Such a great little shop! Were so lucky to have Dawn here in Boulder.I loved going through the different scents Dawn has created and finding something I loved. I ended up loving the Tsukimi scent, part of her Japan inspired series. Prices are super reasonable and you get something really unique.Definitely check it this great store!

This store is a magical feast for your sense of smell. And this perfume is nothing like department-store perfume. Dawn and her staff will teach you how to experience fragrance -- how the scents change from moment to moment, as some evaporate but others linger. A primal form of beauty that will change your day, and maybe more.

Walked in the store to visit and check it out. The woman behind the counter spent an hour and a half with us and found signature scents that compliment us. Than you for teaching and spending the time to learn about what catches our sense of smell.

What a gem I just found in North Boulder! Amazing scents! Even found some all natural ones that I totally love. If you love scent, you need to check this place out!

I havent had the pleasure of visiting DSH studio in Boulder, but have experienced many of Dawns creations that I got through her website in the last 2 years. My favs are: Tsukiyo-en (light florals, opening with citrus and lovely refreshing shiso note), Giverny in Bloom (beautifully captured the whole gamut of Monets garden), Ma Plus Belle Histoire d’Amour (springtime in a bottle), Onycha (ambery incense with an intriguing roasted seashell note) and I could go on... and on.

I visited DHS over the weekend and had a great experience. I’d been looking for an every day fragrance to wear for over a year at department stores but without much luck. Dawn at DHS helped me try several different mens’ fragrances, first on paper, and then on my skin. I settled on one and purchased a small supply to take home. Dawn was also very kind to provide a couple samples for my 15-year-old daughter. I definitely recommend giving DHS a try. There’s something special about wearing a fragrance designed by a perfumer you’ve actually met!

A magnificent little spot with a huge selection of lovingly created scented treasures. Many of these perfumes harken back to classical perfumery, with several naturally derived essences and timeless compositions. But there is something for every perfume lover here; from the grand chypres and orientals to the delectable gourmands and the most hauntingly lovely florals. The perfumer/proprietress is as kind, creative and generous as she can be. Prices range from extremely affordable to quite extravagant. Lots of fragrance formats and scented body care, too. Love!
