Crack open the vault and what do you have a place for adult and family fun located in the south suburbs. This place has a nice selection of games and a great bar as well! The hours are late even on a Sunday! Need to break the monotony of the work week try going to the vault and having good old fashioned fun on a Monday night!

I came to celebrate my sister birthday, Bad service the bartender had very bad attitudeThe drinks wasn’t right i order a blue MF only got color with gin. The service was terrible. Ill give them a -0 because if you gone have a attitude at work stay home then they rude when u asking for change to play the slots

Overall, The Vault is a great place to take your family for a little bit of fun for a night. Despite technical issues and lack of staff and management, we were pleased with the experience. Persistent problems with our game cards hindered our fun, however, the young gentlemen working the game room by himself did everything in his power to rectify the issues my family was having and for that we are appreciative. His customer service alone deserves 10 stars and I regret not catching his name. Overall, we will be back for more.

Karaoke Famous Friday’s are always lit. Good drink specials and food

The food and service were beyond my expectations. I surely loved the environment of this spot. Awesome restaurant to take the family out for dinner.

Had my daughter’s 15th birthday party there. The food was very good, the service was excellent, staff went above and beyond to make sure our party went well. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a birthday party there for any age.

Great food and drinks but they could really use a juke box (touch tunes) to keep the party going when the DJ is not there

The Security especially the goofy Chic does absolutely too much and shes hard of hearing...they are gonna loose business just because of her. And how shes handling people they are going to be looking at a law suit really soon if they dont get a hold of her.

This place is never open. Ive gone in 3 different times and days and every time its been closed. And they never answer the phone. Horrible service you can never find anyone around

We went to this establishment to play pool. We couldnt even get inside before the parking attendant started verbally assaulting us because we didnt wanna pay for parking. Then he told the security guard not to let us in and they blocked the door. Wont ever be back.

After 11, they wont allow you to sit in the waiting area. For whatever reason, whether you are paying or not, they wont allow you to sit in the waiting area. They have seats but wont let anybody sit down. Be prepared to stand up. The security guards are rude.

I came to the club part of the place and purchased a hookah and for 30 dollar hookah and it didnt last 20 minutes.. It continued to go out.. Totally wasted!!!? Rip off dont buy it!
