The people here dont have ANY respect for their neighbors. Just this morning, someone was blowing their horn over and over and over at 3 am. Just holding it down while driving. Not a care for anyone who might be working today. The same with the music. Not caring if kids have to sleep for school. The mgr doesnt care. The maintenance men act just as trashy. This place doesnt have any age restrictions though. There is a nice sized pool.

It was a really good place to live like 5 years ago but not anymore! The people at the office are never there, and when you need them to do something they always have an attitude especially the women she’s so rude and disrespectful she should not be working there! They are never at there office and never answer there calls and when they are there the office smells like cigarettes it’s disgusting! I don’t know what type of people work there but is so unprofessional!

This place is a dump there are cats & dogs everywhere pooping in your drive way kids are always on the road. Loud music is allowed here All Night...there are no parking spaces for visitors so they need to park on the road...theres a fenced place were people constantly leave gross dirty mattresses, sofas & other furniture that kids will then play on they should build a playground or something to keep these kids out of the roads & not on someones peed on bed not to mention the maintenance guys who just drive around the hood they are useless. Only move here if its your absolute last option it is quiet in the daytime & there is a pool

I now call this place my home. I grew up on the east side of Bradenton and moved away when I turned 18. I had to move into this trailer park because I had no where else to go. And I am shocked at how quite it is. The people here are friendly and kind. Regardless of the fact its a trailer park in East Bradenton I fell more comfortable here than in some apartment complexes

Look the price it right here , 375 for lot with water, usually most trailers have parking for 1 or 2 or even 3 cars, small but we have room for our 3, pool, lots of kids no age restrictions, u can buy one trailer for usually 3000 to 12000$

This place is just awful. Animals running loose all over the place. People hanging out being loud and just trashing the place. There are good people that live here because its fairly cheap. Its too bad that even they try to be neay, its impossible with their neighbors that just dont care.

Better like loud mariachi music, and dogs.

Dont move here unless you want your stuff stolen right off your porch by the matenince workers. They stole a dresser I was painting for my 2 year old daughter. After repeatedly telling them not only would the dresser not fit through the door but I was still painting it they went and took it while I was gone. They waited until I left my home.

Manager is awesome! Nice pool. Perfect for all ages.

Would give it 0 if I could. Everyone trashes the place, and nobody cares about noise ordinance around there.

Went and drove by today looking for a new home. Looks like a complete dump. The pictures are misleading. Whoever is running that place needs to clean the area.
