Homes in this community are overpriced considering the location and close proximity to Imperial Highway.The constant eastern traffic noise will be heard and is unavoidable. I do not recommend.

This is a nice community, however, the persistent and heavy, non stop traffic noise from Imperial Hwy and 75 is disturbing and annoying regardless of location.

The homes looked beautiful upon being built.

Buyer Beware!You can hear heavy traffic road noise in all areas of the community.Exercise due diligence. Owners and realtors will try to tell you differently.

Lived there for three years. Its a nice community and Toll builds a great home. The traffic noise from Imperial Highway and 75 is annoying at times depending if the wind blows from the east....

The one girl waved every time going in and out of the security gate, giving the impression of friendliness..

Beautiful homes, beautiful landscaping...would consider living here.
