Purchased items online from this store.The owner, Mark, was very quick to reply to every message, was able to assist me with everything that was needed, always kept me informed, was not rude as some of these reviews suggest.I know things are likely very tough for a lot of businesses out there, but it is reassuring to know that no matter the size of the purchase, you are a valued customer.

Went during posted business hours , door was locked tv was on so someone had to open the store. Waited 15 minutes sometimes knocking on door no one ever came out. Verizon Message came on their phone said they couldn’t get messages. I will not return.

Made an eBay purchase from these guys and order was cancelled and they blamed my bad shipping address which I had numerous eBay purchases come here just fine. Yes I was refunded but they didn’t give any communication or explanation except it was my fault? To top it off I tried to leave neutral eBay feedback but it don’t show up. Very poor customer service and no customer respect

This guy is the most unprofessional business person Ive ever met. Save your time, energy, and breath and keep driving. His phone etiquette needs tuning. He threatened me because I asked about a Kobe Bryant autograph and didnt have the signed Donald Duck football he promised over the phone when I got there.

Nice guy has the best cards

First of all when you google search this place it had the wrong address it says 2210 N Federal HWY, but in reality its located at 5610 N Federal HWY. Second when I finally got here after driving to the first address then driving to this second address I am greeted by a sign that says you cannot enter unless you have a tax ID and a business account. I wasted my time trying to find this place all for nothing so I recommend you dont waste your time here.

Will not purchase from again.

I called several times and nobody has answered the phone calls or the emails. Who would want to stop by a place of business that cannot even pickup a phone call or respond to an email. This is not just a few calls . Ive called a few times a week for 7 months !

Holy crapola. This guy could be the biggest a***** in the entire world. If you call, he rushes you. The three times Ive been to the store, he rushes you out. He comes out from behind his computer desk and is entirely focused on his computer. He sells on Ebay, and basically uses the store as his warehouse. He has a ton of product, but doesnt seem to want to sell anything. I literally got so frustrated with him that I obnoxiously pulled out my money clip and said here look, I have $1500 cash. I came here to buy stuff. He didnt really care, he just wanted me out of the store. He has about 2 teeth, and drives an Escalade. Oh wow, you can actually see his Escalade in google maps.Also, his own words, hes NOT AN AUTHORIZED TOPPS DEALER. So if youre looking for Topps or Bowman, he most likely only has retail. Yet, his own words again, he made a KILLING, scamming consumers out of the 2017 Bowman Mega Box that was supposed to be a Target Exclusive for $14.99, yet somehow cases ended up online for thousands.If you want to have an absolute horrible shopping experience go to this guys store. You will leave there with high blood pressure and the desire to scream at anything once you get back in your car. I think Im forced to give it 1 star, but its not deserving of that. As far as a sign saying you cannot enter w/out a tax ID, Ive never seen that. I cant explain just what a total jerk this guy is. Hes thrown me out two times. For absolutely no reason. There are boxes everywhere, so you have to play hopscotch to get around the tiny shop. Like I said, its really a warehouse that for some reason he uses as a store front. He should probably sell his car and get some dental work.
