Stoneybrook is a wonderful community to live in. Nice amenities, good neighbors and well-maintained common areas. Its a mature community (14/15 years old) that is STILL desirable. We love owning a home here.

Spectacular place to live in. Very friendly people, great amenities, newly built Costco! 2 community pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball, Restaurant. Very close to I75. Decent schools, shopping and restaurants galore around.

Huge pool that has a shallow part the middle and, a 5 foot deep end and then a six foot deep end on each end

Could have nicer things. Mainly good. A waterslide would make it a bit more popular though.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Great place to have fun and get sun. The pool hurt my eyes though.

Not an extremely wide array of equipment but everything needed to get the job done. Always very clean and orderly.
