Though this place could use and benefit from some updates, its still a great place to bowl!! Fairly cheap too and their Friday deal from 9:30 to midnight is unlimited bowling for $10 is a great deal!! From all the times Ive come here the staff is amazing too!

This place is awesome! We came here initially because we had to get out pass, and now we know we will come back even without the get out pass. The staff is friendly, there are lots of lanes, there’s an arcade area and a place for some food. They have the kids assist roller thingys (I don’t know what they’re called)Even though the exterior isn’t much to look at, it really is a fun place and there’s tons of parking. It’s across the street from a bunch of restaurants too which is nice. We love that it’s been around for so long, it feels like a local business that you want to support in the community.️

This place definitely needs an update. Everything was just... Old. We tried two different lanes and there was constant issues with ball returns and pin amounts. The lanes were extremely dry and dirty. The workers were nice and accommodating however.

I have bowled here for years, but it sure feels like it is under new management, because the past two times I have been there the customer service has poor... very poor. As a bountiful resident, it is too bad that I have to go bowling outside of bountiful to have a good experience.

Friday nights its $12 per person from 9:30 -12. Its an awesome deal! They have popular music, friendly employees, and quality lanes. Perfect for a date or family night.

This is such a fun place to come and play a couple games and have lots of fun with Friends and family. The food and drinks at the concession stand is quality and great tasting. There was a problem with the score though, a few times I would get a spare and it would only count it as nine pins, or I would bowl nine pins and it would count it as a strike. But nothing that took away from the fun of my familys get together.

Excellent management.. everytime we had an issue with the lane it was immediately taken care of. friday and Saturday thunder alley specials were given with out notice instead of charging us for game by game play. awesome place to hang out

Attended Thunder Alley, a two+ hour event until midnight of unlimited bowling on the weekend. Very fun activity, grill and bar available.

Bowling is still a fun pastime... We had some troubles with our lane, but the staff was helpful and made fair fixes to assure we had a good time.

No problems here. The place is pretty run - down, abs the boring balls could use a deep clean! But my friends abs I had a nice time.

My family has been coming here since I was little and have really enjoyed Bountiful Bowl, its not super expensive and it can get busy so get a lane early. We have also had many family gatherings here and reserved a bunch of lanes for birthdays and things with no issues.

Nice and friendly employees, place is kept clean, and the environment is very fun.

My family had a great time there. The employee looks annoyed, but we just thought it was funny. Bathrooms were dirty, and dont forget to bring your socks.

Now the last bowling establishment in the Bountiful area, its not a bad place for the sport. The interior is quite outdated and the scoring platform is old, but its fun. The in-house bowling balls are pretty beat up and could use replacing. There is a snack bar. The folks behind the counter are friendly and helpful. Family friendly.

Its still a big community favorite. This MGMT. needs to be able to expand the operation. Centerville/Bountiful/NSL/WC needs a new winter family hangout. Someone in the financial community needs to back a FatCats/Boondocks type of facility near the Larry Miller theater where theres room.

I mean... its a bowling alley. You pretty much know what to expect. Except that each game is $4, which seems pretty steep, in addition to paying for shoes. We used the Get Out Pass for a free game and shoe rental, and normally I would pay for one more game since we already have the shoes, but $4 when hardly anyone is there is just too much.The machine got stuck once, which I guess is to be expected, and the music had a very old school vibe which was nice. But something was just missing. If I could give it 3.5 stars, I think that would be more fair.

Dave at Bountiful Bowl is more than enough of a reason to never go here again. I just tried to reserve lanes for over 20 people on Saturday for my sons birthday party (which they are able to do for parties over 20... I called the day before). He was rude and unwilling to help and didn’t care that he was going to lose the business. I told him “I guess I’d figure this out on my own and go elsewhere”, and he said “ok, great”. I don’t want to support a company that treats their customers like they don’t matter.

Horrible customer service, the BIG guy at the desk only cared about looking down the shirts of the scantly dressed, much younger female patrons while his assumed to be wife argued with what seemed like every customer that came to her way. To top it off the food was cold and old and I probably walked out of there with a severe case of athletes foot

We enjoy the low key atmosphere here. The staff is helpful and we rarely (if ever) have issues with mechanical errors (missed racking, stuck balls etc ). Our family always has a great time!

The staff is lazy and argumentative. They wont fix ball return problems or scoring malfunctions I told them our ball was not returning they said it will come back eventually they watched for quite a while before they generously decided to go get it. After a few times I requested a new lane. They have the impression of indifference. The pool tables were decent.

Thunder alley is cheap and fun. Dont really care for the staff lazy and always ask you to do their job.

For a small bowling alley this location isnt bad. I havent been in a while but it needs some major upgrades with the monitors and the technology in displaying how we bowl. Its outdated by about 10 years. But okay location and Im all about supporting local business.

One of the last local alleys around. They strive to make it really nice. During the week it can be rougher to find a lane due to the leagues but they do a nice job with the lanes.

Staff were super friendly but it seems like no refurbishment has happened for a couple of decades. The arcade needs some help and having a cue ball wouldve been cool.

This place is clean but its showing its age. The lanes and equipment are so oily that your ball has oil lines on it and your hands turn black after a few frames. Overall not bad though. Still a good place to go.

We loved the atmosphere in this bowling alley. Our company had the Christmas party here and everything was good. Beer, food and bowling.

Used a Groupon which was great, two games and shoes for a great price! Older alley, not updated technology wise, which was nice in that we didnt have to spend time figuring out how to get everyone (We had 10 people) and the games loaded. They only have 20 lanes and we didnt have trouble getting one going for open bowl on Friday evening.

Had to talk to the worker 5 times to get through our one game because the machine kept malfunctioning. Each time he was more and more volatile. The last time I spoke with him he smashed a computer mouse after trying to reset the lane, then threw it an inch from my head then shattered on the floor — truly I didn’t give him the slightest bit of attitude. I’ll never go back.

You definitely get what you pay for here. The price is great, $10 for unlimited bowling Saturdays from 9:30 to midnight. However, the lanes are terrible and the employees just say deal with it. Oh well. Not a place for serious bowlers. Music is way too loud, bring earplugs.

Its an older bowling alley. The monitors are still old CRT televisions and many are blurry. Youre not able to enter your own information for scoring and games. The food bar is pretty good and its not usually busy. They have blacklight bowling on certain evenings.
