Amazing hotel, friendly and accommodating staff! The pool was our favorite part of our stay. It was empty every time we went, so serene. The only down side was the lack of concierge, but everything else was perfect. Thank you!

We took our daughter to school and stayed at the Four Seasons just over two weeks ago. As always, the staff was incredible and the rooms were perfect. Although the room service menu was somewhat limited, the offering was still great and the food delicious. Given our current environment, the team at Boston Four Seasons are crushing it.

My stay at Four Seasons Boston was wonderful. They welcomed me BACK upon exiting my taxi to check in. What a fantastic touch. This type of recognition and personal service is why I chose to stay here when traveling into Boston.... The location is ideal, the staff is always so attentive, and the options at the hotel are best in class. The gym is clean and the equipment is top of the line. There is a to go area in the lobby so you can grab a quick coffee and snack on your way out the door. Nothing is missing here.I love the historic details that are added to the hotel decor. For example, the hallway leading up to the media room in my presidential suite included artwork and pictures that related historically to the hotel. The Bristol Bar and Restaurant is a wonderful place for a quick drink or a relaxing meal. The drink selection is superb and the food is fresh and delicious.

During our Covid stay, the temperature monitor was always unmanned and we had to wait for someone to come. The One and only restaurant was Not open inside. For the price not worth it. The experience of staying at a Four Seasons here is highly decreased.

Four seasons has always been one of my top choices for hotels to stay when traveling for work or pleasure. I’ve stayed at this four seasons many times before and it is no exception to their gold standard m. The reason I am writing this review prior to my stay is because I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to Phoenix who help me booked my reservation for my upcoming stay and she was beyond amazing to work with. She was very informative of the companies COVID-19 policies and what they were doing on a daily basis and upon arrival for their guests which gave me a ton of confidence that I would be safe during my stay. She also remembered me from when I originally booked my reservation to conversations 48 hours before my stay. I cannot tell you how excited and at ease I am for this upcoming stay. I hope Phoenix’s boss takes note of this and praises her for her professionalism and for the empathy she shows towards guests.

[Stay was for September 6th - 8th 2019] The rooms were okay however nothing special. I guess I expected more from the Four Seasons brand. However the on site facitilies such as the pool was great. I loved the complimentary town car rides you can get (within 10 miles) in their Tesla. It was very convenient.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food in the Bristol was fine but nothing exceptional but overall the Bristol was a very nice place to have a coffee during the day or have drinks in the evening. Great hotel in a very convenient location - right next to a subway stop - and with a very nice view of the park just across the street.

Originally from Boston, currently living in the Bay Area. I come back to Boston a few times a year to visit friends and family, and record music (I’m a musician). I decided to stay at the Four Seasons this time around and I’m so glad I did. Being from Boston, I know the property well, however I did not fully grasp the level of perfection and attention to detail until this past week. I caught a cold and needed to get better fast - they supplied me with endless lemons, water, tea, and bowls of chicken noodle soup (I recovered in a day). The concierge even sent out for cough drops!!!! Being met with “welcome back” every time I returned always added a personal touch and went a long way. The joy of coming in from the cold only to enjoy complimentary hot chocolate was never lost on me. If you work hard and want to chill for a few days - this is your spot. In a nutshell, if you’re looking for class, outstanding service, and a hotel with personality and charm then stay here.

I understand fancy hotel markups and all but if youre going to mark up a $14 bottle of Prosecco to $60 and add a room charge and a 20% service charge, at least pick a Prosecco that scored better than 3.6 on Vivino. Also _every day_ they messed up our breakfast order. For a small $21 omelette and a $14 pot of coffee you think it would be pretty easy, but no. Rooms are gorgeous though, as long as you dont get one that has bedrooms without windows - is that even legal?

Booked a suite to celebrate my wifes birthday. Amazing stay! From the moment we stepped out of our car and throughout our stay, we were welcomed by name. So much attention was given to our two kids during check-in that it was positively overwhelming - so wonderful to see the smiles and excitement on their faces. Our suite was perfection and there were so many personal touches the staff provided that made our stay a memorable one. Highly recommend the Sunday brunch, just be sure to make a reservation. Overall, blown away by the service and pampered by all of the amenities that makes the Four Seasons a class of their own. Will absolutely be back!

I usually take photos of EVERYWHERE I visit so I can add to any review I might write, but the Four Seasons made me feel so at home I was too relaxed to want to. My visit was for the companys holiday party. Walking in to hear a live band playing selections from the Charlie Brown Christmas album (Vince Guaraldi) was a thing all to itself, but there was so much more. The caricature artists, the ski lift photo booth, and petting zoo all gave me a smile. The food was prepared well, but not overly seasoned. I really enjoyed being there due to the overall ambience.

I will never stay here now, knowing they got rid of all their senior staff so they wouldnt need to compensate during a pandemic.I find this atrocious! People that worked for this company for a long time let go for newer employees so they wouldnt need to compensate adequately!Greedy uncompassionate response to a pandemic we should all be fighting TOGETHER!I would find a place that treats their workers better!

I am giving it 3-stars as this particular location doesn’t live up to the Four Seasons repute.I stayed at the ExecutiveSuite & the room was such a disappointment. Feels stark & cold- doesn’t have the ambience associated with this hotel chain. To add insult to injury, no coffee machine, no tea bags etc i had to keep asking for mineral water daily despite their reassurance that they’ve taken note of my request.Having been a long time customer of Four Seasons, my next stop here will not be at this hotel, for sure.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Boston is a very fine luxury property, from the moment you check in to the moment you check out, you feel well looked after.I had the pleasure of staying for a conference and it was my best stay in Boston ever. I personally appreciated the well appointed and beautiful bedrooms, the outstanding staff and the 24/7 gym facilities. The hotel is located just across the street from Boston Common within easy access to historic down town or the shops along Bolyston Street.Public transport links are close by and even getting to the airport in rush hour can be accomplished quite quickly.Judging the food from the offerings at the conference, I must say, I rarely eat this well during a conference and thus was very pleased indeed with this stay. Double THumbs up, it doesnt get much nicer...

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Four Seasons in Boston. It was clean, amenities were great, the staff was friendly and very resourceful. A special thank you to the Hotel Manager, Christopher Werth and his staff as they made sure our stay was perfect. Not only were we upgraded from Executive Suite to Presidential Suite, we were even offered to refrigerate our left over food so we could enjoy our last day in the city worry free as we had already checked out of the hotel. We were offered cold water bottles for the road ahead when leaving the valet. The service was everything you would expect of a Four Seasons hotel. I would highly recommend this establishment to co-workers, friends and family.

Best Hotel in Boston! I started here when my son was college shopping and then I tried a few others. Will not stay anywhere else EVER. From the minute we checked in, lovely room over looking the Botanical Gardens. To Brian in the Bristol Room, Our V handsome doorman Stephen and the most important Tarik (dont kill me for the mis spell) who drove us everywhere so carefully (in a Bentley) we had the BEST time. Room service, in room dining, house keeping---there is nothing that isnt top level here. And the concierge, very helpful. Location is perfect. I cant recommend it enough. I’ve stayed in 5+ luxury hotels all over the world, this 4 seasons doesn’t compare. There is no bottled water when u arrive, no fruit, or welcome card. There was one bathrobe in closet, I couldn’t find the 2nd one, called housekeeping they said it was folded in bathroom under sink commode. He promised me it was there so while rummaging around the commode the entire piece of furniture fell on my legs, bruised, cuts, welts. I finally found bathrobe, it was folded the wrong way and looked just like the towels which were arranged in the same place. Why not hang both bathrobes in the closet. Housekeeping told me guests often can’t find the 2nd bathrobe. When I checked out the next day my focus was to let them know they had to fix the commode so no one else gets hurt (I was able to lift it and push it back in, it’s diy furniture). I couldn’t finish a sentence without being interrupted with excuses as to why this happened, what their bathrobe policy is, how great their furniture is, etc. Finally the manager came over, I explained to her....she wanted my info which she already had and for me to call them for an incident report. I already told them the problem, fix the commode! I left realizing she never offered anything to me so I went back and told her she should deduct our onetime room service charge. She did, too bad she (the manager) didn’t come up with that. Next night I stayed at the Boston Harbor Hotel and previously stayed at Mandarin Oriental, they r both far superior.
