I loved it when my daughter swam for PAQ. She improved her technique and speed. Her self esteem soared and her grades were good. She made friends for life with swimmers from here as well as other Countries. It is such a well rounded program with great coaches. I highly recommend this program for serious swimmers.

PAQ was one of the best experiences of my life. In 2014 I was set to attend FAU as a freshman, and I was going to swim for the FAU Swim and Dive Team. Unfortunately a week before move in I broke my wrist. I had a meeting with the coaches and with cuts already happening, I was not able to remain on the team. In a devastating moment I was referred to PAQ by a former swimmer. She spoke so highly of Kathleen and the overall atmosphere of the team. I had to undergo a long period of time in a cast after my wrist surgery and also take on PT. I had been out of the water for awhile but I had been in contact with Kathleen and she was stoked to get me started. She welcomed me with warm arms and carried out a functional and structural training plan. Having been a swimmer for 15 plus years I knew that Kathleen was knowledgable in the sport and knew her stuff. Likewise, she became a full supporter of helping me achieve my goals. My goal was to get back on the FAU swim and dive team. Countless practices, weight sessions, dry-land runs, meets, and even a training trip, the goal was no longer a dream it was real. The hard work had paid off and I was able to swim for FAU. In the moment starting out I was frustrated with having to stick back to club swimming before I could excel onto the collegiate level but I would break my arm a thousands times over again to have the opportunity to swim with this team and under this coach. I had the an incredible opportunity right in front of me, which allowed me to met people who I never would have before. These people helped me grow into the best version of myself and for that PAQ truly blessed my life. I consider Kath an astounding coach, the best supporter, and a forever friend. This team deserves accolades for all the new things I learned in and out of the sport. Likewise, no matter where you are at or where you plan to go PAQ grants you the opportunity to have faith and light your passion on fire to go achieve your dreams.

We have been with PAQ for 5 years now and it has been the best experience of our lives. We started with them with 2 teenagers who wanted to swim for high school but were not ready by the first month they were more then ready and my oldest still swims at the university of Miami on their club team my youngest will start with them this summer. I Swam with PAQ in the summer of 2012 and it was my first experience I had with another swim team outside of the one from my home in Barbados. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. They take care of each other no matter where you are from or how fast you swim. Even after leaving, Kathleen still kept in touch with me and followed my swimming journey. I highly recommend joining them if you are looking for a family orientated environment for your kids, because everyone is treated as family at PAQ!

I swam for 17 years, in 6 states on 10 different teams and in that time I had more than 20 coaches. Without a doubt PAQ was the best team I was on and Kathleen Prindle is the greatest coach I ever had. I was on on a team where I hadn’t improved in a full year and within six months of joining PAQ I had dropped time in every event I swam and had the single greatest swim meet of my life. I can not overstate how much I loved everyone involved with PAQ and how helpful it was for me for the rest of my swimming career to train with them.
