Ive lived at Orchard Grove Mobile Home park since 2002. Still today, I consider Orchard Grove to be the best-kept secret in Boulder for folks living on a tight budget. The park is safe, clean, friendly, and very community driven. Though ownership and management has changed more than a couple times over the past 16 years Ive lived there, and there were concerns when a corporation purchased the park, I feel the park is better today, than ever! As Boulder grows up around the park, the heart of Boulder is exactly Orchard Grove Mobile Home park.

Grandpa has lives here for thirty plus years its a beautiful place

Old school trailer park, pretty well maintained and older trailers mixed in with new ones. Playground for kids if you have any. And a private swimming pool.

Just purchased here and between the real estate agent and the mobile home park has been a complete nightmare. We will be taking action to fight this. Management is non existent. Constant new temp managers from out of state keep contradicting themselves.

Deer strolling early morning around the yard lawn in the area, they are cute and shy, I like that.Location : the most convenient mobile home in Boulder, 15min cycling to downtown.

Difficult to reach office, or get a return csll

What customer service? lol. The management continues to be non existent unless it comes to collecting money. I give it a 3 in spite of the inability of the owners to communicate with the rest of the community. The stars are for the neighborhood itself....the people who live in this little enclave. There is a beautiful mixture of nationalities, philosophies and lifestyles which you dont find in the rest of Boulder. Although its getting more expensive...its still a bargain in a safe neighborhood with real people.

Management is really stepping up to the plate and making it a good place to live.

New management..it is improving a lot..the park is clean..roads have been repair/repaved..soinds like we lots of improvements coming..club house.lights.fence.etc...
