Wilson Stevens has been wonderful to work with and extremely flexible and understanding during these unprecedented times. We had to cancel our original wedding and they helped us reschedule with no trouble at all. If you are looking for professionalism, these guys are it. If theres one thing we all need nowadays it is peace of mind, and so far WS has surpassed all of our expectations.

Wow, were to even begin!!! The Wilson Stevens Band - Beantown makes you feel like you are front row at a huge concert!!! It was a dream come true. They were incredible; not a single person was sitting down all night. The band really knows how to play to the crowds interests. They even come down into the crowd with the mic and their instruments. This was brave with our wild crowd, but everyone thought it was just so cool! Our guests will be talking about this band for years to come. Beantown makes for a night you will never forget.Anita was great to work with on all the planning via email. She was very patient with some of my indecisiveness and made sure everything was just as I liked. The band even learned a new song for us which was just so special to me! Anita even helped us pull off a fun first dance, everything was just perfect.This band is worth every penny and then some! They are a must have band for your wedding.

We were so happy with Wilson Stevens throughout our entire wedding process (which as many can imagine has been quite unconventional!). We booked Clique for our planned July 2020 wedding and had gone to listen to them previously and were very excited! Unfortunately due to covid we had to change our wedding plans. We had two postponements, multiple different date holds and Justin was completely accommodating and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Ultimately we had to cancel our wedding and Wilson Stevens gave us a full refund with no issues at all. When we can eventually have a safe event, Wilson Stevens will be the first business that we call! The way theyve handled this pandemic and have been able to put their customers first through it all speaks to what an amazing business they are.

We would definitely recommend using Wilson Stevens. We have The Connection Band booked for our wedding and have been working with the company for the past year. Although the pandemic has forced us to postpone our wedding, Wilson Stevens has made the process so easy. They are always prompt to respond and were so supportive during the rescheduling process. We cannot wait to have them help us celebrate our big day!

We used Beantown for our wedding at the Omni Parker House 6/29/19. Words cannot even describe how amazing they all performed the entire day. They were the biggest highlight of the entire wedding! We used them for ceremony music as well as the reception. We had vocals, keyboard and a percussionist perform at the ceremony, everyone continues to comment that it was the most beautiful ceremony theyve ever witnessed because of the music, and we definitely agree with everyone! It was just flawless.At the reception, Beantown might as well have blown the roof off the ballroom! They all performed phenomenally the entire night, and kept the dance floor crowded. They even learned a special song for our first dance as a married couple and did an outstanding job performing it. All of us loved how interactive they were with everyone on the dance floor as well! From start to finish Beantown had both of us and our guests just astonished the entire night by their talent. Anita is the lead contact, drummer, as well as the MC during the reception. She is such a sweet person, and communication was great with her while we were planning out all the details of the evening. Tim is the VP who we were first reached out to when we were interested in booking, and he was on top of everything and quickly responded to all of our questions and requests. Beantown was the very first vendor I knew I wanted for our wedding, even before I had a venue picked out! Reading and hearing such great reviews about them, and watching their videos on their website, I knew we had to have them. And of course they lived up to every expectation I had and so much more. We already cant wait to plan an anniversary party, and Beantown will again be the first person we will be reaching out to for that. Thank you all so much for making our night amazing! We didn’t have the opportunity to have one of Wilson Stevens’ bands play at our wedding due to the pandemic, However our experience with them has been so easy throughout the planning process. They were compassionate and genuine when we had to pull the plug on our wedding, making the refund process fair without hesitation. Eye 2 Eye through Wilson Stevens Band was AMAZING. We continue to receive such great compliments to this day (almost a year later), and would highly recommend them for any upcoming wedding or event. The team was extremely organized and professional leading up to the big day too!

Wilson Stevens have been great! We had to reschedule our June 2020 wedding twice, and both times they were extremely understanding and helpful in moving our booking. We originally booked Splash!, but they werent going to be available for our first reschedule. Justin was extremely helpful in finding an alternate available option that would give us a similar vibe. We unfortunately had to reschedule again and were able to rebook Splash! All of this was at no cost and we were able to roll over our deposit.

Wilson Stevens!!! Where to start!! My sister hired EYE2EYE for her wedding in 2019 and I knew I needed to book them too for my 2020 wedding. As COVID-19 hit and plans needed to change, Justin and the Wilson Stevens team were amazing through the entire rescheduling process. Justin checked in with us regularly and truly had our best interest in mind. You are in great hands with this team and EYE2EYE DOES. NOT. DISAPPOINT!!!!

We have had an incredible experience working with Wilson Stevens. The booking process was smooth and organized from start to finish- with a great selection of bands and videos for reference. Wilson Stevens has been phenomenal to work with! We were originally supposed to get married in July 2020 but had to postpone to July 2021 due to Covid-19. Tim and his whole team have been so helpful during this stressful time, and made it so easy for us to switch our date. No questions asked and no additional fees. Were so looking forward to having Encore perform at our wedding!

While my wedding has not yet occurred, I wanted to let anyone uncertain about booking Wilson Stevens - given the uncertainty due to COVID19 - know that you should 10000% do it!! They have been the easiest vendor to rebook BY FAR! Unfortunately my original band was not available on our new date, but 6 other bands they represent were and it was no problem with them to pick a new band they represented! I had not thought of the benefit of booking with a company that represented multiple bands, but in trying to reschedule and coordinate availability for all of our vendors it was so helpful to have options. The new band we selected was slightly cheaper and they changed our contract to the cheaper price, which was well beyond what I had expected. I am so looking forward to updating this review after our wedding happens, but in the meantime I am so glad that I have booked with such a kind, caring, reliable and accommodating company!

I don’t often leave reviews but felt inclined to share our experience with Wilson Stevens. We booked Groovin’ You to perform at our wedding – originally scheduled for October 2020. Once COVID hit and it gradually became clear that our October date wasn’t going to happen as planned, we started reaching out to our vendors. Wilson Stevens could not have been easier to work with or more amicable – truly class acts through and through. In the middle of a stressful time for all parties, it was heartening to see a company conduct itself with such compassion. Not sure when we’ll get a chance to reschedule the wedding festivities, but when we do, we’ll be going with Wilson Stevens for our entertainment. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone – world-class folks.

Encore was the absolute BEST wedding band! They are all INCREDIBLY talented...they brought all the energy to our reception! They read the crowd and kept everything SO upbeat and fun! Our dance floor was such an incredible party and all ages had the best time! My sister is a great singer and the band welcomed her to perform a song with them which was also such a highlight! I would highly recommend Encore to anyone who wants the dance floor to be packed the entire night! We cant thank them enough for making our wedding so special!!!

We worked with Wilson Stevens to book our band Splash for a summer 2020 wedding. From the onset, they were the best company to work with during an already stressful time! After COVID hit and we were no longer able to have a band at our wedding, they were incredibly understanding and refunded our whole deposit. We will absolutely work with them again in the future!! I was referred to Wilson Stevens and although I had no idea how the process worked, the warm and welcoming initial email from Tim Wilson put my mind at ease. Within days we had a band signed.WELL, three weeks ago we were informed our wedding would be canceled/rescheduled due to the pandemic. Ugh!! I was worried about how Wilson Stevens would handle the situation since I was certain they were inundated with cancellations and rescheduling. I should not have been worried..their response, and options below, show what a class act they are and that the happiness of their clients is what matters most to them. We were able to choose one of the following options....***Reschedule your event, with the same band, for a new date*** If your band is unavailable for the new date, we can reschedule your event, with a different band, for the new date*** Postpone your event and apply your deposit to a future event*** If Covid-19 renders your event impossible to hold and you subsequently cancel, we will provide a full refundThere are no strings attached to the options described above. We are all in this togetherWe chose option two and though disappointed our initial band was booked for our new spring date, we are not worried about the new band, as all WS bands are outstanding. I have several friends who were in the same situation as us with a different management group and did not fare as well.If you are on the fence about moving forward with Wilson Stevens for your next event, dont be, they are professional, kind and in this time of uncertainty, they will have your back!!

Eye2Eye played at our wedding this past weekend and boy are we ecstatic we hired them. From Jasons bridal party introductions all the way to the last song (and dance floor forced encore) they were spectacular. They had the party going from start to finish and the guests couldnt stop raving about them. They also played at our cocktail hour and made the atmosphere just about perfect. From the vocals to the whole band we couldnt have been happier. Katlin was a dream to work with leading up to the wedding with all the details as well. We were blown away and are so glad we chose them for our big day!

The band that we used for Nina and Bens wedding, Wilson Stevens, was THE BEST band I have ever seen/heard at a wedding or bar/bat mitzvah. The leader of the band, Justin Wilson, was kind, caring, and was the kind of leader that you would want. He kept everyone involved throughout the entire wedding celebration and its the first time I have ever heard the crowd chant One More Song, One More Song when it was time to say good night. And yes, they played one more song! When we asked the band to play a very special song for when the bride walked down the aisle, they were extremely happy too make it happen for us. I was impressed with everything that they did from beginning to end. I cannot recommend them enough for any celebration that you are having! We absolutely loved them!

We were absolutely blown away with Beantown; they exceeded all of our expectations (and then some). Our guests were absolutely raving about the music. They sounded great, thanks both to their talent and the expert work of the engineering crew. Weve been to plenty of weddings with music that is poorly balanced or just too loud (not to mention less talented and less engaging) and the experience is night and day. Our guests who were seated could still carry on a conversation (without sacrificing volume on the dance floor)-not that it mattered, as the vast majority were on the dance floor all night (right until the lights came on). Would highly highly recommend.

Amazing. Guests were blown away and are still talking about the Hubs rendition of Shallow Music choices were fun and got people moving. The band looked polished and professional, but still stylish. There were no cheesy wedding songs, cliché games or anything that would have watered down the experience. Perfect. They even helped to remind me to throw the bouquet. 100% would recommend (and already have)

Wilson Stevens Production and specifically their band, Groovin You were one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. Everyone that we spoke to in the year leading up to our wedding were responsive and they really showed us that they would do anything to bring our vision to life for the ceremony and reception! We had a 10-piece band..which includes a piano and guitar player at our ceremony, the guitar player and a percussion player at our cocktail hour and the guitar player, piano player and a sax player during dinner. They then all joined the rest of the band for our reception. The band learned our chosen first dance song and did such an amazing job playing it. While they didnt necessarily totally stick to our suggested song list, they totally read the crowd and kept us dancing all night long. We had the best time at our wedding and attribute so much of that to Groovin You. We wish we could do it all over again!!!!

We cannot say enough about Beantown, they exceeded our expectations. They had everyone on the dance floor from the very first song until the end of the night. We could have danced for another 4 hours! Our wedding would have never been the same without their excellent talent. Anita is incredible to work with and really takes the time to get to know you. The Wilson Stevens team was a wonderful addition to our reception. They were professional and very knowledgable, make them a joy to work with! After reviewing their extensive array of bands, we chose to book Clique and could not have been happier with our decision. The band leader was easy to chat with and made me feel so comfortable about the flow of the evening. The band was so accommodating and invited the groom to join in and play a song during the reception. They had a soundcheck with him and made sure he was the star of the song. It was the absolute highlight of the evening for myself (and all of the guests!) Being able to incorporate his talent and love for music was something we werent sure wed be able to do but the band could not have been kinder. I cannot express how much it meant to me to see my husband playing with the band in front of everyone we loved. Aside from that incredible moment, the band was phenomenal. We had so many compliments from our guests about how talented and fun the band was. Each band member was a rock star in their own right -- so much talent on that stage! The energy never wavered! We knew they would be great, but we were blown away! Absolutely wonderful evening of dancing and pure joy!

WOW. wow. wow…. No other phrase but O.M.G. will do!! We’re a big group of dancers. So we were really excited and had high expectations based on all of the reviews and videos we’ve seen, but the BOSS band from Wilson Stevens blew them all out of the water. Truly. The energy, song repertoire, and ability to include everyone in the fun was a blast. We have gotten no less than 20 messages asking for your contact info, and endless comments on how we had the best wedding band EVER. We couldn’t agree more. Our first dance songs were beautiful, and that final sendoff song of where we got a giant hug from the entire wedding still gives me goosebumps. Its been nearly a month and we’re feeling the love and still riding high on the total boogie fever from our wedding. You gave us exactly what we wanted in our wedding reception celebration... One hell of a dance party, and we can’t thank you enough.

We used the Wilson Stevens band The Connection for our wedding. They were unbelievable. The band manager, Joey, was so kind and accommodating. He made the entire reception stress free for us. Our guests kept coming up to us during and after the reception, raving about how good the band was. They were so lively and fun and kept the crowd on their feet. Absolutely 100% would recommend working with Wilson Stevens Productions, Inc. for your wedding!!! I met Justin, the operations manager, through a friend who had been to one of their showcases- emailed him and he let me know when the next showcase would be held! He was nice enough to let me know in advance of the showcase which bands were still available for our date and give me a little bit of info about each band. Lucky for us, because we were booking so far advance, almost all the bands still had availability! We then attended the showcase and heard 4 or 5 bands play a mini-set of songs to show off their talents! We all fell in love with One Step Ahead immediately because we loved their song selections and we especially loved Lilly, the lead female vocalist- she has an absolutely amazing voice!Dave, the band leader, was a pleasure to work with- he was so easy going and made the whole process really fun and even worked with me (and was very patient) on some unique/special elements we wanted to include.At the wedding the bands kicked things off to a GREAT start when they played a few songs before dinner. This way everyone was up and dancing from the start of the night and just having an absolute ball. Their song selections were perfect, they played to the crowd and it was so much fun. I cannot tell you how many people came up to us at the wedding and have reached out after the fact to tell us how GREAT the band was. I do recall at the end of the night as they closed out their set that the crowd started chanting one more song, one more song... They were kind enough to give us one more song and certainly sent us off dancing at the end of the night!!Everything from the initial planning to our reception was seamless with Wilson Stevens. We absolutely LOVED One Step Ahead and it was just such an easy/fun experience! Worth every penny :)

Splash! By Wilson Stevens Band was absolutely incredible. They made our entire wedding night! Our wedding was a month ago, and people are still texting us to say it was the best dance floor theyve ever been a part of!

Wilson Stevens was recommended to us by several friends, so we went to a showcase to check out a few bands and were so impressed by what we saw. Justin and Kristin were our contacts and they both responded to all our questions quickly and were extremely accommodating. We hired Groovin You and they were phenomenal - the dance floor was packed all night long and so many people have commented on how great the music was. I highly recommend both Wilson Stevens and Groovin You for a fantastic entertainment experience!

Let me just start by saying that we had never seen The Connection in person before our wedding day, nor had we met anyone in the band. All of our expectations were met and then some! Everyone’s first comment at our brunch the next day was, “That band! They were awesome, where did you find them?!” We asked for energy and boy did we get it. The dance floor was full the entire night and they nailed every song they played. We even asked them to learn a song for our first dance and it was so good we thought that it was a recording! The best part of our party was at the very end. The band called all of our guests to the dance floor and got us surrounded by love. They were absolutely everything we could have ever dreamed!

We had our wedding on March 15 and Radiance was playing with their newest addition Jay as a lead vocalist. They. Were. Awesome. They were fun, exciting, extremely entertaining, and everyone loved them. Leading up to the wedding, they responded quickly to emails, always were there to help, and was one of the highlights of planning our wedding. I would 100% recommend them. Theyre well worth the money!

We loved having Eye 2 Eye perform at our Dining Playbook Gala in November! They were on time, prepared and very professional. They played classics and top 40 hits to a crowd of 800 people at the Park Plaza Castle in Boston. The band had an incredible stage presence and the lead singers interacted with the crowd, getting everyone on their feet and dancing. By the end of the night, everyone was on the dance floor! We look forward to working with them again.

From the first interaction we had with Justin at one of the Showcases last summer to our phone calls and emails, we knew we made the right decision in booking them. I am a wedding planner by trade, but this past weekend I was a bridesmaid in a family wedding. Groovin You played, and they were so amazing. They all moved around, got in the crowd, and truly got all ages dancing the entire night. The dance floor was never empty! They played songs from today all the way back to the 50s. They also did a wonderful job as the MC for the wedding reception, a piano player for cocktail hour, and provided sound and music for the ceremony. I cannot recommend Groovin You enough!

Radiance was absolutely AMAZING. They had our dance floor full all night. Weeks later we still have people telling us they were the best wedding band theyve ever seen! They played such a good variety of music to cater to all age groups and were open to taking requests from the guests. We had a gloomy/rainy wedding day and were nervous it would effect the mood of the crowd but Radiance made sure that didnt happen. Evans voice is unbelievable and Sal was a great MC. They were a pleasure to work with and we would 100% use them again--they were one of the reasons our wedding day was the best day of our lives :)

We had a fantastic experience with Wilson Stevens Productions and Joey Scott and the Connection. I could not say enough about how professional and accommodating they were. The band is incredibly talented. There was not one minute during the wedding that the dance floor was not full - except during their short break.

Signature was absolutely amazing at our wedding on July 18th! They kept the dance floor full all night long with their fantastic song selections. Our guests loved that members of the band came out onto the dance floor during their performances. Everyone weve talked to after the wedding has raved about Signature and how great they were. They are an extremely talented group of musicians and we made a great decision hiring them for our wedding!

Splash! was INCREDIBLE!!!My husband and I went to a Wilson Stevens Showcase shortly after we got engaged. We immediately knew that we wanted Splash! after hearing them perform! We even scheduled our date around the bands availability. Let me just say, that they exceeded our expectations on the night of our wedding! The whole band was incredible and had all of our guests up and dancing the whole night. Katlin, the band liaison was extremely easy to work with and made sure that all of our questions were answered right up until the last week before the wedding. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about booking a band to not only go through Wilson Stevens, but go with Splash!...it will be one of the best decisions that you make for your wedding!

We hired FreeStyle for our wedding on 11/28/15. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Wilson Stevens Productions. From start to finish the experience was enjoyable and we are SO happy that we had them for our wedding entertainment. Our guests were dancing all night and we are still receiving the most positive feedback from all of our wedding guests. They were engaging and interacted with even our youngest guests (they pulled our flower girls up on the stage and did an awesome rendition of Shake It Off). The lead singer Sam was a joy to work with and welcomed us to call or text her even at 3 am the day of our wedding if anything came up. She was fantastic! All of the musicians in the band were extremely talented and made our day so special! I would recommend them to anybody!!

When I hung up the phone with Tim after my first conversation about 6 months ago, I turned to my husband and said that there was quite a bit of bragging going on about Beantown. I am here to say that you deserve those bragging rights!!!! You were everything you said you would be and even more!!! Anita, you were kind, caring and so helpful throughout the entire process. So many people came up to me and were so impressed that not only did we have a female drummer but that you were outstanding!!! The energy that filled the room was amazing! All the members of the band were so enthusiastic, fun and professional - and CUTE!!!! I cant tell you how many of our guests came up to us after the wedding and raved about the music. There is absolutely nothing I would have changed - Beantown was hands down the best band ever!

Eye 2 Eye was AMAZING! We cannot imagine our wedding night without them. We cannot tell you how many people came up to us to tell us that they were the best band they had ever heard. They read the room perfectly all night playing the perfect mix of music from oldies to pop and everything in between. Their energy was perfect and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. You cant have a perfect wedding without having Eye 2 Eye! Thank you for everything.

What an amazing night we had at our Annual Holiday Party. The band absolutely blew myself, the employees, and our owner away. The music selection was fun and upbeat, where they had everyone dancing and singing along to the tunes! AhhhhMAZING!In addition to the talented members of the band, the DJ really switched the vibe to a more club like feel. Once the lights turned down and the DJ started his thing everyone was in full party mode. I think this band and DJ really set the stage for a high energy event and I am so thankful for that.I cant imagine our party being such a success without this talented team, a huge THANK YOU, from me and my staff!

August 29, 2015 was the date, Fort Adams in Newport R.I. was the place, Beantown was the band and this all added up to wonderful memories.This was a destination wedding. Every person who attended has let us know “that band” was wonderful, fabulous, awesome, the adjectives come quickly when I run into people who were at the wedding – they helped make my daughter’s wedding an event to remember not only for the bride and groom but for the entire guest list.During the planning process leading up to the wedding everyone we dealt with was considerate and helpful of all of our needs. From the beginning of the evening the members of the band were helpful, courteous, entertaining, interactive and considerate of our guests. I highly recommend Beantown for any event you might be having. Fair warning – be prepared to dance your shoes off and sing loud and often. Thanks to all who helped make our event such memorable occasion.

We found out about Wilson Stevens productions, after I saw the band ‘Beantown’ at a friend’s wedding a few years back. After finding out that band was unavailable, they invited us to one of their Showcases. (Advice – GO TO THESE! We went with the impression it was going to be another wedding task, and ended up being one of our favorite date nights. We went to a couple other showcases after, and left mid-way through because we knew nothing would beat the bands from Wilson Stevens).We decided to go with the band ‘Boss’ – and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. They had an amazing and huge song list with such a wide variety to choose from. Prior to the wedding, Miles Donahue, the band leader, was extremely responsive and also gave great song advice when I asked him for opinions on entrance songs etc. Haley Amott was also a pleasure to work with the day of the wedding (and also extremely talented!!) The band was so easy to work with, making the whole experience so much less stressful.Now to the actual wedding - I never left the dance floor. And neither did anyone else. The energy the band had was outstanding- especially Chris Waller. My biggest regret from our wedding, was that our dance floor was not big enough, because I was not expecting every- single- guest, to be on the dance floor, and would never leave.Their biggest mistake the band made was giving me the tambourine, because I refused to give it back. I woke up the next morning with bruises on my legs from banging the tambourine so hard. I was dancing so much that I took my wedding dress off half way through to something more comfortable, to enable my full dancing potential. I especially loved when the band came out onto the middle of the dance floor playing the sax. It was unreal.That night, and for weeks after, the very first thing our guests said to us about our wedding day, was ‘Your band was AMAZING,’ or, ‘Where did you find that band??’ I could not have been more pleased. They seriously made our wedding day so amazing. I HIGHLY recommend the band Boss, to anyone and everyone. I don’t think words can describe how thankful we are for having them apart of our wedding. Other than my husband and I actually marrying each other; the band Boss was the best part of our wedding.

We worked with Wilson Stevens Productions and Beantown for my daughters wedding. They made the event perfect. They were great to deal with. They were great entertainers and musicians with a huge portfolio of music. They made the event personal and we can hardly wait to use them again.

Just Amazing!! That was pretty much the comments from all of our guests at our daughters wedding on December 6th about Beantown. They kicked off the evening with a full dance floor and it never ended until the last song. We had a wonderful evening and many folks just enjoyed the band enjoying the crowd as they rocked Glen Island Harbor Club.Not only from a performance factor that evening but all through out the process leading up to the wedding they were a pleasure to deal with and made this part of the wedding arrangements a breeze. Cant thank them enough for making this such a special day for all of us.

Wilson Stevens Production was flat out incredible to work with in every aspect. Tim, Katlin the band Protégé absolutely made the wedding an unforgettable event. No one sat down from the first song to the last. Our guest were all asking where they could go to see Protégé preform again!

We just had the PMC Check Presentation Gala at Fenway Park and had Eye 2 Eye perform. The were, as always, amazing. From their professionalism, choice of music across all genres, non-stop performance and musical talent they kept our crowd on the dance floor all night. From the business side, the Wilson Stevens team was a pleasure to work with also. We received nothing but positive reviews on how great the band was. They are a must have for your event, if music, celebration and dancing are core to the success of your evening.

I would highly recommend Beantown for your wedding or any event that you might consider for a band booking. All the singers and musicians were top notch and they really got the party going as they were very interactive with the crowd. My wedding day and night was the most amazing experience in my entire life and Beantown was a HUGE part of it. Beantown was even better than I had imagined. They had everyone up on the dancefloor from the second we were at the reception. The entire wedding was one amazing dance party with great music, interaction with the singers and tons of energy. I would highly recommend Beantown for your wedding or event!
