As a compound b alumni and provider of said quesadillas, i can say that this is bowling greens finest drinking establishment and gentleman’s club. Only negative is that ‘the deli’ is responsible for the swine flu. I wish they would bring back the stripper pole
The Rooftop Seating is impeccable, best view in all of Bowling Green. While it’s mainly a casual drinking atmosphere, they used to have the occasional 1 am Quesadilla special. Sad they took they one off the menu.
You can always count on The Compound to host a great crowd. Their awesome Spotify playlists, mixed with the occasional karaoke night, and the oh so ever blackout power hours, brings a great atmosphere for friends to gather. Not to mention the amazing amount of effort they put in their decor! The LED lights and empty Jim Beam bottles make you feel like you’re right at home!
Can also agree that the rooftop seating is unparalleled. The service is like none other; they always know exactly what I need when I need it. Typically crowded Thursday-early Sunday morning, but the kitchen typically opens up for dancing around 1:30am after everyone has come back from the Shogun truck. Would HIGHLY recommend attending a power hour if you ever get the chance. Housekeeping is PHENOMENAL. Sad I missed the quesadilla special.
Can’t speak highly enough of the compound and it’s cleanliness. they really put that swiffer wet jet to good use, but they tend to get upset when you don’t wear shoes. downstairs bathroom currently under repair, but upstairs is 10/10. really miss the quesadillas though.
Okay so you really need some safe stairs on the hill. Also not impressed with the deli
