It is amazing, there are always nice people and the park is so smooth. The jumps are perfectly sculpted and the pump track is beautiful, just Make sure to bring your own water it can get hot and there is the time limit but for the amount of fun that you get there is really nothing to complain about!
Great free community bike park. Perfect place for repetitive skills training. Whether its working on your jumps, learning to pump, riding berms, practicing drops and skinnies or wall rides. This place is not to be missed
Being a beginner MTB rider at the age of 40, and having only basic bike riding experience, I really didnt know what to expect when when I got there. This park has a lot of rad pieces to it packed into a relatively small area. Dont get me wont, by far is the park small, just going in without expectation, I was surprised at the amount of things to do in the area provided. I was there for an hour and forty-five minutes and was busy the entire time. And I didnt even try some of the more advanced jumps, I stuck to the kiddie hills and Flow Trails. The skills course is a lot of fun to play with as well. A variety of pathways with different difficulty of obstacles, paths and drops. This place was A LOT of fun and I plan to become a regular. Please say hi if you see me, I love making new friends.
Really fun place for all ages. Just make sure you bring your helmet and make sure your bike doesnt have pegs.
I brought my boy here to ride and he had a lot of fun, this is a cool bike park .
Great fun. Amazing set up and built very well (excluding the middle jump line)
Its free, theres portal potties, they clean the whole park every 2hr, multiple sitting areas for parents and any age welcome. Theres something for everyone.
Just discovered this little gem. Ideal for all ages, but not much to do little ones with training wheels. Map at the entrance indicate routes based on the level of difficulty. Very hot during the summer. Make sure to bring water. Helmets are a must. There are some 2 sitting areas, one near the entrance and one towards the back. Right now (COVID), they are operating on 2 hour rotation schedule in between cleanings. Cleaning only take 10-15 min but you will be asked to exit the park and wait outside until the ranger is done. Park is free of charge but a donation meter is placed near the entrance if you wish to contribute to the maintenance of the park.
Looked like an awesome place to ride... But after waiting for an hour with one of the greatest bmx riders ever to ride a bmx bike we left... This is because they only let a certain amount of people in at an outdoor park in the middle of know where..
Really sweet place to develop mtb skills... and have fun!
Great bike park. Friendly staff and friendly riders. Well maintained jump lines and pump track. Watch that last jump on the intermediate line though, the take off is a little flat.
Great place to work on mtb skills too
This place is awesome! Currently it is required to bring a face mask and helmet. However, you dont need to wear the mask the whole time (you do need to wear a helmet at all times).
My son had a blast. Several different courses to ride on. Parking is on a gravel slope...a little sketchy. Port o potties availabe. They only let a given number of people in per session. They close and clean inbetween sessions.
Fun. Pump up. Step up.
San Miguel road was not designed for the additional road traffic. The residents of this area given the choice voted no for this bike park. Little to no supervision. Ambulance traffic has increased. Would suggest entrance start at the ball park vice on San Miguel road. Traffic increases risk to those riding horses or cyclists. Our tranquil area has been disturbed.
The bike park is super rad. Really fun for the whole family. However, because the park super new the park is not supervised during normal operating hours regularly so watch your children close. Young teenagers and inconsiderate riders seems to thing there are no rules. Other than having to ride with your head on a swivel the park is awesome.
Fun great time we need more of for Mountain biking.
Great BMX park! Thanks San Diego MOUNTAIN biking association for building what is pretty much a BMX park. As proven by the 90%+ riders on site that typical are on BMXs not mountain bikes. Next time could you build a MOUNTAIN biking park please??????
Amazing experience for the whole family. Bring plenty of water to drink because there is no water fountain. They have porta potties and an air pump filler for tires. Everyone is well behaved. And the place is very well-maintained. Good for beginners all the way up to expert level. Makes me want to go buy a new Jump BMX at 50 years old.
Great place for a bike park ad good parking.
Awesome place! Only problem is one way direction should be establish on the pump line otherwise collision might happen
Havent been yet, Im ready to go this weekend
Great addition to the community. Coolest thing is seeing all the little shredders getting into the sport.
This place is so awesome, very well maintained . Kids and grown ups are able to ride its just a great way to spend your day and you can help donate bring some change and fill the meter.
Awesome place to bring the kids to catch some fresh air. The bike ramps and pump flows are sweet!
I thought it was a public park? I’m over 18and I don’t need to wear a helmet at any other public park?? saw nowhere online sayingI needed one and I was just visiting for the day and wasn’t allowed in. like at least have my sign a waiver so I can ride or something??
Great park! but,No one is opening the bike park it’s 9:40. Nor does it look like any staff is here to open. 50+ people are waiting.
Great place to ride and its free. This place was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon so you need to keep an eye out for little ones who jump in to your path and arent paying attention to the flow. It can get a little chaotic. Awesome place to improve your BMX or MTB skills or just have a chill jump day with friends.
Very cool little bike park !!! Something for everyone...
The park needs weed abatement real bad.
Super fun. Any bike will work, but I wish I had a dirt jump bike now.
Great bike park with something for everyone, Flows very well even with many people riding at once.
A great bike park for a great community.Country living close to everything .What a great bike park.
It’s a really fun track super smooth good for stunt jumpers and bmx bikes
