Im currently a resident, and I really enjoy the size of our lots and the privacy we have, I notice a lot of the other lots are very roomy as well with lots of yard and space between other trailers.

Septic tanks dont get cleaned properly, most are ready to over flow. Roads are complete crud, potholes that are the cause of damages to everyones vehicles( hense the abs light on your dash) . I dont advise a visit or to live. Land lord does NOT keep up matinence. In every contract it says land lord is responsible for fixing any problems, he has only made them worse. Joe should be held liable for any damages to trailers. Last winter many trailers here had pipes freeze because of incompitent matinence where the land lord had made it so pipes burst under the road. Irrigation doesnt work and didnt work last year. For paying over $400 a month for one lot is a rip off. Most people whom visit the trailer park dont visit for a long time becuse of the problems with the roads, not to mention once during the summer will they fill the pot holes in with gravel which only lasts for a month. Over all this trailer park and the owner suck.

The road could have used scraping today but other than the slush there were visible spots of asphalt. Got to view a lovely doublewide being set up by a very nice lady. The lot sizes were very impressive, i may have a new favorite mobile home community!
