I started off with therapy on my foot after surgery and then I had to get therapy for my back because of the boot I had to wear and my therapist was right by my side every minute we worked together trying to get me back on tract Matt is really good to work with
There are a lot of choices for PT in Bowling Green, but what sets TFC apart is their people. Everyone knows your name and what you are working on, and they are sincerely concerned of what you may be dealing with. And they get results with the PT program they design for you. Highly recommend TFC on Three Springs Road.

So far I’m impressed with the physical therapy program I’ve went into therapy with a positive outlook and have been working hard with that being said I’m going to join the gym after therapy is over and hope that therapy will continue to improve my condition and continue to challenge myself

Great Gym and great people. The size of the gym and options that are offered is second to none. Whether its 6 in the morning or 6 at night I can get a great work out in; from the treadmills, ellipticals, the two separate free weight areas, a huge cross fit and artificial turf area. This gym allows me to get a great workout in and not feel like I am crawling all over people to use something. I would recommend anyone to this gym.
I like this gym, but I would like to see womens barbels for lifting. Womens hands are smaller, so the large mens bars are not ideal. A designated rope climb would also be very beneficial. Rope climbs are a pretty basic form of physical fitness.
People are nice but I prefer to be given treatment by PT or PTA, not college students or hourly employees. Overbook at times.
Great place to work out. Very clean, excellent operation.
