Golf Guys is an incredible place. Not only do they have all the premiums clubs/brands, their staff has industry leading expertise on fitting individuals. I worked with JD and he was extremely patient while giving me advice and listening to my 1000 questions. I was very impressed with his knowledge of clubs, shafts, weight, flex and other attributes when fitting me. I think he could appropriately fit any type of golfer!I highly recommend everyone in the area get fitted by Golf Guys. In addition to the best service, you cannot beat their equipment pricing!

I have purchased all of my clubs and balls from The Golf Guys - - for the last 26-years. They have the most knowledgable, experienced and professional staff Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Outstanding club fitting and repair capabilities. Very competitive prices. Huge stock of equipment and supplies - - but, I wont be volunteering to help Fran and Tom do a physical inventory any time soon.

Great selection, kind staff and lots of golf knowledge. But a STUNNING disregard for customer safety and those with COVID concerns during the pandemic. The store space is extremely tight; theres no circulation of any kind; theres no effort to socially distance; staff are all without masks as are a small, mingling fraction of customers (shopping for clubs is not a quick stop). They do have a small bottle of two of hand sanitizer at checkout, so they must be worried about something. Bottomline: if you have ANY concerns being exposed to COVID or any risk factors for a serious case of COVID, do not go in this store until the pandemic is over or until they innovate their service for customers with COVID concerns. Otherwise, enjoy.

I was paying for a club repair and I observed that none of the staff were wearing masks. When I asked why, I was told that the Governor’s latest directive didn’t require them to do so. I told them that I would not do any further business with them. A man behind the checkout desk, not the person processing my payment, questioned my reasoning. I told him that it was irresponsible to not safeguard customers from infection by the staff. He mocked me by saying he was happy that I was wearing a mask to safeguard them and then continued to question me. I told him I was done discussing this anymore. He continued to question me and I asked for his name, which he refused. Then I asked for the manager and he said mockingly “what do you want”. I left the store and he continued to follow me out the door. At that point I told him to stay away from me and he returned to the store.I have patronizing this store for many years and have been generally satisfied with their service. It’s apparent that the management of this store does not care for the well-being of its customers during this pandemic. No other member of the staff spoke up during this interchange, so I can only assume the staff member who engaged me was a manager or owner. His behavior is inexcusable.

Walked in, immediately, I was directed to the fitting bay. I hit every brand and the guy was very knowledgeable about each of them. More importantly, he made sure I was fit exactly right to the brand that worked with me best. Using their software and knowledge, these guys are truly the best.

Absolutely Outstanding! Recently completed approximately a 2-3 week fitting process with JD. I cant thank him enough for the time and dedication he put into my fitting. From beginning to end, JD & the rest of the staff that I spoke with were fantastic. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and will certainly recommend Golf Guys to others. With that being said....To any potential customers in need of a fitting, I would definitely suggest that you schedule an appointment! They do get extremely busy and just walking in hoping to get fitted, could have you waiting for quite awhile. Suggestion to customers... its never good golf etiquette to hang out in the fitting area talking etc. while a client is working with a fitter. I have needed some very specific parts, grips, etc. Additionally, I have required some fine tuning to my equipment due the effects of several orthopedic surgeries from work related injuries I have suffered over my 35 years on the job. Each and every time I have gone into the shop or scheduled and appt. they have met the challenge and exceeded my expectations. The entire staff has been very attentive and easy to work with. Their demeanor has always been pleasant and professional. I will continue to give them my business as well as highly recommend them to others, because they have earned it. My daughter needed a new set of clubs because she grew out of her current set. I was referred to The Golf Guys from her coach. I almost didnt want to make the drive from Fort Myers to Bonita but I am glad we did. We just walked in one Saturday and was helped by Jeff. He took the time to go through their used sets first. After some consideration we couldnt find anything used that would work for her. He spent an hour doing a fitting with her having her hit balls trying different clubs. No pressure sales. Gave us all our options at different price levels. Discussed with her coach pulled the trigger and they adjusted the length and they where ready the next day. They even gave us a great price since she was a junior golfer. Im not much of a golfer myself but the shop was very impressive with anything a golfer could ever want or need!Thank you Jeff for the great service!PS-We will be back soon when my son needs a new set.

This place should be called, The Great Golf Guys. If they dont have it, you probably dont need it but they can probably get it.Good selection and friendly service for a range of new and used equipment and repairs.And the price is right.

This use to be my to go place for golf equipment and cloths. However, their management no longer requires masks for employees or customers. Not a good idea given our increasing COVID cases and hospitalizations. I will be taking my golf business else where.

A bit cluttered and hectic but the staff is super professional and know their stuff! JD (Justin Dean) fit me for a set of irons in one of their hitting bays. JD did a wonderful job. I will return for my golf needs.

Checked out The Golf Guys for the first time while visiting in Bonita Springs. Picked up a really nice pair of FJ golf shoes at a good price. Their selection is insane of anything golf and the prices are really good.

Hard to believe the arrogance of some business owners. I asked one of the partners (not Fran) if the priced marked on a used wedge was the best he could do and got a smart answer The best price is marked on the club. He never looked at the cost on the sticker or the club and walked away. Anyone with any golf club pricing knows the markup on used golf clubs, and the low trade in price given there is always room to move. Very poor customer service and respect.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEstopped by on monday april 15 at around 1030am and they were packed. Waited around for 30 mins or so trying to get some help to no avail. Chalked it up as a busy day. No biggie ill give them another try. Went back april 17 at 830 when they opened. Got greeted, talked to an individual about a fitting and buying a new set of irons. He sent me back to the hitting area...i waited and waited. At one point another employee stated that he would track him down... at 9 am i walked out of the store. Maybe since i told him i was from NY and that i wasnt a cottonhead they could really care less to help.me out. Ill take my grand elsewhere, not that they really care. ..if i was the owner i would be irate about this review. I wanted to order the cobra one length set.. wont be back.

Staff are great at helping find the right clubs for every skill level and age. Make sure you walk through the entire store, my first few times in I missed the back part where all the used clubs are. Got a great deal on my irons, extremely competitive with online prices! I will be back again and again for all my golf needs.

Great selection of equipment, especially used equipment, much of it like new. I really hustle and bustle place where the customers and the equipment are all packed in. They are strong on the equipment side - not strong on apparel unless you are looking for mens floppy khaki hats.

Very attentive staff and you can get the occasional real good deal on used stuff. Otherwise they need a bigger location as they do have a pretty large selection it is cramped I would give it three and a half stars if Google would let me.

I can understand their hours for the off-season but I think its ridiculous for them to be closed at 6 pm during the week and at 5 pm on Saturdays during the busy season! I cant even get to this place after playing a round before they close. Good selection, retail prices.
