This is where I purchased my beautiful Boston mug and then returned two years later to buy the same one for a person in Montana. When you hit Boston and start your Freedom Trail adventure this would be a first place to stop and shop. There are several sellers in here with many different selections of souvenirs. The building itself is full of historic Boston too!.

Gary A Gregory is a historian who has researched and recreated the process used for printing the original Declaration of Independence. His dedication is quite amazing. He came to the UK to work with the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers to recreate the Caslon typeface used on the document and prints his copies on a contemporary printing press in Faneiul Hall. The document itself is identical to the original. Very impressive. If youre in Faneuil Hall stop by and you can purchase a copy for $17.76 (1776) - get it?!

We really enjoyed exploring the building, but we especially loved the demonstration of the printing press and the history of its role in the Revolution. The woman working the press was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and she was patient and kind when we asked a lot of questions!

Nice little shopping are for more touristy items. Bathrooms downstairs are ok. The shops are nice, but nothing you cant find at every other gift shop in the area.

Quaint little shop. Overshadowed by the Hall across the street, still fun to walk around and waste some time while seeing the sites in Boston.

The whole square is amazing, with different stores, and sometimes street performers (mostly in the summer). Good food and drinks
