Salt water solutions is the absolute BEST! The Service manager is very knowledgeable and friendly, He truly cares about the success of the tank. I’ve always been happy with their products, corals and livestock. Wouldn’t trust anyone els with my tank!!

Never, ever, try to have Saltwater Solutions come out to your house to diagnose a tank or problem. They wanted to charge me $120 just to show up. I have spent around $2000 on materials and livestock at this store and for some reason I was treated like a stranger. Never going there again.

I couldn’t be happier finding this place since starting my new saltwater tank addiction. The staff here are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They care for their customers and their livestock (fish, corals, etc). They have been so helpful to me in getting my tank set up. So happy I found these guys!!!!

I hired Ryan and his company to maintain my 300gal salt water tank. During that time his service staff scratched the tank. He never offered to fix the damage caused by his staff.

I’ve had an over all terrible experience with this store on multiple stores I don’t know where to start. I had a few fish from them they died one after one. So I had one fish left and shrimp that I paid over 100$ from them for. I they gave me 20$ store credit for them, sold them at the same price again. So they tested my water said it was high in nitrite said probably the reason. So upsold me on this octopus (200$)and sold me some chemicals to get the levels right. Had to pay for octopus on spot before I could bring home. So I put the chemicals in the tank wait a week. Bring in a sample and to get pick up my octopus (so excited) and they said my water was perfect! Good to go! Bring the octopus home and he’s dead by the morning :/ I call them and tell them the situation and they said there is nothing they can do to help. Moral of the story these people will tell you anything to get you to spend money in there store. With no regard or care for the poor animals life. Bad experience and high prices

Perfect place to experience marine life you would never have the chance to see in the ocean. Ryan is very knowlegable and is always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. He has outstanding customer service and is very polite. I will be a dedicated customer and highly recommend everyone to check out Saltwater Solutions at least once!

So I go there from fort myers Florida and get a fish that I have been told was over priced first off the fish doesnt make it two days so I call them and tell them what happen and that Id like them to at least replace the fish for me unless my water was at fault and then and only then would I not want fish to be replaced they say sure we can do that I ask them if I needed to bring the fish with me they said no I said well I will at least bring sample of water though so I could check to see if that was reason why I paid 38 dollars for the fish that just died and even tip a dollar to them so I bring water sample so I can collect my fish and they tell me they cant replace my fish but that they could give me twenty five % off for the fish that I need that was the same fish just different style but same price as the one I got originally so I ended up paying 27 more dollars to buy another fish so I didnt waste a trip I had three other fish in the tank and they are all fine and have been since the day they got put in not too happy with the whole experience but kept my cool

Great place to find healthy corals. Staff will spend whatever time necessary to make sure you are informed. We started our saltwater experience here and couldnt be happier that we did. Every bump we thought we ran into, the staff was eager to help us through it.The fish selection is decent, what makes it even better is that Ryan will go get whatever it is you want if its available so the selection is endless. We had fish and corals not work in our tank and they took them back and gave us decent credit in return.We will continue to shop with Saltwater Solutions as we buy new tanks. I highly recommend these guys for the newbies because it wasnt so long ago that we were new and this staff considerably helped us grow our knowledge.

I started my tank in June. It was an anniversary gift. Cycled the tank and started adding fish and coral 2 Black Ice Clown, Coral Beauty,Sexy shrimp 4 pieces of soft coral, and 1 anemone. Three weeks ago stop in and bought 2 pieces of live rock and a piece of coral to the tune of 280.00. Now I have 1 Clown 3 coral, and Coral Beauty. I now have red and purple algae growing in my tank. Do not shop here if you value you home reef.

I have been shopping at Saltwater Solutions for two years now and they have the best selection and service in town. I drive up from Naples to shop here and it is always worth it. They run great sales, match local prices and often have more selection than all the other stores combined. WORTH THE TRIP EVERY TIME!
