Usually love, went 2 days ago, there was trash all over the floor and half the games were broken as well as ticket machines. Seriously disappointed. In their defense it was spring break. Also spring break happens every year.

There were a decent amount of games not working and had no sign saying it was out of order. I felt like we spent half the time trying to find a functioning game. The ice cream machine was out of almost all the ice cream and I don’t know if they were short staffed but as we were leaving there was no one there to check us out. I get it if they were busy, but there were like 3 other families there that’s it. Most of the time I just saw the staff sitting around and talking to each other. Honestly I don’t see myself taking my kids there anymore.

I took my younger sister here to play some games. We had a great time. The service was excellent. We had the key cards for the games and had a certain amount of time to play the games. There was a good security system in place to make sure each child left with the correct Chaperones.

The customer service was horrible and very rude. We had to wait hours to see Chuck E come out. Its been my husbands lifelong dream to see Chuck-E-Cheese live and of course he shows up late on the day that were there. The tables were dirty and greasy the food was horrible me no recommended dis place

$5 pizza is a good deal and $5 wings. My godson loved it

My family had my little brothers birthday party here last week and the service was great. they had everything set up and even let us keep the cake in one of their coolers so it didnt melt which was nice of them. the only down sides to chuck e. cheese was some of the machines/play areas were noticeably dirty with stains. i wouldnt want my kinds touching or playing in some areas without a hazmat suit on. other than that everything was okay the pizza was yummy and they had a nice variety of prizes to choose from for the little ones. you could mix and match toys and candy. c= nonetheless my little brother had a blast and was having fun the entire time. great place for younger kids to have a good time. ill just walk with some wipes next time c;

This place is disgusting. Every trash can overflowing with trash. Every table dirty and covered with trash. Not so sure they know what a broom is either. Very gut churning how management can stand by and allow their facility to look like it does. Disappointed.

My grandkids loved the visit. I love the new card that they use instead of the chips.

We go here all the time with my 5 yo daughter. Also celebrated her birthday here, the manager was very helpful and the party host was always there when needed.

Chuck e cheese whats not too like? They have all the games for several age groups. They have a salad bar plus pizza and other side orders you can get. Collect those tickets and pick a prize!! Clean place. Has restroom and free parking

I dont know whats changed but this was the best experience at chuck e cheese! As soon as we walked in ghe place looks amazong and clean. We ordered food and it was great and came quick. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Just got home from Chuck E Cheese in Boynton. It was my first time at that location. I honestly wouldnt have picked that location just off of what Ive heard from the news. Let me just tell you that the employees actually were very well mannered and patient. I give those workers props and respect for not jumping that ticket counter. I understand that the kids wanna play and get tickets and have fun but some of the parents were not watching their kids and they were just running a muck, trying to steal tickets from other kids and trying to take their play cards. It wasnt gonna happen to my son cause I was right there watching his back. Id say about 85/90% of the ppl there have no respect for anyone, not even their own parents. And you can learn a lot about what a persons home looks like without even stepping in their homes. Theyre disgusting and filthy. But we made it out alive (with just a tiny bit of stench that followed us out the door. But you managers should be taking good care of your staff. Theyre the only reason you got 3 stars from me. I will never bring my son into your vicinity again. Ashamed and saddened by the city that I was born in and called home. You shouldve just left the movie theater there.

The staff was friendly, food was good, salad bar was fresh & the overall look of the place was clean.

Burnt chicken and broken machines

I took our 1.5 year old son. The staff member at the front door grabbed his arm pretty aggressive so they could stamp it. Then had an attitude when I confronted her about it. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. We continued on with our evening. Chuck E then came out to which all these older kids bombarded him knocking over my child in the process. There was a lack of attention from staff. Children climbing on the stage, running around, etc. And several of the games did not have tickets. The line for asking a member was ridiculous so we just said forget it. Will not return until some major changes are made.

Our daughter had a blast for her 4th birthday. I would highly recommend the Boynton Beach location for childrens parties. There is so much for the kids to enjoy it really wore them out.

I was not happy with Chuck E. Cheese AT ALL! I took my daughter there for her birthday, just to take her for dinner and games. I ended up paying $26.99 plus tax for 1 supposedly large pizza and 4 small drinks. I was not impressed with the pizza, especially not for the price that I paid! For that price, I could of gotten 5 large pizzas from Little Caesars that is across the street! Anyways, that was our first time there and it was all a new experience for us. So we get the food and sit down to eat....afterwards we continue with the games next thing I see...her time on her card is all done! On my way walking to the front counter I notice from the corner of my eye a machine thats used apparently to stop the time from continuing to run off the card. Again, it being our first time there, it would of been nice for the employee that tended to us let us know about having to pause the time on the card and where we could do it! After speaking with the manager, she was nice enough to at least replace back on the card that time that my daughter had lost. But I will not be returning there...in my opinion...I dont think its worth it and the prices they charge for the food too ridiculous for what were served!!

They need more workers at the counter where they give the give the toys n candy at i waited to long to receive my prize and while i seen employees just at the registrar and there was a whole crowd and only one working employee was helping with the costumer his name was Jonathan i remember he did a good job but they should have atleast 3 people helping the costumers because it was alot of ppl waiting for a long time .

There were a lot of games that my 2 year old daughter could play, and she had a great time. Good food and beverage selections. The robotic animation wasnt the way it was when I was a kid, when there was a whole group of characters playing instruments. Now theres a mouse staying there and TV screens. Also, not sure about it, but I think my daughter got hand, foot and mouth disease from there, since she got the illness 2 days later. Make sure to sanitize your kids!

Okay for a couple of hours. I dont like the card system because the kids get close to the gaming machine and It discounts as if they played. I liked tokens better. The food is okay. The place gets crowded.

The Chuck doesnt even come out ,and the service is like Walmart,1 cashier ,50 ppl , Plus the Girl Stamped my 6 month old with- out askingWhy?! They have like a thousand kids in there,$$$$ Good thing I didnt get any food,I could only imagine

This was a clean Chuck E. Cheese. Its smaller than Im used to. The only thing was that, on a rainy Saturday, they had one person stamping hands AND running the register. It was 10 minutes before we finally walked away from the register with the wrist bands. And then there was no one there to check our stamps when we were leaving. We just started walking out before someone stopped us to check.

I go there maybe twice a year because of their unique play area for kids but everytime we go we get some kind of virus and get sick.Recently we went there in the first business hours so it was good nobody got sick.Good place to spend time with small kids.

This is a great location. Very sizable, well cared for facility with excellent, up to date games. A hit for kids and adults too. All the games were operable (unheard of)! And a quick inquiry got us recommendations on which games were best for littles or gave out the most tickets.The staff was helpful from the start. They helped us understand the time pass and credit pass nuances. They worked to get us the best deal - they even looked up coupons for us.And to top it off they were VERY patient with us at the prize counter - with six kids and multiple ticket receipts.Plus, the salad bar was fresh and well stocked all through lunch. But admittedly, we were there in a weekday when it wasn’t so crazy.

Maria was our host and she made the party so much easier for me. (35 weeks pregnant at the time), my daughter had a wonderful time for her birthday as well as all of her friends. Maria, thank you again your an angel.

Went on a Tuesday evening. Nice and peaceful. Not too many kids. Food came out fast. Place was clean. Only complaint was that Chuckie didnt come out at all and we was there for two hours.

If you have kids this is the place. Food isnt anything special. Again kids will love it.

For a Chuck E Cheese, it is kept extremely clean and everything is in working order. I dont get the sense that it is as busy as other locations, and the buffet reflects that (kinda dried up looking). A nice selection of games for slightly older kids while still appealing to the young kids. Also, well organized into 3 main areas based on age, which is nice that no one gets trampled.

Twins sixth birthday party they and their friends enjoyed it

New games and token cards since our last birthday party there. Great pizza and super salad bar make it a dining experience. The super sampler was the best part! Weve been to several different ones, in different sates even. But the staff and service in Boynton make the day better. Good job.

What’s with smell in this place? It’s so gross. I feel contaminated. It just smelled the whole time like BO. No staff at every single station, you have to wait until someone appears.

It us a good place. What made the experience even better were the staff mending the entrance and the register. Very nice people. And this place has a semi playpen area which took up most of the kids attention. Almost didnt even have to buy point... almost!

This was my first time in chuck e. Cheese I was amazed lots of games, tables to choose, excellent food, bathroom nice and clean and excellent service. I was very satisfied and rest of the family and friends. Excellent place for event and would recommend it.

I feel like this location is never staffed enough. They always have 1 person doing everyone elses job. When a machine runs out if tickets, it takes a staff member like 30 minutes to get to the game to fix it. It also doesnt seem very sanitary. The games dont look like theyre wiped down, and beware of sending your kids to the playground in the back. I went up with my little one to make sure he doesnt get lost and it smelled HORRIBLE! Seems like a child might have peed inside and no one has ever cleaned it. Theres also spills of drink and food inside, it is very gross.

Its not bad at all. We love bring the kids here. One thing we dont like.. how no one is patrolling the floor helping with games, cleaning, and other issues. Make sure to bring your own sani wipes (its flu season) Besides that we will be back.

The usual FFFR (fast food family restaurant), only the food is not more than pizza and salad. Its fun for the kiddos with the games, but loud when its busy. They have adequate parking.

Kids always have fun at chuck e cheese. The pizza is decent for what it is. I do like that the prices arent too bad, which each machine usually only needing 1 token to play.

Kids had a great time. I just wish my hostess would have been a little more helpful during the birthday party. I ended up serving some of the kids their food because the hostess left and there were kids sitting there with no pizza on their plates.

We decided to give this Chuck e Cheese a try one more time today....I was yet again disappointed. The salad bar was closed so we ordered wings, pizza and 2 drinks with a coupon I had. Wings were disgusting...there was alot of fat and no meat. Pizza was ok...but for $36 I was definitely not happy with the food.We got 20 game credits so we started using those. I left the card on the table for a minute to get my son and the card disappears! Of course I didnt keep my receipt but one of the girls (maybe the manager?) was able to give me 15 credits back on a new card. That was a plus.We used up all our credits as quickly as possible since it was almost closing time and we get our things to leave. My biggest issue was this... As we are walking to the gate there are no employees to be found. So I end up walking right out without getting our numbers checked nor did anyone stop us as we were leaving. The whole point of Chuck e cheese is that the kids can run around and the parents have the security of knowing that their kids cant just walk out the door. My son is notorious for bolting. If I didnt watch him the entire time and just let him run around and play games the child couldve walked right out. After experiencing that, I think that was the nail in the coffin for me. Cant say I will be back again.

So if you want to entertain your kids for hours, but put up with a meltdown everything youre pretty sure they have to pee but dont want to stop playing, and then lose them in the hamster tubes, but also be the winner of the day because you took them to Chuck eE Cheese...then... Thats what this is.

Although my 3 grandchildren of course had a great time, I was not happy with the setup and security at the door. For 35 minutes there wasnt anyone standing at the exit for security. They were running from behind the counter. When the line got very long the two behind the counter were not able to and unaware of the exit. One woman walked out with 2 kids and then a second one went to walk out and another employee ran to check her as she was already past the exit. This was the first time that I visited the Boynton Beach location. I have been to several other locations through the years. This is the first time I felt that I had to totally follow my grandkids around.They should also have a separate line for ordering your food. You shouldnt have to wait in a long line behind those just coming in.I hope these issues are addressed and taken care of. I do have to say that the staff was very friendly.I would like to take my grandkids there again because this is the closest location for me now.

Dont like the new beer rule. Other family entertainment places allow drinks. I understand that other people may ruin it for others but maybe you should have security to monitor those who cant handle the drinks and excuse them from premises. Games are always the same and rarely have a turn around.

Older place kinda dirty but my kids still had fun

My son loves it here and because of that: i love it too, most games cost about $0.33 on average if you pay by credit or you can buy for an hour and play unlimited.....the food can be better though but my son didnt notice that too busy counting his tickets won.

Please find a person to play Chucky who has enthusiasm, energy, and spunk! Chucky was too laid back and I purchased the party package and expected more interaction, more singing and dancing. I was not happy.

Crowded due to several summer camp bus loads

I have never been to a Chuck E. Cheeses until recently, but to be honest I wasnt impressed. My opinion mostly hinges on the fact that our pizza was not delivered at our prescribed time. Mind you, we ordered our pizzas two hours prior to when we wanted them. When we brought this to the attention of the manager she tried saying that we had requested the pizzas for 30 minutes after the time we wanted. Other then that, the experience was decent.

Is a good place for couple hours you have to go online and get the coupon

Took my daughter there for my niceness birthday everything was ok intal I had to ask this guy that was fixing the machine to help us with one of the machines cuz the tickets won’t comeing out so with an attitude he fixed it then a second time I had to ask him he riled his eyes and throw his stiff on the floor and fixed the machine I did ask him if thar was someone else to ask but he was like it jus me so a third time I had to ask him to fix another machine cuz the tickets wornt comeing out he told his eyez slams the door to a machine he was working on and come to fix it I said thank you and he jus walks away so I though I was crazy I went to my brother and asked if he had ask the guy to fix a machine and he said Yas and told he has a attitude so I went to talk to a manager and all she said was she was sorry and come to fine thet he was a manager to he shouldn’t be working at a kids place if he going to be mad all the time

The kids had a great time. All you can play for $15 on wednesdays! They served us the wrong pizza but made us another one. A little pricey but that is to be expected.

Its okay there games often take my kids tokens staff replaces them but kills the vibe when we have to stop go try and fine someone that works there because there machines are not working properly and I would say definitely understaffed big time 45 mins to get my kids there little prizes at the end
