They did a magnificent job getting a maze of cars parked to make sure everyone could see the movie projected on the building.

Theres a park across the creek I like to call Evershade. Its not much in Fall and Winter, but if you cant find a shady spot in this park in the heat of Summer, theres something seriously wrong.

Lots of entertainment options, highlighting local and national talent! Parking is really tough, though - allow at least 20 minutes to find a spot and walk.

Its been wonderful watching the dairy metamorphose into a striking-looking venue--and it even stayed open during massive renovation! All along, though, for quite a few years now, Ive enjoyed going there to thought-provoking films and performances.More recently, Ive been alternately moved and stunned and thoroughly entertained by the live productions of BETC (the excellent Boulder Ensemble Theatre Company). And notably, Silent Sky, which my visiting 17 year old granddaughter last year selected completely by chance from the then current offerings of the Friday Magazine of the Daily Camera. We were both transported by the acting and production. The staff have been consistently welcoming and friendly, and Ive always felt there that I was in a very special place within my own community, a true treasure--no exaggeration.

The Dairy is awesome and the newly completed remodeling looks beautiful. Kudos to the architect! I have enjoyed the gallery and Boedecker movie theater but havent caught a show in one of their new theatres yet. Cant wait!

This is a great resource for various arts and cultural programs. Im most familiar with the Parlando School for the Arts (primarily a music school) that is located here, but whenever Im at Dairy Center I get to see ballet and modern art students, community members gather for performances and shows. I love being around this kind of creative energy and very glad that Boulder supports this. The building is undergoing a lot of renovations (and as usual they are running longer then scheduled) - so something to be aware of, but Im a fan of the changes they are making in the long term.

The Dairy represents a great place for Artists in and around Boulder to be exposed to forms of art that are alternative as well as traditional. There is a strong and deliberate sense of style to the layout utilizing all that this unique venue has to offer. As an Artist myself it has been a real accomplishment to have a piece of mine hang in this space with so many other artists. I would recommend that anyone interested in art as an admirer or collector check out what they have to offer. Also you could select this venue for an independent film being shown instead of the latest Hollywood money grab. The staff are very knowledgeable and take a solid interest in the artists that are on display and do their best to promote their works. The classes that are offered are world class and highly sought after if you have the time or interest to learn to create this could be the place where you learn to take it to the next level.

Nice theater with limited amounts of seating. Still, there is not a bad seat in the house. Very comfortable venue to see a show.

This refurbished milk production factory holds a gamut of non-profits including theater companies, The Boulder Ballet, The Parlando School for the Arts and my favorite, the Boulder Fringe Festival. Gallery showings are a big part of the Dairy Center. Check their listings for planned shows. Nestled inside, the Bodecker Theater is one of Boulders hidden gems. Popular and independent movies, a big screen, a wine bar and cheap tickets make The Bo a great date place.

The new performance space and reception hall are spacious and comfortable. The Boe frequently shows interesting films, occasionally with discussions with the filmmaker(s) following.

Ever wanted to go somewhere for the evening that was an eclectic experience? Then visit the Dairy Center! They have plays, movies, art gallery showings, classes, productions, etc. There is nothing mundane or boring about it and it wont empty your bank account either! It is truly one of the safest places I can go alone and enjoy by myself, take my daughter, meet my girlfriends or have a date night with my hubby! Tickets do sell out quickly so be sure to set up an account where you can buy tickets online. You dont have to dress up unless you want to! Do give it a try whether for a girls night out or a last minute just want to be somewhere place. Then tell your friends!

Double-checked start time of 4:30 online at Allevents which listed the John Muir film at 3:30 Oct. 14. Regrouped and Arrived but was told no, its 4:30. OK . I came back at 4:30 and was told it had been moved to 5:00. Gave up and came home, where, IF I HAD CHECKED ON FACEBOOK, of all things, I would have had a warning had I been at home at 4:00.
