Movies are my thing, and not being able to go to the movies at one of my favorite places was tough! However, my 1st time back to IPIC was outstanding! I had a hard time booking online, but I called and the customer service was amazing. When I arrived everything from the check in to the service was awesome. All the necessary measures were taken. Cant wait to go back!

Yes you pay more, but you have less riff tag and no one talking during the movie. No kids by themselves. The nicer seats are so worth it and bought a bottle of wine. How nice! I must be getting old because it was so loud. The bathrooms were close by to theaters 6 and 7. A very clean place and wait staff was on top of things. Oh ya you get a small pillow and blanket with you seat.

IPIC is topnotch all the way. We visited IPIC before covid & enjoyed it but now its the ONLY theater we will go to. They have stepped up their game even more so than before. Cleanliness & safety of the patrons is their #1 priority, which is a refreshing thing to see amidst these uncertain times. Plus you still get the IPIC experience...superb service, amazing food/drinks AND a movie! What more could you ask for?!? Thank you IPIC!

My husband and I have missed going to the movies so much throughout this whole pandemic, it has always been one of our most favorite things to do. We decided to give it a try this weekend at IPIC. Out of an abundance of caution, we chose a movie where no other seats had been purchased. We had the absolute best experience! It is the most comfortable theater to begin with, and they really had good policies and procedures in place to keep everyone safe. Our waiter was great, and the whole experience was perfect! The popcorn and drink refills are the best and always so fast. Despite the fact that we literally picked the worst movie (on purpose) we had the greatest time!!

Came here to watch Sonic the Hedgehog and I loved this place. Huge bar and lobby with plenty of room to move around and socialize! The showrooms are solid and clean, but the tickets are a bit overpriced. Next time Ill be sure to get blankets for our viewings just to complete the experience!

The theater was staffed to suit today’s safety needs. Spacing was perfect inside the theater and all precautions were in place to make me and my wife feel safe about using this location. Our server was the best. He was courteous and prompt with our order.

I am thrilled that IPIC is showing old movies Thursday through Sunday! Ive seen some great movies I havent seen in decades! Their service is fabulous, especially the bartender who knows my order! I forgot my mask and they had one I could use. Thanks IPIC!!

Great atmosphere, staff are truly pleasant and hard working. Menu had a great variety of drinks, sides, deserts, etc...even a Keto group which I was thrilled about. Id highly recommend the IPIC Bolingbrook theatre!!!

Saw Return of the Jedi, staff was prompt, courteous and respectful of spacing. Sani wipes were provided at our seat. Bathroom was clean and set up to allow for proper social distancing among patrons. Happy that Star Wars was playing and I’m glad that we saw it here. Nice, comfortable date night

After 6 mths, we finally went back to watch a movie. Great service, clean, temperature check before entering. 25% capacity, felt very save watching movie.

I went IPic theater in Bolingbrook. It was the cleanest place I have been since the Covid including alot of places I shopped for grocery and are at. You could eat off the floor if needed to. They had a small glitch in the film about 10 minutes into the movie at Honest Theif. It took no more than 3 to 4 minutes and back to the movie. No other problem with the film. Because of the problem they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They gave all 10 people in the theater. (I must say been going to I Pic since covid in March. Thursday night when this happen that was the most people I have seen in the theater There has been plenty of space to social distance) Because of the glitch they gave everyone in the theater in our showing got free dessert and a free movie pass to return. What more could you ask for to say I am sorry. If anyone is worried about going to the theater come to IPic and no worry. They are all set for the Covid rule. You must wear mask unless you are eating and drinking. They take your temperature before you pay for your ticket and hand sanitizer all over. The stanard seats are 12.00 and recliner seats are 15.00. You also get free popcorn and in seat food serviceThank you IPic I will return many times.

This hidden gem was the perfect midday date. Entire experience was 5 stars - ease of ticket purchase, professional and courteous staff, ample menu selections - great food (hats off to the chef), clean venue inside and out, ontime play of movie and previews, plenty of parking. Overall a very good experience. Immediately at guest services you are instructed on Covid protocols. Strictly enforced - quick service, no trailers, food was OK and drinks were good.

Myself (F25) and my boyfriend (M24) came to see a movie, and hes a big horror movie fan and didnt even know any theatres were open whatsoever, so it was a big surprise. At the entrance, the very nice ticketing lady took our temperature very quick (like 2 seconds) and gave us upgraded seats because there were not many customers and they were open! Awesome!Our server was Julian, who was super awesome and accommodating, which just made my surprise date for my loved one even better. Weve only been to IPIC twice, and the first time was nice too, but Julian was so nice and helpful and somehow managed to just always be right there if I needed anything but without coming around too many times. He even came to give us a heads up when the kitchen was going to close, we didnt need another snack but it was great timing so we could order another cocktail.Thanks so much Julian and to the lovely young lady working at the ticket stand.

Nicest waiting staff a theatre has to offer

If youve never visited IPIC the venue is impressive. Its much more than just a movie theater - an ideal lounge for before or after your movie. The bar and food menu is extensive - the service and staff have always been 1st class. The venue has always been clean, neat and orderly. You have your choice of cushy seating or extra cush. I would say the biggest problem here is trying not to fall asleep.

The theater itself was very nice and a great adult hang, but the food was terrible. We ordered sliders, calamari and shrimp tacos and it wasn’t good and the fries were served cold. We loved the reserved seats with blankets though so would recommend the theater just eat at one of the many restaurants nearby before the show.

Decent place if you get the nice recliners in the back.... not ideal for last minute movies.... you will get the seats up front which dont offer any waiting service.... and to go to the bar and order.... took about 40 minutes to get my food.... other than that... nice place

The best theater around!I have been going to this theater for years and will continue to do so as no one else compares. The convenience of purchasing your tickets and seats in advance is great and something many more theaters are now doing, but you cannot beat the comfort level that the IPIC has when it comes to their leather couches or chairs. In addition, the shows tend to be much more enjoyable as the theater trades out the mass quantity of holding people for the outstanding quality and comfort that they have.When it comes to favorite movie theaters, IPIC Bolingbrook is my pick.

Best movie food ever !! And the best seats.. but damn get ready to drop $150 for 2 people. The drinks are super good too.. I don’t usually drink but I always get a drink here ..

This place has REALLY gone downhill! I was a platinum member at iPic from June 2011 to September 2019, and during my tenure they had several changes in management personnel as well as multiple changes to their membership tier / point system. Initially it was simple - you had to purchase so many tickets within the membership year to attain membership. Now it is so complicated I can not even begin to explain it. Aside from that, they’ve taken the brownie dessert and waffle fries off of their menu, a pillow and blanket now is only available upon request, they have downgraded the bathroom hand soap BIG-TIME, and although they replaced the broken/filthy microfiber recliners with leather ones - they don’t maintenance them and they are falling apart. On a positive note, they did install call buttons on the tables which was a blessing.

Usually they have great at food and drinks but this time they were out of Tuna Cups and a few of the drink items. The edamame was too small to be any good. Service was good!

The best movie theater I have been to. Comfortable seats, awesome service, and great movies. I highly recommend and I am for sure coming back to see another movie.

We did not buy VIP seats. $13 ticket over priced for no service. Seats also moved (literally seats were not attached to the floor, so they could be pushed forward or backward, which made some rows thin & some wide) No Senior discounts.

Restaurant, bar, movie theater all in one, love it. Sweet place to catch a flick. Snack bar can be a bit slow so plan ahead if youre in the cheap seats.

The place is beautiful and semi private for those who need it. The drinks are high as hell two drinks 60 dollar bill. Staff is very nice. You must have card to leave on file there

This is a pretty nice theater but it is way too expensive. My wife and I just left after seeing the gentlemen. The seats were $25 each. So before we ordered any food we had spent $50. I could have ordered the movie on my 65 inch 4K oled for $15 but I promised my wife a night out. We ordered some slightly watered down margaritas and 2 red velvet bread puddings. One of the bead puddings came out still frozen in the center. I understand that you couldn’t possibly cook a bread pudding in the time it takes to watch a movie, but at least reheat it properly! I assume that’s why we were the only people in the theater.

Because of iPic I can never go to another movie theater. This place is the next generation of luxury mobile theaters.I loved everything about my experience here!!

Rolls Royce of theaters... play pool before rhe movie, come early and enjoy date night with a drink or 2... blanket and pillow in premium seating.... great food, good booze... its a must for movie going

Quiet and upscale movie theater. Their passion colada mijito and buffalo chicken spring rolls are my favorite items on their menu.Although, I would recommend better training for their staff to provide better customer service, politeness and friendliness. After all, they want to be known for their upscale, exceeding expectations service.I became a gold access member and will not renew my membership, although I enjoyed their menu items, hence the 4 stars; the service provided by some of the staff falls short for my expectations and value for my money— for this reason, they will lose me as a member.

I like going here. It’s a nice theater, it’s also very expensive. I don’t mind that ,however for what they charge to come, it should be better managed. The kiosks downstairs do not work, there’s no one to greet you at the front desk before you go up the escalators. Even if you get your ticket digitally you still have to wait in line to get an actual ticket. Foods good, service has never been bad. I would love to give 5 stars but this theater is not holding itself above regular theater’s that Have recliner seats and offer iMax or 3D...

First time. Very nice and clean. The chairs were comfortable with 2 chairs set up for couples with a small table in front of us. Had a call button for the waiter quick to respond. We were offered a blanket and pillow refill on drinks and the food was good. A little expensive, but good. The movie was The Angel Has Fallin good show.

Update: I visited this theater last Saturday and everything was fine until I realized later this week I was not returned the right credit card! I called and was told that a report was going to be filed, but I would have to meet up with the other card holder if I wanted to get my card back! Although I did receive an apology, the staff were going to be notified, there was no offer to rectify the situation. Thank you Kathy but I dont feel like you respect or cared for my patronage so Im not sure if I will be revisiting your establishment.

Its always friendly and clean. Ive been twice and had great experiences both times. Their systems were capable of handling the onslaught of End Game ticket buyers when Regal and MAC couldnt. Because of that my son always wants to go there now. And the dine in theater food is good!!

I really like IPIC. It is definitely an experience. They have good drinks and even better food. Its a little pricey but Id go again. The one in Texas seemed to be more adult oriented. The one in Bolingbrook had too many families, not that Im against that, but my wife and I dropped our three kids at Grandmas only to be surrounded by kids at IPIC. Still enjoyed ourselves though.

This movie theater is very expensive but its worth it. Push button for the waiter and she comes right away. Drinks, food, and free popcorn great time. Take your date there and impress her.. they have pool tables, bar, restaurant and plenty of lounging area to chit chat. Great place and many stores and entertainment in the surrounding area

I have been to this location a number of times and in my initial excitement bought some gift cards at a discount so I still may be back a few more times.- A fancy place for Bolingbrook with pool tables, a full bar, lots of seating for conversations and it also happens to be a movie theatre.- the VIP seats are a bit pricey although they tend to get sold out the fastest.- the food is ok but priced as an above average restaurant.- the establishment is classy and clean but not a place you specifically go to watch a movie but for a night out where you can also watch a movie.If you have not been and live in the area then its definitely worth a visit, its just not a place you go often for a movie. I think its a little over priced if you are frequent cinema goer.

I went last night for date night and I was very impressed with how nice and hard working the manager was at the bar. Not often do managers help out their staff but this manager sure did, I wish I remembered his name tho, but 5 stars to him!

Had a great day but, when I did have to use the washroom, I was a little bit upset when the paper towel holder sitting on the sink was full of dust and crud poor cleanin. For as much as you pay that should have been at least cleaned it couldnt have been cleaned for at least a month or more. But I did have a great time in the movie. I know Im picking but $25.00 Im paying for the seats the staff Im sure gets paid well. Thank you to all the concierge and the Ninja waiters and waitresses.

A must visit movie theater if you’ve got the time to play some pool, eat, and have some drinks before you head in for a movie. Great atmosphere isn’t always packed which is great if you’re into smaller crowds. Great for a fun date night!

Under Par Pool Sticks And A Few More Dollars Than A Hollywood Blvd Blast

This place has got a good vibe to it. Fairly comfortable seating for a fair price. Very comfortable seating at premium pricing. Ive been here a number of times for midnight showings as well as impromptu date nights and I would recommend it.

Pretty disappointed, ordered a bucket of bud lights and some milk duds. We were told after our waitress took our order to please bare with them as they were understaffed. We were very understanding and reasonable but it took us over 40 minutes to get our 5 beers which ended up being miller lights instead of the requested bud light. Which isnt the end of the world but they forgot the candy. Waited 10 more minutes told our waitress about the candy and was brought out chicken by another waitress told her we didnt order any chicken. Candy arrived 3/4 through the movie. You could tell the waitress was under the gun and overwhelmed. We felt terrible for her. Was brought my receipt and was charged for the chicken waitress brought back correct receipt after flagging her down. I dont blame the waitress or the staff for this mishap I blame the managers on all levels for 25 dollars per ticket and 25 dollars for 5 beers I expected better service. The waitress was extremely nice the whole time and I honestly feel bad that she has to work under such poor conditions. Will find it extremely difficult to come back to this theater after such a lopsided money for service exchange. My bill was almost 80 bucks my experience was definitely not worth that.

Nice theatre with high quality sound systems. Kind of small number of seats but spacious and comfortable, kind of a personal theater kind of feeling. Good food and drinks options. I liked the facility and recommend to others.

Great place to hang out with friends to enjoy an evening, amazing seats at the theater, but also a great place to have fun playing pool and enjoying a few drinks or a glass of wine.

There were too many children running around and playing, so the ambiance was not what we expected for a night out without the kids. This is a great family outing, not so much for a date night. The drinks were tasty and customer service was average.

Outstanding place overall. Great seating and bar area to relax and unwind. Food is amazing! Movie theaters are ultra comfortable and the seat service is a nice treat.

It was a nice experience, however I was not comfortable in the chair. I believe they are designed for tall people & if youre shorter than 6 you wont like it either. Back is 2-3 from support & the head is pushed uncomfortably forward. So all on all, I liked it but it wont become a regular place,if you go there bring a pillow to support your back..wish I had.

Nice and fancy theatre tickets are pricey though . Paid $16 for each premium adult ticket.. the recliner for premium seating doesn’t have the option for the the leg stand to go up , only the premium vip which are $22 a ticket a believe . Also the movie i paid for was a showing at 6:35 , they had me and my date sitting waiting a while passed 7 with nothing playing on the screen, maybe they did it because it was just us two In the room but I ended up going up to the front desk to get a refund for our tickets because we couldn’t stay until the two hours of the movie .. hence the fact they had us waiting more then 20 min with nothing on the screen . And I didn’t get my refund just tickets to go back later .

There is absolutely no other way to see a movie! Ipic creates the ultimate movie and dining experience. Watch one movie here and you will never visit another theater! Ever!

Nice place. Get there early and play some pool or sit at the really nice bar. Watch a movie from a cushy recliner with a blanket on and waitstaff to keep your beer glass full. Whats not to love??

Terrible experience. We purchased upgraded seating for 25$ a ticket on Thanksgiving evening. We expected a movie with dinner and drinks. We pushed our button for service and our waitress came by and said she was having technical difficulties and would be back. She did not come back at all. Ever...I had to go to the bar after an hour to purchase our drinks and we were never able to get dinner. When I went to the front desk to ask for the manager I was told they were not there. This was our first time at the theater and we will never return.

I really enjoyed the movie and the atmosphere. The only complaint is that I dont think the VIP was worth 25 dollars a person and I was never offered a pillow or cover which were both advertised.

Great professional staff, upscale environment with amazing food. The IPIC brand is a surety when it comes to that luxury viewing experience you want when the perfect movie premiers. I wish parking was a little more convenient (parking only available on either side and is about a five minute walk) but if you plan ahead, it wont be a problem.

I hardly ever go to the movies but if I do go I only go to IPIC these days. Love the entire experience from the comfy seats to the suprisingly tasty food. Love that its not just normal movie food.

Dirty and awful service. We arrived a few minutes early to play some pool and grab some appetizers. We waited for the servers who were standing by the bar in a huddle chatting. No one came to our table, we had to ask the bartender for menus. Finally, a server came and took our order. The server did not refill our drinks, not even once. When our food arrived we had to ask the bartender for silverware and napkins. When we finally got to our seat to watch the movie, the seats were sticky. They had wrappers and food on them from the previous show. Bad experience overall.

My wife and I love this place. It is, by far, the best way to see a movie in the theaters. The service is always great for us and the chairs are very comfortable. Only real downside is that it is rather pricey for the upgraded seats, as well as many of the cocktails. That being said, however, it is a great way to splurge on a date night movie.

Its a great place to hangout... With a classy bar and even pool tables. I really think the food can be better thou. The Buttermilk Chicken strips was a bit bland for my taste but, overall I give it a 4.

Great theater. I didnt know, until I was there, the waiter will only serve you at your seat if you are a premium member. Four stars because other similar theaters serve you no matter your seating.
