The entire crew at Pottery as Art is focused on customer service and satisfaction, starting with the owner.We had a problem with a fountain wed purchased from here when under different owners, therefore we were expecting, Really sorry about your problem but we cant help you. This was before our time.What an incredibly pleasant, and unexpected surprise when we didnt encounter that. The owners primary focus is on customer satisfaction and he worked with us to resolve the issue. Hes also got a first class staff who are both knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They relayed messages and kept us informed on steps being taken to resolve our issue.We had an outstanding experience with this business and recommend them without question.

Amazing variety of pots, fountains and landscaping ornaments in every color and style imaginable. Prices vary but are reasonable considering the high quality of products. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!

This is a wonderful place with beautiful pieces. The prices were great and the people were outstanding!!

The hours posted for Sunday, 9:30 am. We arrived at 9:30 am and waited until 10:00 am before we left as no employees were present!There were several other customers present, who also left.We drove from Cape Coral and aside from the wonderful, Sunday morning drive, it would have been a waste of time.We wont be back anytime soon !

This business disrespects our mobility impacted disabled community members by disregarding all accessibility laws. Apparently, they do not value the needs nor the wallets of disabled people. We can not support such a disrespectful company. It is only a matter of time until they are sued.1/11/20: You responded: recently made improvements with all in mind. Parking has been improved with spots located in front of our main entrance facing Old 41, enlarged aisles for everyone to meander, handicap bathroom with rail, and so much more.So, we checked.We found NO IMPROVEMENTS were made. There is ZERO ADA Parking and there are INaccessible curbs next to all parking. There is no parking for vans with lifts. The bathrooms are COMPLETELY INACCESSIBLE. They have a 3-4 inch step down, a too-narrow hallway WITH an added dresser in it for an additional obstacle. No turning space. Further, the bathroom itself had no room for a walker, much less a wheelchair. The bathroom earns an F for accessibility.The only entrance into the showroom had a narrow door with a 3-4 inch step down. Thank you for the sign on the door Watch your step. It is completely inaccessible for someone in a wheelchair, power chair and many with walkers and canes.We all agreed that it was bad enough that the property remains inaccessible, but we were most disappointed that YOU LIED TO US about improvements.Your place is still inaccessible. And you are disrespecting disabled people by not allowing them in your business and by lying - thinking disabled people are not capable of noticing. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I broke a sentimental pottery statue when I shipped it to my Florida home from the north. I was heartbroken because it was a gift from my wife many years ago and the broken piece was unusable. I brought to Pottery as Art and Joanna, one of the owners said she would try to make a new piece and fix it. Well not only did she fix it, she matched the color perfectly and you could never tell it was broke. She did an outstanding job.Then when I went to pick it, she didnt charge me. Very honorable, capable and nice people do business with.

The old man that runs the place is a rude arrogant old codger. You’d think since their pots are Overpriced they’d be more customer friendly but not the case. Their pots you could by at Lowes from a fraction of the price. I will never go back in that old shack. Needs new management or just closed down.

This is a wonderful place if you are looking for pottery, statues, fountains and other for decorating around the house. The staff was very helpful, friendly and honest. We didnt buy anything because we needed to make some measurements (hint: bring your measurements) bit we do intend to return.

Me and my wife were at this pottery store the other day and alerted the old guy that works there that the bathroom was nasty and that there was dirty toilet paper on the floor and what appeared to be poop splatters on the toilet and wall. He became very angry and was argumentative and condescending. He pretty much told us to get out of his store. I’m an army vet & have never in my life been so disrespected for reporting a problem to the management. We have bought many pots there in the past but won’t be back. If u go to this store, DONT use the bathroom!

Did a trial day of work to see if position was a fit, I gave my notice in person and have yet to be compensated. I have been getting the run around everytime I call which has been multiple and its the same answer every time....almost 2 months later

Most pottery Ive ever seen! Staff is very helpful and load the pots right into your car! Was glad to see they offer delivery for larger pieces at an affordable price. Will be adding more to my Garden, as they have beautiful stone faces that I must have:) what a great place to explore!

Huge selection of pottery, bubbling fountains and outdoor decor. Prices seemed a bit high compared to other garden supply centers. They did have a 20% off sale which helped a bit. Still if you are looking for something unique and cant find it elsewhere then try here.

I found a very large selection of glazed pots to pick from of all sizes and colors. It is worth visiting Pottery as art just to explore their selection of pots and art pieces. The pricing is fair and competitive. I doubt if there are any other shops that have this many pots in one location to select from. Worth checking out.

Very impressed with the inventory of large pottery but they also have an ample selection of smaller pieces. Everything is quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found a large 4ft piece that will look great in our new planting bed.
