Very quiet area but the parking is not friendly to all types of vehicles.

I would not advise anyone to put there mobile home nor travel trailer here... I got my mobile home here and after 2months he went up $90 more on my space rent and the electric is in there name and you never get to see the actual bill they print out there own statement and boy do they make a profit off the electric... I have been charged .28cents a K/W now Im sure there has to be a federal law against that.... and if youre afew days late he charges$60late fee to start with...... I paid$2800 for my mobile home and he offered me $500 I told him where he can go with his money so hes mad at me....so now hes trying to take it from me..... I am100% disabled.. so I only get a little check each month..... even for what I have paid him... for 2months of space rent and electric he says I owe him $1561 and even turned the electric off...now I have bad heart problems among other major health issues... and heat is something I have to avoid..... now he knows I cant pay that so he wants me to remove all my belongings so he can take my home from me... I know that he can get at least$850-$1000 a month with all bills paid... with a 2bdrm,2full bathrooms..... I have nowhere to go nor do I have any family here.......his name is Ed turner with ed turner insurance.......

Great price for construction workers...Needs some updating...old cracked concrete..drain stubs are still cast iron..landlady runs a tight ship so no loud music or partying. Trains close by but you get used to that. City water, cable available, dumpsters supplied.
