40 bucks I ever spent.

This will always be a fun place to take your children. I hadnt been in several years and I will say the place is a lot cleaner than it used to be, however the games dont all work, and youre constantly having to ask a staff member to either fix the game or refill the tickets. Overall it was okay and my three-year-old loved it but not the best time for me LOL.

I love taking the kids on week days. Its less crowded and the kids always have a blast.

The place is kind of dirty. The soda machine was very bad, you could taste a mixture of mold, cleaner and soda. Tue pizza was fine and the games worked fine. Bathrooms were not kept up with and most of the employees had no idea what they were doing.

Its very fun I would recommend it

Had a party for my child today. Wait staff was fantastic. But......we paid the $25/head option because it was to include unlimited game bands, gift bags, 2 pizzas, and dippin dots (assorted flavors that I looked into because my child is NOT a fan of chocolate). We got the games bands and pizza, but they were out of gift bags-and offered the children nothing to compensate for that. They also were out of all non-chocolate flavored dippin dots. My child ended up not eating any at all because she doesnt eat chocolate. It was a disappointing experience because of these reasons, but as I said the staff was good. The place was clean. Kids had lots of fun even though a few games werent working properly.

The food was great even it is was over priced. The games seemed lacking and the staff was terrible. We even had a man toss a broom at our feet. When my children were picking out prizes the lady blew and sighed like she hates her job. Only the cashier and cook that brought us our food were nice.

Not too bad, the kids had a good time but some of the staff were a bit rude. I waited close to 15min in line at the front to get food and tokens. At least 8 employees came out and looked right us and left to the back room. No one even said be right with you soon. Just walked away and there must have been 10 people in the line. I can see a few minutes but it was awful. Been here several times and the place is always busy and at times over crowded. Wish they would expand the place and get better games. Some of these games are out dated and dont work right. This place is for really young kids. Over all not a bad place to take your younger kids and beat the summer heat.
