What a horrific experience! since the first day I dropped my child off for virtual schooling there was always a problem. Super unorganized and highly misleading! The Mandel JCC does not care nor is interested in your childs learning or their lesson plans being completed. The staff dose not assist the children with their virtual learning, theyre left unattended with their headphones on. They are simply all about the money! When bringing up concerns and issues to Allison Lazarus attention (the director of Club J All Day and Family and Youth Engagement & Camp Shalom in the Boynton Beach location) she will cut you off short by mentioning her years of experience and is dismissive. Save yourself the $875.00 per month including the headache and disturbance and DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! NOT only was the Mandel JCC a big disappointment it was also a drag, an annoyance, a downer, a bad trip, and a pest! Talk about wolves in sheeps clothing.

Excellent convenient nice facility with great teachers and instructors. SWIM Coach Chris is awesome. Parking and pool access can be a pain. they are apathetic about their policies and how they affect families. They dont care about Familys struggling during this pandemic and charge more on top of their already high prices than they did before the pandemic. because we paid in full we got penalized & They held our money and only issued a partial credit where families that paid monthly did not have to pay. Very unethical. Jesse puts on a good act.

Signed up for a monthly membership to start using the gym! I am having an awesome experience here, as everyone is very nice including all the staff! What a great experience I had at the JCC!

I was appalled at the review written by David Winkler. I have been a dedicated volunteer at the Mandel JCC in Boynton Beach for many years. The volunteers and Staff insure that members who come to learn, be entertained and socialize are not disappointed. Many relationships and friendships flourish here. We are fortunate to have a caring and dedicated leader, Anthony Slayen, Senior Vice President is respected by all. We are very fortunate to have this special leader and we look forward to many successful years ahead. I would suggest to Mr. Winkler that he look elsewhere.

Great community center that is well cared for. They offer a wide variety of services and their preschool is top notch.

Terrible enrollment process. Worked with Susan to register my son to for swimming lessons, she gave me a link to input my billing information which never worked, consequently I couldnt pay. I called several times to get help and she told me you must be the problem, nobody else is having this issue needless to say I cancelled my sons swimming lessons
