This store has gotten much better over the years. They offer a wide selection of things. Very helpful staff. Taina helped me out there and was super friendly and helpful for what i needed! Definitely recommend this place over Treasure Chest or any other local smoke shops!

Bought a rig didnt really look at it to well didnt drop it took it out of bubble wrap and noticed a crack in the neck never used it bought it 2 hours ago and owner says no exchanges or returns offered to pay more for another and still said no, way over priced and the owner which Ive met is very rude . Shady place over priced and dont back there products stay away!!!!!

Sierra, was an amazing an informative person. I recommend that when you come in to get all 9ver your needs from kratom, juul pods, or just some glass. You go speak with her, I guarantee you cant stump her! She awesome great prices and all that!

Nicky and the crew are always a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable on the products and they dont just want to sell you the highest priced item for a quick buck. They want to make sure you get what will make you happy and thats how you earn repeat business. You have to love mom and pop shops like this especially in this internet driven age we live in!

This place closes at 8 PM today and I rushed to make it on time after my pen broke. I get there at 7:45 and the door is locked. I tried knocking and nothing. 2 minutes later, as I’m googling nearby alternatives, some lazy employee nonchalantly walks out to her car. Seriously I get that you wanna go home but leaving a shift 10 minutes before closing time is very irritating and goes to show you how unprofessional this place is. I get it, it’s a rundown headshop, not the Hilton, but making a slight effort in improving your business goes a long way. Also, the pen that broke which led to this whole incident was purchased at this same store 2 weeks ago. Terrible products and even worse service, it’s a recipe for disaster. I ended up going to another place off of 41 and Island Park Road. It’s a bit of a drive for me but it’s got reasonable hours, amazing customer service and better products than Pipe Dreams for more competitive prices. Just avoid this place, you’ve got better options in the area!

The ALL SALES FINAL and no receipt policy was the first red flag.I promptly returned when I discovered that I payed DOUBLE compared to several other online retailers. His response was showing me the MSRP on his cell and of course, refusing a refund.Now I understand how he drives a tricked out Hummer.

So i live in Fort Myers i go to Bonita once a month for a Dr appointment. I had some problems w something i bought from a diff store. I had very little time n googled smoke shops in bonita. I choose this one. Best decision i ever made. The girl behind the counter was extremely helpful, caring, and beautiful and then the owner came in. They were the Nicest, most helpful, amazing, generous, best customer service ive ever experienced. They helped me fix my problems, they actually saved my day! I tipped them each 10$ before i left. I will definitely be returning once a month even if its just to buy something or say hi. The owner is the most down to earth, friendly person ive met in a long time (sorry im bad w names) i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great smoke shop, better prices then most ive seen, and the best customer service around. Awesome prices compared to most smoke shops around the area and an assortment of pieces to choose from, especially locally blown :) I wont shop anywhere else!

This shop has to be the worst smoke shop in SWFL the staff is horrible they treat customers as if they had a mental problem they get really frustrated with questions and they dont really like helping you anyway. The manager/owner seems like an employee who just lies about the products for the sale. Whatever you do, CAUTION: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Poor selection, horrible staff, overpriced products.

Even thou FDA allows it they sold an item that was two months past the expiration date. Im pretty sure that is bad in some way. I didnt check the drinks they probably were expired that long too.
