Jesus Christ crafting stuff is expensive. They really bend you over here. I bought a scrap book and a nice cutting mat and we almost hit $100. Two items? Where do you get coupons for this place? You almost have to sell drugs to have a hobby.

Michaels is always awesome, you just have to know what youre looking for!

Really disappointed in this location which is my favorite one unfortunately this time I had a bad experience with a guy name Ryan I ask him for help he told me to hang on so I did he never returned he was more concerned on bringing out boxes from the back then taking care of paying customers!!!! I believe he needs to get trained on how to treat customers!!!

Everything you need to bring all your artistic desires alive. This place was very helpful finding a desk for me.

They have a little bit of everything but dont really have a specialty. If you need an item that is just general craft stuff this is the place to go. If you want something more specialized this isnt the place. The sales are ok but I can normally find the same stuff priced lower elsewhere. The people that work here are nice and very friendly.

All the staff were friendly. Everyone kept asking us if we needed help or was helped already. The story is very organized and bright. You should always check online if they have coupons!!! And after you get your receipt, Michaels gives you more coupons. Their parking lot is big, always a spot.

I really like how this store is set up and they have a great selection. Its also neat that you can view the classes in action at the entrance.

My sister and I went in today to look for a frame to fit a picture that I had drawn for her, and experienced the best customer service here. An employee named Christina helped us the whole time. After we bought the frame, she had removed the tape from the matte board, stayed while it was placed in the frame, and loosened one of the screws that were too tight to move back into place. Christina had made the whole experience much more pleasant than it would have been at any other store! Highly recommend going to Michaels.

Wow...just wow.... I ran into my neighborhood Michaels to pick up a gift for my daughter. The store was out of stock, so I asked if they could call the Willowbrook location to see if they had the item (I was happy to drive over there if I knew they were holding it for me). The cashier told me that she wasnt allowed to call for customers and tried to get assistance for someone else to call (the other associates ignored her repeated request on the shared earpiece/communication device they all use). So, I saw her looking over at an associate across the way from the registers and asked her if he was in charge and who she was trying to reach. She said yes, so I went over to ask for his help. Ryan (mid-forties, brown beard) rolled his eyes and told me he was too busy to call and it would take 20 minutes to get an answer from the other store and he just didnt have time... My face must have registered my surprise/displeasure, he then took on the behavior of a petulant child, (insert long sigh here) Well, I guess I could call for you... with behavior indicating that this was the LAST thing he would like to be doing with his time! I left, no purchase and no intention of returning to this location. I will shop at Hobby Lobby or the Willowbrook Michaels before returning to this unprofessional and unpleasant store. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

My son got his Taekwondo certificate from Korea and we wanted to get it framed. We went to several stores and couldnt find the right size frame due to the certificate being an odd size. We also did not want to custom order a frame because they are too expensive. The lady at framing section was very helpful, she found us a readymade frame that was a bit larger and added padding, it turned out perfect and we spent less than $35. Excellent service and she was very pleasant to deal with.

Clean, new Michaels. I love this store. But make sure you use a coupon every time. Usually on their website you can get the 40% off one regular priced item coupon. They also usually have a 20% of everything coupon and you can use both on your purchase. Have fun Crafters!

Well this is the place to go for things in the house . Picture frames, well all the things to make your home nice and are supplies are paper paints art pencils and much more . Nice store all kinds of crafts and things .

I always loved to shop at Michaels for hobby and creative needs. Recently, I went to the location they moved too and found some fun things but disappointed that they are a smaller store than before with less stock but I still enjoyed browsing for flowers and something different. If you get the coupons or percent sales, you can save on your selections. I miss the larger store but I still love to shop there.

I am a lover of glitter and DIY projects so I spend lots of time in craft stores, I have had only pleasant interactions with the staff of this store. They are all very nice and helpful, the store is always clean, they have always had everything I needed in stock. I recently had my 1st online order pick-up experience with this Michaels and it was quick, easy and executed seamlessly. Im going to consider this location 1st from now on.

One of the best Michaels locations Ive been to. This location is brand new, within the last few months. Its clean and bright with a nice, accommodating staff. Ive been here several times and every staff member has been wonderful.I had to return items here that I bought months ago and they didnt question anything from a different location. Took it all back and credited my debit card. Awesome!!

Found what I went in for pretty easily and the staff was very polite and helpful.

I was very surprised to see such good sales going on when I came in. There seemed to be plenty of staff, however there was an issue with one register which caused a decent line to form at the registers. It didnt seem like a big priority to keep the line moving. It was a bit disappointing.

As an artist I love Michaels! There is always a little bit of something for everybody in there! The other thing that I really like his day try to stock merchandise that is not readily available at Hobby Lobby or Jo-Anns so if youre looking for something at 1 and you cant find it you can always find it at Michaels and they try to keep the prices competitive. There parking is handicap accessible and they do have handicap accessible entrances as well as a wheelchair if a patron needs to that as well

Its probably the smallest Michaels Ive ever been in, but it has a decent selection. The staff is also nice and theres a lot of parking right out front. Even though its smaller, I still thought it deserved a five star review.

Good selection of supplies.Always check their website for coupons before purchasing anything, theres almost always a coupon available. Their products are easier to justify buying when you get a good deal especially since craft supplies tend to be on the more expensive side of things.

Professional framers at the best prices.I shopped around and no one had lower framing prices. Was reluctant, wondering if they could do as professional a job as custom framers. Beyond satisfied! Will take all my framing here from now on!

Overpriced tabletop Christmas trees.

Couldnt find what I wanted. I finally found someone who found what I wanted. One cashier with 7 people in line. Someone else came up five minutes later and moved the line along.

Yall know I will never, ever speak badly about Michaels or the staff. Everything you could ever want for hobby crafting with reasonable prices. Plus they aint all preachy like that other place I wont name (ryhmes with Hobby Lobby). Come for the prices and staff, stay for the freedom from religion, thats the Michaels difference!
