This was our first experience and they made it the best! From setting up our reservation all the way to leaving and receiving the pictures the staff was so kind and helpful. Tony (I believe that was his name) took great care if us when we arrived. He was very honest about the choice of room making sure that our first experience was a good one. I would highly recommend Tropic Escape Room. We will most definitely be returning!

Our family went for our first escape room experience on my sons 11th birthday. We had a great time. Tony helped make sure our first experience was a great one. The puzzles were interesting, made us think without being too difficult, and the time flew by! We are definitely going back to try the other rooms.

My friends and I did the almost famous room on Halloween and had a great time! Everything was super nice and Covid-safe. We had Tony run our room and he was super helpful without giving away too much, highly recommend!

It was so much fun! The girls that helped us were great I know it was Maddie and another girl! We were so close to getting out!

My daughter and i had a great time doing the Museum room. A unique room which begins with one needing to tip toe through an intricate array of laser beams and then trying to turn on the lights to start doing the room. Took us 12 minutes to get through the laser beams and then find keys to turn on the lights otherwise we may have escaped. Great time nonetheless with some very clever puzzles and Maddie was a great game master/coordinator.

We did Museum Heist tonight and had so much fun. Raquel was super knowledgeable and also made sure we had a blast. Can’t wait to come do more rooms!

Staff was very helpful. The almost famous room was well put together and a good challenge. Wish the room was more vocal when you unlocked new clues but overall a good experience.

It was a wonderful experience, we had a lot of fun. Everything was clean, employees were wearing their masks and keeping their distance. You’re not supposed to bring anything in but they allowed us to bring one pocket hand sanitizer in with us per our request. Abby and Tony were delightful and made the experience even better. Nicole was great and we had a blast! We did the Castaway escape which is the hardest but we finally escaped. This is day 2 of our vacation and we would highly recommend spending some of your vacation time here.

We had an absolute blast in the Museum Heist room! Nicole was so kind and helpful explaining what to expect and helpful with our clues when we needed them in the room. My adult kids and I love Escape Rooms and have done many in the area! I’m a teacher and I appreciate them so much that I create escape rooms for my students. We loved Tropic, largely because we adore quality puzzle rooms, but also because the people working there are so friendly and fun! Sarah was an exquisite Game Master (who makes a madly funny intro video!) Abby was a highly competent guide to the entire experience, and was genuinely impressed with our gaming skills. You can’t fake that kind of admiration! The room we escaped was the one called Almost Famous. The difficulty was 8/10 and we found that to be pleasantly challenging without making us feel inept in any way. Now we must go back and conquer Castaways!!

Brought my 15 yr old daughter and 6 of her friends for her birthday and we had a blast! We loved Museum and look forward to coming back and doing more rooms. Maddie (our host) who took care of us was fantastic and fun!

This was my first time experiencing a escape room and it was awesome! The staff was so friendly from start to finish. Our game master Josh was very nice and helpful. You get a hour and it is hilarious as you joke around with each other and have tiny debates as you and your team scramble to find the next step. We chose to escape the Almost Famous room. It had a fun ending and 100% recommend it. It was rated a 8/10 for difficulty. After the room we got our picture taken and got to sign their famous wall of names! Our game master josh was friendly and did a wonderful job. I 100% recommend trying this because it exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful experience, we had a great tile and Abby was funny and made our experience worth coming back to in the future. Loved the museum escape and want to do more.

Almost Famous is one of the best rooms we have ever done. Our group has done about 15 throughout the area in total. It is technologically awesome. We also did castaway which was so realistic, fun and HARD lol. There was no one after us so the staff let us finish the room in our own time which was so nice of them. Everyone we met here is friendly. We highly recommend this escape room and look forward to doing more here.

Cute room (we did the almost famous room)! Weve done 30+ rooms, the technology was pretty neat in this one, the puzzles werent so linear that we could have a whole group working at the same time. The room would be better if it were capped with a lower max though, it was just a bit too easy. Looking forward to trying their other rooms next time were in town!

This was a great experience with my friends and we had a great room master “josh” who made it more fun to do the escape room. Would recommend if you have time to do something with your family or friend. There are also free smarties that make you smarter just make sure you bring some in the room if you need an extra boost

Fantastic experience with my co-workers at Tropic Escape Room. The Castaway room was extremely difficult, but as a team we were able to escape with 1 minute left and lots of help from Josh. The puzzles were challenging & the hints were super helpful. Highly recommend for a team building exercise with co-workers!

Our family now has a new holiday tradition! Weve been going to Naples for 40+ years now and loved the Castaway Escape Room! One of our team members happened to bring her infant in a BabyBjorn, and though the little one didnt help us escape, she was a fun mascot along with us. Though collectively weve done several escape rooms - this one was a good challenge! We loved how involved they were in creating each of the rooms (they design all their own puzzles and build their own rooms) as well as attentive during the game (our new mom was able to walk outside one of the room and let back into the progressive room with the baby carrier on). The escape room was a fun, bonding challenge among our group - we cant wait to come back!

Seven of my family members decided to do something different on a hot Sunday afternoon and booked the Museum Room at Tropic Escape Room. This was our first escape room experience, but wont be our last. From the moment we entered to our departure we had a tremendously fun experience. Customer service was stellar including a bowl of Smarties that greets you, to keeping an eye on us in the escape to give us clues immediately when we needed them. We escaped, but with only 6 seconds left. The room was challenging, well laid out, many puzzles to solve and we needed each person to brainstorm from the 13 year old to the 64 year old. It may have been our first experience, but wont be our last. BRAVO, Tropic Escape Room!

My husband and I completed the Museum Heist escape room during a rainy afternoon on our beach vacation and we both had a blast! The set-up of the room and path towards solving the clues was so creative and well thought out. It was challenging but not frustrating, and so much fun. At the end, they take your picture with some chalkboard signs and send it to you via email, along with a few other photos that were taken while in the escape room itself. I definitely recommend Tropic Escape for a fun and memorable experience.

Thank you Tropic Escape Room for graciously accepting slightly late guests after being caught in a crazy rain storm. Soaking wet, we still had a blast working through the room. Our group consisted of three 7th graders and two very patient moms! Josh rocked the experience with fun replies to our group’s questions...”yes!” To my son requesting ungrounding to his computer. And “sure” to everyone sleeping at Cole’s. Josh really gave us lots of laughs and we got out safe and sound after an hour. Big fun!!!!

2 of the 7 of my family had done an escape room prior to this but we all had a blast. We all found clues and figured out pieces to the puzzle. We did the museum heist room it was exciting and lots of fun. Definitely going to be going back to try escape the other rooms! & I cant forget we escaped with 3:30 mins to spare.

Went at 8:30 or so and had an awesome time. Even having done a couple escape rooms before, Finals Week was fairly difficult. All of the puzzles in it were both fun and challenging. We just barely finished in time, leaving 35 seconds left on the clock.

Unexpectedly cool way to spend an hour

This was by far one of the best escape rooms I have done. Very immersive, very well thought out, very fun! I will warn you though, when they say it is a hard/ tough room, it really is! But, it is not frustrating/ cant complete it hard, just challenging in a good way. HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

My son wanted to do the Museum Heist room for his birthday back in June, right at the end of school, and he and his friends had SO MUCH FUN. Austin even let us have cake and snacks in the back room for when they were done, too. He and six of his friends escaped with 44 seconds left. I sat outside the room with my husband and another mom, and even *we* were entertained listening to them work through the clues, especially toward the end as they were trying to open the door. Austin was great about taking pictures for us, too, which the kids and the other parents enjoyed.This was a fantastic activity for them. They have a group chat thats been going on for more than a year, and they are still making inside jokes about the museum heist and which one of them deserves to go to jail.They are all mostly 14 and found it to be the right difficulty for them: enough of a challenge without being so difficult that they were frustrated.Highly recommend!

My wife, grandson & I had an awesome time at Tropic Escape Room. We did Finals Week and the room had the look and feel of a student dorm room, very authentic. The challenge was well thought out and the clues on point. The help from staff was very good as was his personality. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

We escaped to Naples during Dorian from the east coast of FL, and found this awesome escape room!! We did the hardest room, and had a blast! Very creative puzzles and super friendly staff!!!

This was our first try at an escape room and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We chose the Almost Famous room, which basically took place in a recording studio. You are presented with clues along the hour long time, which hopefully will help you ‘solve’ all the steps to your escape!! The experience was challenging, funny and remarkably well done. You won’t be disappointed with Tropic EScape Room!!

It was for my birthday just my BFF and I. We were the only two at the earlier one! It was phenomenal! Total blast. The owner was so nice and the clues were hard but so much fun! We highly recommend this! Will do it again!

My wife and I have played over 60 escape rooms all over the southeast and Tropic Escapes Rooms are definitely in the top tier of games weve played. The place is a 20-30 minute drive from the Naples area but well worth the trip. We first played the Almost Famous room and later in the week played the Castaway room. Both were fantastic and very well done.Almost Famous had great scenic and state-of-the-art equipment inside the room. One of my favorite parts of this room is that you have to make a decision before you even start the game that leads to one of the most unique final puzzles Ive ever seen! The tech in this room is amazing. There were a variety of really fun, immersive, hands on puzzles that lead to a Wow, how did they make that work? reaction when solved. Overall, a very, very fun room.Castaway is touted as their most difficult room and they are not kidding. The room is very challenging, but in a fun way, not in a frustrating or tedious way. There are a lot of puzzles to solve, but the solutions to the puzzles are logical, make sense, and can be solved reasonably quick once you figure out what to do. There is not a lot of busy work to do just to eat up time. The scenic is also extremely well done. The immersion factor is on point with lightning effects, flickering lights, and the sound of thunder welcoming you as soon as you walk into the room. This room offers several other wow factors as well.After we finished, we spent some time speaking to the owner and you could tell he got into the escape game business because he loved it. He told us that he only designs and builds games that hed want to play and be proud of. He is passionate about the industry and you can see that in the product hes created. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. They are among the best in the area.

I have done many escape rooms and Tropic Escape is by far my favorite! The attention to detail and creativity of each clue is impressive! I have done all of their rooms and have no complaints!
