Working with Bozeman DJ was amazing! The person who runs their office, Kerri, is quick to respond, nice to talk with over the phone and very knowledgeable. They have all the bases covered for you and ask questions that you might not even know to ask. Their planning sheet is easy to fill out and the DJ helps you stay on schedule if you have lots of things to do during your event. At my wedding our DJ, Ben, kept us on track for timing the bouquet toss, cutting the cake, first dance, father/daughter dance, etc. Their music selection of course is on point and appeals to various tastes and age groups. DJ Shane and everyone at Bozeman DJ were absolutely delightful to work with. Everything was absolutely perfect from the ceremony to the reception. DJ Shane got to our venue an hour before and set up so everyone could hear the ceremony. The ceremony music was perfect exactly what I wanted. The reception he checked in with us and our timeline. All our guests were dancing and commented how great the music was. I love how organized Bozeman DJ is and their timeline you submit. Dj Shane was very professional and did an amazing job being our emcee. He was a lot of fun and so easy to work with. Ben KILLED it at our wedding! I was very impressed that he actually DJd, and didnt just push play. Bozeman DJ Service provided music for our 2nd Chance Prom event, a fundraiser for our local homeless shelter. They donated their services for the cause and did an outstanding job. They were great at communicating before the event, on time, and had amazing choices in music. They were so good at reading the crowd and fading out songs when people werent getting into it. Very attentive, great on the mic and interacting with the crowd. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Weve had Paul (or his DJs) come a couple of times now to DJ for dances weve put on for our volunteers and athletes for Special Olympics here in Bozeman. Everyone LOVES it! Its always been fun, gets everyone involved. Paul has provided that extra, personal touch that shows he cares about what he does and how he does it. I thought DJ Paul did an exceptional job with our wedding reception. His management of the festivities really took the load off of our shoulders and allowed us to just have fun. There was a ton of dancing all night at our event and although it went on later than initially intended (both testaments to his skill), he was willing to keep spinning records as long as folks were still having fun! Still hard to to believe its over but our wedding and reception were a huge success and I consider DJ Paul a big part of that. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family for future events.

Paul was really great to work with! He was open to really any kind of atmosphere we wanted to create at our wedding reception and kept the party going all night! The DJ at our wedding was a nice guy.However, he kept calling the bride and groom by the incorrect names, denied most song requests made by guests at the reception and requested to leave the venue early.

We hired Bozeman DJ Entertainment for our wedding in August of 2012. Paul was so friendly and nice; and most importantly, he did an amazing job at our wedding. From start to finish, we had great service with attention to detail.If you are picky about your song selection, as I am, dont you fret. Paul has a song selection survey that you fill out and from there he plays the songs you want to hear. Also, from that survey you can request any songs that you for sure would like played during the event.Once again, we longed the service we got from Paul and Bozeman DJ Entertainment.

Smaller cities have fewer options. This is a fact, but that has no relevance to the quality of those options. Paul Churchill owns his craft and absolutely enthralled our guests! Our wedding website had as many compliments to the DJ as our ceremony. Bozeman needs to be proud because they have one of the best DJs I have ever seen. I have been to weddings in Seattle, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Portland, and Boston and he blew my mind.If anyone has been to a wedding you know the memories of the reception hang in the balance of the music. Paul delivered. His anticipation and flow with the crowd was perfect. Walking around the room I saw ages from 2 to 92 dancing and at no point were there fewer than 30 people on the dance floor.

We had DJ Tony for our wedding on August 2nd, and he was fantastic! We liked that he was always checking in with us as far as when we wanted to do things (garter toss, first dances, etc.). He was so flexible and made our wedding reception so fun (we had several crazy games of musical chairs and duck, duck, goose going on)! Thank you so much again!

Could not have asked for a better DJ experience. Our wedding reception music is something we had been thinking about for a long time and was important to us. We had a list of about 70 songs that were must-plays. Paul hit them all and then some. The rest of his selections were perfect and kept the dance floor filled all night. Some DJs can tend be a bit wordy and use the mic too much; Paul was absolutely perfect. Would not have changed a thing about it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My wife and I shopped around for music options for our wedding, and after reading other reviews and contacting several DJs, we chose Paul/Bozeman DJ entertainment... and we are SO glad we did. Given that we had a destination wedding, we were unable to meet Paul in person beforehand. We communicated with him via email re: a songlist and event timeline and met him in person only minutes before the ceremony. However, there was not a single glitch where Bozeman DJ entertainment was concerned. Paul arrived early to set up, dressed professionally, and handled things perfectly - from the pre-ceremony music, to the wedding march, cocktail music, the cake cutting, our first dance and so much more. We could not have asked for a better DJ; Paul is professional, easy-going, fun, and very talented. It was a wonderful event all around, and the key to things running smoothly was Paul - with both his music and his MC skills. I will say it over and over again... we are SO glad we chose Paul! Bozeman DJ Entertainment gets five stars for sure!!!!!

Where do I begin on how awesome Paul was for our wedding this year? Kelli and I hosted our wedding at the Sacajawea Hotel in Three Forks, Montana. We contracted Paul for both his Bozeman DJ services as well as the photo booth. Paul MCing our event made our day!We met with Paul a couple of weeks before our wedding day to discuss our plans. Paul was professional and well organized. His documents and explanations really helped us to get a better feel for the wedding timeline and the details of what happens and when.Paul showed up with plenty of time to provide microphones for our officiant and was really knowledgeable about micing the live musicians (cello, violins and guitarist). After our wedding my wife kept commenting on how awesome it was to actually hear her wedding song as she walked the aisle.At the reception, Paul was clearly in his element. He knew how to stay out of the way but also knew how to step up and keep the event moving. He has an excellent voice that carries well without sounding cheesy (for lack of a better word). We hadnt provided Paul with a ton of direction besides first dance music and song selection for a few other reception events. He did an outstanding job of feeling the vibe of our guests and playing a great mix of classics and newer music.Two weeks after our wedding Im still getting great comments about the photo booth too. He had an assistant staffing the booth and making sure everyone was having a great time with the fun costumes. Our guestbook is so much more interactive that a bunch of signatures.I would never hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Paul and the Bozeman DJ service. Without his services our day would not have been nearly as memorable!

Tony was very professional and kind. We emailed back and forth several times and he always responded quickly and politely came up throughout the night to ask about how we felt about doing xyz next. He was extremely sweet. I was pretty disappointed in much of the music, however. We rated current pop music at the lowest and stated that we liked oldies, alternative and classic rock and old school hip hop. He played a bit of those things but also a lot of current pop music and a couple things I felt were distasteful (the first slow song after all the first dances was an I like big butts rendition and it was so tacky). As nice as he was, I felt he didnt really do his homework. Everyone danced and had a good time, but my husband and I kept cringing the whole night as artists we really dont like continued to play (Miley Cyrus?) Such mixed feelings about this experience.

Paul and the Bozeman DJ crew DJed the Rotaracts second chance prom event at the Eagles this year, and it was an absolute hit! Not only were the tunes spot on for a prom event, both incorporating classic oldies with new age pop tunes, but the MCing was perfect.He asked us to give him a schedule of when wed like him to MC certain events happening throughout the night, and did a perfect job. We were able to hand him the schedule and enjoy ourselves, trusting that he would handle everything and he nailed it. We had a raffle at the event that he managed and got the crowd really amped up about, we raised a ton of money for charity and couldnt have done it without him.Moving forward well never even consider using another DJ, we are excited to welcome Bozeman DJ back to all of our future Rotaract charity events. He has the Rotaract groups stamp of approval, I would highly recommend Paul and Bozeman DJ for all of your DJ/Party needs!!
