Staff was always great. Concession when I could afford it was good and fresh. I really hope they reopen soon.

My son and I have revisited Regal more than thirty times in the last two years. Each time we watch a movie at Regal we have had wonderful service from a friendly staff who go above for us by mixing Hi-C and Sprite for our special Movie Night Drinks. The prices are as expected for theater snacks, but the selection is large enough for a great experience. The theaters are always cleaned between showings, and all the seats work well and are comfortable. The sound does bleed through the walls some during intense action, but not enough to disturb you during the film. My son would like more options in the Arcade Room, which I would gladly let him play in while we wait.

Very nice facility, very clean. Prices are outrageous but all theatres are anymore. 2 tickets a small popcorn and 2 drinks was $50. Really wish the arcade had more to it though. The popcorn was hot, fresh and tasted really good though!

Nice movie theater! Was a little bummed they still had the traditional theater seats and not the recliner style that most theaters are updating to. However, the seats were still fairly comfortable and clean! We were there for the last show, but as we were walking thru the lobby I did see they had an arcade area. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean!

Not a lot done to update since it opened. Its gone downhill a lot. Prices are way too expensive for food and drinks. Gallatin offers free refills on all drinks. And better seating. Tickets have gone up in price with no work done to the theater. If you can go to a theater in a surrounding town. Cheaper tickets cheaper food and better seating everywhere else.

The theatre was actually very clean and well kept. Im just from a larger town and have gotten used to the recliners, full bars, and basically restaurant menus that are available in the newer venues. No complaints on your performance at all!

Pretty clean and has a good selection of movies. Concessions service can be slow due to the fact that you have to buy your tickets there. Like any movie theater the concessions prices are exorbitant.

I had made reservation with assigned seat. Someone was in the seat directly behind me. I went to get my seat changed. Was told they couldnt change seat assignment but just set anywhere. When I got back in the theater someone was in my original seat with 3 companions with no mask.

Great little cinema. Comfy screens, plenty of leg room, great sound and picture. Snacks didnt require a second mortgage. Definitely recommend a visit.

Wide-aisle seating for us long-legged people. Seats dont rock or sway. Large game room in case you come early. Concessions with the typical movie snacks. Frequent visitors should enroll in their club to gain points for free tickets and concession snacks.

Staff was great, super clean theater. Seating was a bit dated for the $$. There were no combo deals on popcorn and drinks. Mostly a 4 star due to outdated signage out front. Thought I was at the wrong place for a second. Overall good experience and Ill be back next trip

The service was fantastic and the theater was really clean! We went to see 1917 and the sound quality was really good.

I came in the other day with my husband and was so excited to come here because my friends have told me such amazing reviews. Without realizing it we purchased the wrong ticket for Annabelle and the manager was very rude about it. She proceeded to say rude things to us which was so surprising as we politely was trying to understand what was another showing. She offered a refund rudely and didn’t even try to assist us. Unfortunately we left and was very upset about it I never knew someone higher up could be so rude.

Great flick. Good popcorn. Seats could be recliners but what the heck. Had a great time. Staff was friendly and patient.

Solid theater experience. Id like to see them upgrade a few of their rooms at a time to encourage some better seating though.

Went to see Star Wars, and what was supposed to be a 3D experience in a galaxy far, far away, ended up being a 2D pretty good journey with our alliance warriors battling the evil empire. Using the force, I was able to battle the empirical ticket office and much like Luke Skywalker in the battle of Endor, I overcame the Regal Sith. Instead of coming away with the princess, my spoils of war, were both a refund and a pass for a future viewing of our heroes tale that shall go down in history.

As a holder of a Regal unlimited movie pass I have yet to have a bad expierince at this movie theater. Everyone is nice and courteous on top of being efficient. I never hear them have an attitude or be negative even in the business of times.

Go here a lot with my partner. Had to wait 20 minutes to get our pre ordered tickets scanned. Guy checking ticket stubs was nice, he let us go and get our tickets scanned at the concessions to avoid a longer wait.

Carpets need cleaned. Way over priced. Just moved here from TN. AMC Movies soda and popcorn = $20.00 for seniors. Regal - $45.00 for seniors! What a RIP off!! How do families afford a good night out? On the bright side workers were pleasant.

Fun, also didnt know larges in drinks and popcorn means unlimited free refills. Worth every penny and great quality. Head into the room early for the good seats

Great seats and great quality. Also the retro theater look really does it for me. They also have an arcade which includes air hockey; very decent overall.

My husband and I have not been to the movies in a few years. I mentioned to him that we needed to go see The Mule a Clint Eastwood fan and Bradley Cooper fan. We were not let down. We also enjoyed the fresh movie poor and soft drinks!

Arrived to watch a movie on 6-9-19 and the prices are up on the wall but go to pay and the prices are way different!! I asked Jacob about it and he just said there old, well take them down because if not its really misleading!! First and last time going, I wasnt really impressed with the atmosphere!! #nomilitarydiscount

Its a plain, clean movie theater. The seats do not recline, there isnt any exceptional food or drinks. They serve the ordinary popcorn, soda, nachos, hot dogs, and candy. Prices are high on the food. Employees are very nice though.

Love this spot. I love the duck claw machine. You play till you win so you walk with a rubber ducky memento. Seats are comfy, the theater is not freezing like others. The popcorn is fresh and delicious.

Great place had fun waiting for the movie because of there arcade room and after we keft i realized i had lost my wallet. I called to see if it was there and they told me that they had it and to come get it when i was ready. Great place and staff!

Worst concession employee ever. They had 2 registers open with 5 employees behind the counter and long lines. 4 of them were discussing something about a womans order. I said, There are 5 of you. Open another register. We are going to be late to our movie. 1 male employee said, Itll be alright. We will never be back.Seeing other reviews, apparently rudeness is encouraged here by a manager.The other Regals we have been to seem to be going downhill lately. Went to an IMAX Regal in Lexington and the projector was broke, and they knew it, and still sold us the tickets. Then they tried to offer everyone vouchers. I told everyone there, get your money back. No vouchers. They gave in when all 29 of us refused vouchers.

Bowling Green has 2 theaters and this is the nicer of the two, though the outside is unimpressive. The seats are nicer and the theater is cleaner than the theater near Greenwood Mall (though Im sure age plays a role). The only thing I didnt like was that my purse was searched. Im fairly certain they were only looking for outside food which makes it even sillier. Especially since one of the men in our group had snuck candy in using his pockets. Its kind of invasive but I was mostly shocked since I typically get to go to the movies once a year and last year they didnt search my bag. Overall, good experience.

This was my first time at this theater. Went to see the 60th anniversary of South Pacific. Havent seen this movie since I was much younger. Was not disappointed, loved seeing it on a large screen. The staff was excellent, very polite and cheerful. Restrooms and theater were very clean.

This theater is amazing. The seats are amazingly comfortable. If you are cold natured, you might ought to bring a jacket with you, the screening rooms are quite chilly. The staff is nice, and service is normally efficient. Weekends bring longer lines at the ticket booth and concession. The food is a little pricey, but I guess that is to be expected at a movie theater. There is also a kiosk in the main lobby so that you can purchase tickets there.

Definitely a comfortable theater. Prices are ridiculous as can be expected for movies now. It is, as far as I can tell, very clean. I did not get down and check under seats lol. A good experience for the kiddos or a date night. I like movies so I keep going. Only reason I dont rate a 5 is because I cant get over concession prices.

Its a typical movie theater... The bathroom stinks of stale urine, your footsteps are heard as they peal off the sticky floor as you make your way to your seat.... And there has always got to be the one delinquent that thinks its funny to spray his prized fart spray that he more than likely stole from Spencers earlier that day... As you probably picked up by now, I prefer to watch movies at home in my recliner.... The junk food at home is considerably cheaper and you dont have the heathens running around and pulling pranks... Too bad parents want to be friends with their children instead of being a parent... .... Should have saved my money and watched it a week later on Vudu. I would have enjoyed it more Im sure.

Need more staff at the food counter. Also would suggest maybe a roped line for this are due to how many rude people that could care less how long youve been waiting. Also a separate line for people getting refills would be nice as well

The movie was scheduled to start at 4:25. Had to sit thru 30 minutes of commercials before the actual movie started.Start the movie on time. Why am I being forced to pay to watch commercials

It was good. Always the youngsters that ruin it for everyone else though. Thats why we rarely go to the theater anymore.

Good picture, good sound. Movie times are all around the same slot so there can be really long lines. $7 small popcorn, $5 water, and so forth. Theyre basically asking you to sneak in food and drinks.

Friendly staff, nice screen and sound however, it time for an renovation or reduced prices to reflect old seating. No matinee prices for 2 pm shows, really? Supply and demand. Regardless. I would rather drive to get better experience.

Good sound system, comfortable seating with cupholders on both sides. Restrooms down both hallways, so if nature calls during the film, you wont miss too much. Popcorn made fresh (just inhale deeeeply). Typical cost of refreshments, though these are decreased with the frequent flyer program.

Out of all theaters in and surrounding Bowling Green area, Regal Great Escape 12 is by far best. Especially when it comes to sound quality.

We had a birthday party here. It was awesome. You get the top floor to yourself and the staff gets you everything you need. Plus major discounts on ticket prices. Will def book a party here again.

The two Regal theaters in Bowling Green are the only ones Ive been to that dont have a military discount. The Regal website says their theaters offer one, but these two do not.

I saw the movie, Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse. I could see there were only about 8 movies at the same time with 16 rooms. They had a great selection of snacks to eat. Overall, this was a pretty good place.

Prices are getting outrageous for a movie and especially the snacks. I only go for AARP movies.

This theater needs a DEEP CLEANING, on the surface things look clean but lets be honest they havent treated the seats or carpet since they opened.

Would of been 3 stars if the black man with the beard working the front desk hadnt been my only positive interaction with the workers. He smiled and it made me feel comfortable and that really draws me towards businesses. The rest of my experience with the staff was very abrupt, unapologetic and apathetic. Thanks to you though sir, manning the front desk, Ill be back becauses of you.
