Minor league ball is so much fun. You sit so close to the players you really feel like part of the action. And there are tons of activities between innings to make it a fun for the whole family event. Its our summer tradition to go to at least one Baysox game, even though we dont live very close.

Had my boys 3rd birthday party here and he had a blast. Got to stand on the dugout and have his bday announced and was able to go into the announcing both and intro two players. We always have great times at Baysox games they have something for baseball fans and non-baseball fans.

Love the special event days. A few weeks ago we took our two year old son to meet PJ masks, he loved it ! They also have good food options and a nice play area for the kids including a moonbounce, a Carousel, batting cages and different games. They have a little gift shop that is nice to go in and buy baseball stuff. Next week May 21st 2017 coming up is Paw Patrol day we really look forward to taking our son there again! Very family friendly a very nice day place for an outing for families or anyone who likes baseball in general . Plenty of stuff to do if you dont like baseball as well...they usually have a lot of vendors set up to talk to you about new ideas and products available in your area. Nice, clean stadium. Good Hotdogs, Lemonade and Nachos.

Went here for the Bowie 4th of July fireworks. They had a lot of projectiles but you couldnt barely see them due to the design of the stadium not allowing much cross wind to blow the smoke away, but thats not the stadiums fault. After all people usually go there to watch baseball not fireworks.

I came for the R&B night which had Ginuwine as the host. The tickets were definitely worth it as we were able to view the game from the Skybox that was well-ventilated and even had a mini kitchen. The representative I think his name was Chris was definitely friendly and amazingly helpful when I attempted to book my ticket as I had questions and was not interested in booking online. I stayed to watch the game which definitely was lively. They had a DJ there that really got the crowd to interact and super pumped. I will return in the near future when they have another event. They usually have a weekly calendar with things that they are posting on their website.

Very nice experience. There are non-beer options (like Hard Seltzer and Lima-Ritas) for the ladies. If you want shade for late afternoon/evening games in the summer try seats between home plate and 3rd base. There is a somewhat hidden lot off Governor Bridge Road which has a footbridge walk to the stadium - very convenient and quick to get in and out. My only complaint is how dark the walk is back to the car if you park in that lot. Have enough charge on your phone to use the flashlight option for 5 minutes on the walk back if you want to be able to see. The stadium is clean, the team does a lot of events and entertainment for the fans. There are really no healthy food options, but thats in line with expectations of a minor league ballpark (they do have a turkey burger). I highly recommend fireworks on Saturday nights.

I would give 6 stars but I cant. Security is usually chill if you arent near the dugouts. If you move down, be quiet and not disruptive because you will be sent back to your original seat

With major league games in the area costing $70 per ticket sitting front row at the Baysox for $18 is a no-brainer.Stadium is super nice and clean. Great beer selection. Multiple food venues.Games go by quick ~3 hours in total. Not a lot of time is wasted between innings.Check the schedule for theme games; you can find everything from bring your dog day to father-daughter night. There is exactly one road out, so expect leaving to take a little longer than you might expect.

The stadium is nice enough, parking is free, but you get what you pay for with that. Took us over an hour to get out of the parking lot and onto the road after a game that was maybe half capacity. We go to a lot of ball games and none of them are THIS bad. Ive parked at Fenway and gotten back on the Mass pike driving through streets full of oblivious, drunk Bostonians in less time. The crab dip is good but on this last trip they were out of it which was a real disappointment, they might at least have put up a note at the concession stand so you dont have to wait 20 minutes for something they dont have. Also my hot dog was lukewarm at best.

Ive been to many major and minor league ballparks and this is the most traditional one of them all. From the stadium structure and amenities to the food and in-between inning entertainment, this is exactly what you would expect from an evening with Americas past time. The one unique feature was the merry-go-round, which was perfect for our young children. In fact, this was the perfect first game for our kids. Affordable and not crowded allowing the little ones (3 1/2 and almost 2) more space to move around than would have been the case at Nats Park. I definitely recommend a Baysox game over the Nats if you have children under 10.

UPDATE: The hot dog from 3rd Base concessions made my wife sick and we had to stop on the way home so she could throw up on the side of the road!ORIGINAL: If you want a beer be prepared to wait 30 minutes. I missed 4 and a half innings trying to get 2 beers, but couldnt even get my second beer becuase after waiting in line the bottom half of the 6th inning and all of the 7th inning and although I paid for my beer, they couldnt hand it to me because the 8th inning began. Service is unbelievably slow! Parking is free. Game is entertaining. More affordable than Camden Yard and I think the Baysox could easy beat the 2019 Os.

To be honest this place is okay but only for two, maybe two and a half hours. The food is delicious but very expensive as is the gift shop. They could get some more preteen activities to help kill time cause sadly the game does get dull. Still a fun time if you bring lots of money and your own water, cause if youre planning on buying it there its gonna cost you $4.25 a bottle. I can get a 24 pack cheaper than that! #gotta try funnel fries with vanilla ice cream!!! Who knew the combo would be so good as well as the watermelon flavor icees?!

Great place to catch a AA baseball game. Parking is free, food is reasonable. Lets face it beer at any venue is not cheep and there is no exception here, but they have done a good job of adding several craft beers to the selection. I like that tickets are cheap so you can take the little ones without dropping a ton of money. I do not think there is a bad seat in the house. They do a great job of keeping everyone entertained between innings, and have a lot of great promotions throughout the year.

Officially the Prince Georges Stadium, under the Md-Nations Capital Park and Planning Commission. Home of a minor league affiliate of the Baltiomore Orioles. Ample free parking in a paved lot. They have an electronic score board, and a pitch clock. 3 umpires. The guys play like major leagurers. There is a kids section with a carosel. Clean and tidy facility. Big league prices on beer and hot dogs. No outside food or water and no water bottle filling station. A good baseball experience, altho the seats are not staggered for better visibility. Friendly and helpful staff. Go Baysox!

Ive been to a few games at the park. The stadium is clean and well kept. The food and drink are pretty reasonable but the best part is watching a great ball game on a warm summer evening from right behind the dugout for less than going to the movies. The stadium itself is great, nice play area, nice views, large concourses. The concessions however are a disaster. 30 minutes to get a meal, and many others were waiting long a long period of time as well. The fans also need to cheer and show some signs of life not just sit there quiet most of the game. And maybe not be afraid to show up on time.

See tomorrows major leaguers today. Nice little park with free parking and ability to sit close to the field. However, while seat prices are minor league, concession prices are still major league. Avoid the concessions to the left of the entrance as you come in. Been there 5 times this season when not busy and every time is a shtshow with clueless staff. How hard is it to get me a beer and a hot dog, and make sure you fill the mustard and napkin dispensers before the game?

This is the best family fun you can have for the price. While most pro parks charge $50-$60 for a good seat, the Baysox charge under $20 for box seats. Theres always fireworks at the end of the night. The kids get to run the bases after the game. They have great theme nights and even camping in the field with a movie on the big screen for the kids. So why would anyone want to go to a pro park, get charged 2-3 times as much and get half the treatment? Go Baysox!

We went to this place for Fourth of July fireworks actually. The game was canceled due to the pouring rain but we were dry inside the restaurant. The menu in the restaurant was limited. Prices of the Food were high, but typical of any stadium event. The server was poor. At one point I actually went outside the restaurant to get the food that we wanted. The view of the field was fantastic. There are also seats that you can access outside the restaurant if you want to be outside.
