We had a nice time playing putput golf and some games indoor. The course is well maintained and all of the attractions are open on weekends.

We came to Party Central with 44 cadets from Cypress, Tx. They opened the doors for us even on a closed days so that the kids could enjoy themselves. All the staff we so awesome. Thank you for an awesome night!

Lots of arcade machines had to be reset in order to work properly. The games were a lot of fun. The go karts were a blast. My favs were the Jurassic Park Game and the bowling game. The staff was friendly, especially Garrick that works outside.

The employees who exchange winer tickets tried to cheat my kids with there tickets people going to ask how our story my kid has 889 tickets gave him 320 when manger was told she tried to cover it no apology from her .we spend about 260 dollars at party city bossier in few hours today date November 23 2020

I wish there were more places like this in the SBC! Highly recommend for families, but also great for a date night. We always enjoy the mini golf and the arcade. We spent about 2.5 hours here on a Saturday night, sort of crowded but the lines move quickly. I havent eaten here or even used the bathroom, so I cant say anything about those. Its a smoke free place which I love. They offer Military Discount. Overall, it was great way to kill some time and get out of the house on the weekend.

The kids had a blast. They were very accomidating. Loads of things for children to do along with go-carts, giant slide, and small fair grounds rides. Only issue with the place is some of the arcade games were not functioning properly. Otherwise excellent venue for birthday parties for children 4 and up.

My wife and I took our son here tonight for his birthday. We ate pizza, played games and mini golf. We really enjoyed the mini golf however dim lighting needs to be updated. The gaming was fun but the basketball shooting wasnt counting some of the shots which resulting in not getting our tickets. One of the ticket counting machines malfunctioned also. Again we had a good time but with some minor changes this places gets 5 stars!

Gone here many times and its actually been pretty fun. I especially love the go-karts. The only issue is that the service can get slow sometimes when its busy and the food is super overpriced, but staff is nice and place is clean. Love it

Were on a family road trip and planned a day at Party Central based on the websites advertised $29.99 Summer Special wristband. The kids were so excited until we got there and were told the wristband is only valid Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Additionally, we were told many of the attractions dont even open until 4pm, even if we chose to purchase the attractions separately. So disappointed in the misleading advertising on the website. Im also confused as to why a business would offer a special only for their busiest days, a better business plan would be to attract people on the slow days instead of turning them away with misleading advertising.

Party Central is a great place to go if you have kids. Me and my boyfriend went to utilize their batting cages and that was fun as well. The only negative thing was how hot it was and of course they had no control over that. There was typical mini golf, go-karts and arcade games. As well as batting cages and water bumper boats. We didnt have to wait long to get our tokens and paid around 10 dollars for probably somewhere about 80 balls. The helmets didnt fit and did not have a chin strap which may pose a injury but this is just a kids place not a legit batting cage. There werent any other guests at the batting cages so we had free rein at whatever speeds and end we wanted to be on. They had slow (baseball), slow (softball), medium, and very fast. If you were able to use your own equipment (you may be able to) I can see this being something I would definitely go back to. The only other downside was the concession stand prices, just like any other place youre paying $6-8 for a hot dog, nacho, etc. I would make sure the kids are fueled up before coming here.

Good for kids but cost too much

Its fun. Not to expensive. But it really only takes an hour at the most to do everything outside. But kids can play inside for a good hour too. I only say that because of the games and it ends up adding up all the money you spend just to get tokens for them.

Family had a good time playing mini golf

Ive been going here for the batting cages for the last few years. I have never been told not have I ever worn a helmet. In slow pitch softball we do not wear them in our games. We go at least once a week for at least an hour if Not 2. Today we paid for an hour and started batting first round after the second set we were told we had to wear a helmet. Well I put the one they brought me and it was so big that I could not move without it moving and making it so I could not see the ball. We went in and got a smaller but still it didnt fit and I did not feel safe to bat. I went inside and asked for at least part of my money back since I did bat one round. The manager said she could give me a credit to use there. I explained thAt I would never use it since we only go to use the batting cages. I told her if I had been made to wear a helmet any of the many times we had gone then I would not have spent my money I would find another place to practice. I understand rules and safety but if they are in place then it should be consistent. I can provide many receipts and never have worn a helmet. I feel I should have been able to get my money back know and not a credit that I will never use.

Took my kids here today for a birthday party! Everything was great until we noticed my sons phone was missing! Luckily my husband uses family link app to track the childrens phones! The go- kart staff TOOK the phone!! The tracker took us straight to the gold Cadillac parked by the go-karts!! Very disappointed & the manager on duty was NO help!! NEVER GOING BACK!

Perfect for my son and I. It rained on the day we went however we were able to have fun inside. Funnel Cake Fries........OMG. Loved every moment with those.

Had a lot of fun here. The go karts were a little rough. The spin zone was really fun. Wish the play area was bigger. Basically its a bumper car but its controlled like a zero turn lawn mower. There is an inner tube around the base. Thats what you bump into. The mega slide was good.

Was there for my nephew Birthday party. The only thing I didnt like, is waiting in line to order something, and all the workers, walk away. Customers service, needs a lot of work

Kids love this location. Go karts, bumper boats, rock walls and so much more. In addition to the outdoor activities, theres a large selection of video games and playground inside as well. Safe and clean as wellWould be five stars but the (younger) staff at the outdoor activities are generally inattentive and talk amongst themselves, often with inappropriate language.Still a great place for a weekend afternoon, one of the best in the area.

Great place to take kids of all ages! I took my 1 year and 4 year old. My 1 yr old played in the toddler section while my 4 yr old bounced between that section and the big kid section! Both kids had a blast!

Last time we went to play putt putt here with my gf and Mexican best friend (secret lover the gf doesnt know I have) we got rained out and got rain checks. Went today and played eith just her using those checks and had a lovely time . I bet her Id win even after giving her a 5 point handicap (it being our age difference), the bet was to clean the kitchen entirely. Awesome service,friendly staff,fantastic atmosphere

Poorly maintained machines, lots of stolen tokens and tickets. Very crowded, loud, and overpriced for jungle gym. Outside attractions are a better deal, especially with the weekend wrist band (all you can ride). Very disappointed.

Fun place! It can be expensive especially with multiple children, but you get a lot especially with the unlimited packages. My kids can spend an entire day here. We also left and ate lunch somewhere else and then came back. If you do eat their food it isnt bad. My only real complaints are the arcade games are kind of expensive and a lot eat coins. But there is so much to do beyond the arcade. Glad Shreveport/Bossier has this place.

Everything was great but the go carts. We were told the lil kids wouldnt be on the track as the adult carts and they lied and my 7 year old end up getting hurt pretty bad...it was her first time and only reason why we allowed her to get on because we thought it was just going to be the lil rookie carts and never did the management say Im sorry that this has happened, didnt even get the first aid kit...had to ask for bandages and etc

Pretty fun, it rained when we went, so we couldnt play outside, but the inside was alright, other than it was crowded. Needs to be a little bigger. Also, they wanted us to pay for a 10 month old to play.

Worst customer service experience ever! My sons birthday and we drove an hour. No one was working front counter so we waited in concession line for 30 minutes just for the girl to be rude and say I was yelling at her. I was not yelling it was loud in there and she couldnt help me. They refused to serve us at that point and turned backs on us. We will never attempt to drive to this place again. Altitude trampoline park has made up for my sons birthday with the best customer service and fun friendly atmosphere.

We had our sons 6th birthday party at party central and it was amazing!! Talon our party host did an outstanding job. Her professionalism and love for kids really shined through. I highly recommend Party Central!! Great for kids and adults!!

Talk about ruining somebodys birthday. Called at 12:15 pm and asked if we could bring a cake with us for an adult get together. When we arrived at 6:30 pm we were told by a rude person were not allowed to bring the cake in unless we pay $65 for a party. then wants to hide behind thats just their company policy then says we didnt call when we have proof we did. so lets get this straight they turned away a group of 15 people about to spend well over $300 at their business. Because of their company policies.. Thanks Manger Brandy for ruining our day.

It would of been 5 stars except for the fact that last time we went there was a young black girl short hair that would not talk or touch the kids. it put them in harms way entering and exiting the rides. this time there was a young large white girl long hair that could not be bothered to assist the kids on the slide or in the climbing area. As adults cannot get into climbing area they need to have someone who is observant of the kids and when one starts screaming in the tube they need to react not sit there and ignore it!

My kids had fun but I think the staff need an upgrade. Not all the staff just a few people around the park. More friendly towards the visitors at the least. The kids didnt notice but my wife and I sure did. Overall nice place to bring the family. This was my 3 visit and 2 out of 3 was the same 1 was a little better 5 years ago.

They want people to follow the rules but they dont even follow it buy its self there was a guy in a black shirt that let me in the big cart when no one was there, but when the was people they put in small cart my knee was so close i hurt my self because of that. I ask if i can get in a big cart and they said no and if they can fit in it then i could but i bet if they tried to press the gas then they cant. I would rate zero star but i cant.

Its ok. Its not the most fun place. However the token games were the most fun part for kids.

Over priced...the kids cant even play in the jungle gym or kiddie section without a wristband! And to top it off someone stole my sons IPhone! I will say that the manager did show sincere empathy for that situation.

Were out of town for spring break! Overall the kids enjoyed themselves. Several activites to choose from. My kids enjoyed Go-karts and were soaked on bumper boats.

A fun way to spend the afternoon but horribly overpriced. The day package gets you unlimited access to the go carts and the few rides they have but mini golf costs extra. The facilities were clean and the arcade games well kept.

Its a great place to get kids of there electronic devices and be a kid. They have outside activities as well as inside ones. All around my daughter loves this place.
