Great escape room and tons of great puzzles. We did the robbery one. Staff was very good

Yesterday was my first time visiting this location as well as doing an escape room and it was such an awesome experience. I’m big on reviews so I had high hope when coming. There was a young lady and guy, they both greeted my boyfriend and me with smiles on their faces. They explained everything and were just so pleasant. They were awesome with helping up when we were in the room. We did the Bank robbery room (SO MUCH FUN) and I’m most definitely coming back next week. My boyfriend is a tough critic and he said it was the highlight of his month lol. Thank you so much for giving such great customer service and I will be telling all my friends and family to come and have a blast just like I did.

We did escaped the bank robbery and Egyptian rooms. Each one was well designed with really cool props and puzzles. Cant wait to come back for more!

We had SO much fun. We celebrated my husbands birthday with our family (including our 8 year old). We chose to do the vault room and everyone had the opportunity to participate. We got out with two minutes left on the clock...it wasnt as easy as we thought. We are definitely going back!

Decent room, fun game. My issue is with the staff. At the end of the game after we escaped, neither of the employees there (neither the one attending to our group and the other guy) bothered to meet us at the door after we opened it. In fact, they didn’t even get up from their chair at the front desk. The door opens and I hear a distant “You did it!” from around the corner.Insult to injury? After we get our stuff out of the lockers, they wouldn’t even stand up to take a picture of us from their desk. They legit held the phone up from their seat (so it can see over the counter) to take a picture of us. They weren’t cheery or apologetic or busy or anything

We played the Egyptian Tomb. This is the first room Ive ever had this much trouble with. Right up to the wire. Loved it!!

My husband and I escaped from both the bank robbery and Dino island rooms. Both rooms were well thought out and designed. All of the puzzles make sense although some require some really outside of the box thinking - some of the most unique puzzles we have come across. Great rooms and great experiences with the employees who were very welcoming and helpful! We will be back to do the remaining two rooms soon!!

Went in with a group for the dino land escape and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. Made the whole experience very memorable for a great night. We already plan on coming back for their other rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a good time!

We had a awesome time, this is our second time there we did the Egyptian room the first time we didnt make it out but had a great time trying to figure out the puzzles. Tonight we did crime scene and made it out with 2 minutes and change to spare. Definitely challenge each of us to our own skills. Worth checking out and we are definitely going back to do the dino and bank robbery.

Really nice staff! We did the bank vault room with our 12 year old daughter and 7 year old son and we all had a blast! Great for teamwork... everyone was able to participate. Really enjoyed the room. Once we got going, we were solving puzzles faster and faster. Really fun!

My wife and I have done a bunch of escape rooms throughout Palm Beach and Broward County. This is easily one of our favorites. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are difficult, but insanely fun and interactive. Hidden doors, toy guns, pneumatic tubes; they really went above and beyond. Strongly suggest this place for anyone looking for a good escape room.

The Egypt room was a really great room. It kept getting bigger and bigger with clues leading into other clues and making is feel good when we figured it out. The dino room was not as good. Although the beginning was surprising and fun, the rest of it was too fiddly and bland. I would recommend the Egypt room with no reservations.

I had my daughter’s 14th birthday there and it was absolutely amazing. Every kid loved every moment of it. The owner John was very accommodating for the party number I had, and the gentlemen Alfredo who ran the escape room was absolutely excellent very patient with teen girls

Incredible Disappointment!!!! Extremely Difficult, Dino Room is NOT for kids at all! I was extremely disappointed when I arrived. It was just myself and my 10 year old. I have done escape rooms before and I was a little bit apprehensive about doing a room with just one child and 1 adult. I specifically asked if it would be difficult, I was told people do it all the time. We were unable to do 95% of the room. The majority of the game consisted of the workers just simply giving us the answers. We did not have enough time to figure anything out because it was just the 2 of us for a 6 person room. I could see how the game might be fun if there was enough people. In tge very least we should have been given enough time since it was only 2 people, (1 being a child), however that was not the case here. I would have gladly come back at another time if I was told in the beginning that it would be extremely challenging and almost impossible for 2 people instead I was urged to do the Room anyway even though I mentioned several times that I did not think 2 people would be able to do a whole Room by themselves especially a kid. Extreme disappointment, waste of money, Frustrating, and NOT FUN!I will never go back and I will also tell others never to go either.

Went to Master Escape Room with a few friends and had a terrific time. Ive done all of the rooms here and can say they are all very good.Master Escape isnt my favorite escape room in the area, but Id highly recommend it if youve run out of others to do. Their rooms are very challenging and very fun, yet could have been done a little bit better.Id recommend trying their bank robbery room if youre going to try any of them- definitely my favorite of their rooms.

Since I own a local Escape Room and I have played over 40 of them people ask me all the time which rooms I recommend. So I decided to let everyone know my favorites.I can honestly say I always have such a fun time at Master Escape Room. The owners are Masters at use of space and fitting so much fun into 1 hour. They are enthusiasts themselves, having done probably more escape rooms than I have and it shows in their business.You wont be disappointed with any room you choose from here. So dont choose and do them all!!!

We had a great time! Something different to do as a family or group of friends. My 11 year old had a blast and so did my 73 year old Mom! This is challenging and fun for any age. The staff was awesome as well! We will be back to complete the other rooms for sure!

That was fun! We did the Egypt escape room, we got out three minutes after clock, so 63 minutes total, so close :) very fun for a group of people, take your buddies and go!

Lol, go there if you feel like throwing away some money. Small rooms about the size of your bathrooms at home. Not realistic clues. Literally like counting toys. The fun is not there. Only go if you love those apps. If your looking for a new thing or a new high, dont even go.

This place was super fun! Our whole family worked together and escaped with all the gold!If youre ever looking for a rainy day activity this is the place to go! Would definitely do it again! I will say it was a little hard to find but once youre there that doesnt even matter.

So close to winning!!!! We did the Bank Robbery Escape. Still, Master Escape Room was an absolutely fun way to spend an hour trapped in a room with your friends.The puzzles were very well thought out, and once you have solved a puzzle, it was pretty clear that youve solved it.When we ran out of time at the end, the game master walked us through the entire game and showed us the clues wed missed. Much to our dismay, we were literally five minutes away from getting the exit key.Tips:-Due to the popularity of the game, you definitely have to book the rooms far in advance if youre going with a big group. Theres a lot of creativity and teamwork required to find your way out!- Make sure you COMMUNICATE! A clue you solve may help someone else who is working on a different clue.-While playing the game: Check everything!!!Overall, this was a fun experience. Worth doing it! Definitely will come back to experience the other games.

We did the bank robbery thing and it was complicated. After a while, we completed the thing and spent 50 min in an awesome place and spent a lot of time with family and kinda loved it.

I went in sceptical of what the escape room would be like, but it was so much better than I expected! I went with just one other friend, and we worked with another group of two to finish the room. It was super fun, and even though we were working with strangers it want uncomfortable at all.I definitely want to come back and try out the other escape rooms.

Work group went and had a great time! The staff was just fantastic. Needed clues came from the speakers above just when you could have strummed our nerves like a guitar...lol. And when we exited our celebration and photos were fun! The King Tut adventure was so much fun and a challenge.

It was our first escape room. Absolutely loved it! I was a bit skeptical at first but the experience was awesome! We made it out with 4 mins to go. We escaped the room with the biggest smile on our faces. Will repeat! Great front desk people as well!

We came here for a holiday company party. The staff was nice and courteous. We split our big group in their 4 rooms. I must say we all had lots of fun.

Visited the Master Escape Room with 15 colleagues as part of a work team building exercise. We were split into two rooms (the Crime Scene & the Egyptian Tomb Escape). We all had such an amazing time, it is a great team activity!My group did the Egyptian Tomb Escape. Everyone contributed at all levels of employment and although we needed about 5 hints (yep, we werent very good at it) it felt like you were part of the Amazing Race show. The rooms were set out really well with loads of props and clues. There were lots of different challenges and really makes you think and work out how to work together. It did require a lot of team work and active brain power.Definitely will come back soon for another room!

Great fun that keeps you thinking. Cant wait to try another room. Take a group of people that you are close with and you will know who your friends are. Good for all ages. We went with kids that were 9 and grandparents that were 70 and we all came out smiling.

It was a blast!!! We did the mummy room and we ALMOST won! Definitely recommend, friendly staff.

Came here after hearing great things about this place and escape rooms in general. We enjoyed every second of the Crime Scene room. Didnt have a clue what to expect going in, but it relied on all eight of us contributing in different ways to decipher the clues. Its amazing how fast an hour can fly by. We made it out with just a minute to spare. Definitely recommend, and I will be back to try the other two rooms.

Went here with a group of 5 people and each person spent $30 to enter. There was a total of 7 people in the room with us. This place has three unique rooms. While we had no idea what to do, as this was our first time, they assisted and gave us hints along the way. In total it last an hour and it goes by very quick. We did the crime scene puzzle. I can see this being fun for a couple or group of friends.

We celebrated our friends birthday here last weekend. This was our first time going to an escape room and oh man ! we had a blast in the Egyptian room. The staff was very nice and helpful. We have already made plans to come back again. I highly recommend this activity for a group of friends or family, nice bonding time.

We did the Egyptian tomb room, and had tons of fun! Definitely a lot of clues to find/look for! The only problem we had was that we were a party of two, and got stuck with random kids that were a little much. I would recommend to try and fill up with people you know. Other than that, it was awesome!

The company I worked for took us here for a team building event. We were about 30 people from different departments within the company, and all I can say is it was definitely worth it. It indeed benefited us by developing stronger relationship with our co-workers while having fun working as a team in order to escape. I will recommend small to large companies to take their employees here.

We were recommended by a friend to take our children here. We all had a blast. I would highly recommend anyone to come down to the master escape room and test your skills. Bring your friends or family, ill guarantee you will have fun.

I went there 2 times with my friends and we all had a lot of fun!!! The games are well planned and challenging. This would be fun for all ages. They update the rooms so you can go back and do the different room (I would check with them first) ! This time, we escaped with 8 min to spare! You will be asked to leave all of your belongings in a small locker. You should leave your big purses or backpacks in your car.

Went with my family. Did all three rooms. Wish it was possible to go back but you know the clues and hints and the way out. A lot of fun. Would recommend for all types of groups. Team building for work team is also a great ide.

Really cool and fun experience! Every time we thought the game was over, we would open another hidden door that would take us to another room. We loved finding new hidden rooms. Their Egyptian room was spectacular ( nice props and multiple hidden rooms). We will be back to play their other rooms.Michael 6/9/2016

It was something about 36-th room in our practice. The location is good and easy to find. The staff is friendly. I gave only 4 stars for two reasons.1. There is too much locks and the room shortly becomes a kind of key hunting2. Sound isolation is too bad, so were able to hear all hints for another team. And it is very disappointing.The positive thing is that the room is well equipped and really not too easy.

Never before, it was a blast. Go try it!

Came down to boca area for a little vacay and decided to try this escape room. All i can say is i had tons of fun trying to solve the puzzles. I will try their other rooms on my next visit.

We had a great time here at the master escape room during our mini weekend vacation in south florida, highly recommended for anyone looking to have a great time in the boca raton area.

My friend told me about it and totally talked it up… Was a little concerned that it wouldnt live up to the hype but what a great time/adventure. From the moment the countdown started, we were caught up in the excitement and craziness of finding clues, deciphering clues and trying to get some semblance of what the heck happened in that crime scene. We were laughing the entire time - at ourselves especially, when we couldnt figure out even the most basic things at times. it was exciting, fun, fascinating and better than I expected. I am definitely going back for more.Thank you, guys, for making our evening spectacular.

Fun, decent escape rooms. I did the dino island and bank robbery rooms and escaped both. I liked it, and I think this place has a lot of potential, but I felt like there were little details that were lacking and they added up.

This was really fun! 6 family members solved the clues and escaped! It was very hard, it was a blast!! I think there are 3 different rooms, so you can go back and do a different one the next time. We loved it!

One of the best escape rooms Ive ever played, out of dozens all around the country. Highly, highly recommended! Especially if youre a fan of these games, the thought and effort put in will blow you away!

The design wasnt exactly Disney quality, but its way better than you would expect. Intricate theming and fun puzzles. You will have tons of fun!

This was my first experience in an escape room and I loved it. The whole flow and game was well thought out, what a geniuses who created this.

I have played all their 4 rooms , overall, their rooms are fun and mid level of difficulty. Nice atmosphere and games.

The 8 of us really enjoyed the bank robbery, quite challenging but did it in the end. Nice props and setup.

Had a great time at #86! Did the Escape the Pharoh room. Made it out with only 25 seconds left. Tons of surprises and puzzles, flowed well, and just a great room all around.

Our group from work really enjoyed the master escape room, great idea for corporate events. Very well put together.

Fun experience. I recommend doing this for any small business, or as an office group. I would also recommend having a minimum of 8 people to play because you need that many eyes & ears to make it through (or so it would seem).

This was our third escape room experience. Our group members ranged in age from 35 to 88 & contained a couple of newbies. We did not escape but had fun trying! We would definitely come back here.

We had a great family time with our kids trying to escape.Even thought we didnt escape in time, we still had fun and enjoy ourselves. If you have kids, i would definitely take them to a escape room. This was such a fun activity!The concept is that you have a team of 8 people who have a crime to solve and then must escape the scene. There are three room, each with a variety of puzzles that have to be solved I order to unlock the room and move on. Clues can be very difficult to solve and you only have an hour. Youll have to lock up any personal belongings, including your cell phone before you start. But dont worry, it wouldnt do you the least bit of good if you had it.Naturally, our intrepid team solved the mystery and made their escape with 9 minutes to spare!The only drawback is that once youve done it, youve done it, so theres no reason to go back. Luckily, they are planning to open up another room, so were looking forward to a new challenge.If youre looking for an hour of something totally different, this is a really great option. Watch for Groupons to cut down the cost.

When we booked our game we had no idea what to expect. We were just hoping it would be fun. It was a very unique ,exciting and challenging experience

Went there last night and it was a lot of fun!! It wasnt too hard but it wasnt too easy and we made new friends there! The room master was especially friendly and very accommodating! Great experience all around and worth the visit!! Will be returning again for the new rooms!

My kids loved this escape room game. Especially the Egyptian one was amazing. Lots of puzzles and things to do. Very entertaining.

Very disappointed with the dinosaur island escape. Felt like I wasted my money on a first time escape room experience. In my opinion the puzzles didnt flow well from one into the other. There were too many for 3 small rooms and it seemed as though it was thrown together not creatively matched. I have an engineering degree and the idea intrigued me but the rooms fell short of providing me with anything other than a feeling of a wasted evening.
