We love this park! There are two playgrounds. One with astroturf that has a section for smaller kids. My kids love the rock wall there and the built in hills to slide down. Three family bathrooms means weve never really had to wait when the kids have to go. There is another natural playscape with a zipline and a water hole for playing. We have also taken our kites to fly in the open field. Plus there is an ice cream shop and restaurants just beside the park to walk to. All in all, this place has everything and you could stay all day. We actually plan to move to this area because we love this park so much. (Plenty or weekly events for adults too)

Summit Park is a modern park that meets the needs of all ages. It is a spacious area that includes restaurants, ice cream shops, kids park, zip lines, a pond, an open field for performances. It was a beautiful day even with a small drizzle there was so much to do! The kids park had a variety of activities for all ages. The slides, seesaw, and climbing ropes are all good quality. The park was very clean! The ice cream shop was delicious! It’s a great place to get exercise. There were lots of people walking, biking and running. There was a group doing yoga but with the vast open field it didn’t even dent the space available! I would highly recommend if you have kids that vary in age! Great date night as well!

This is a really cool park. Elevator to an observation deck. There is a small water park the children can play in, clean bathrooms. I think it would be cool if there was a place for little history of the old Blue Ash Airport that once resided here. This is great place to take the kids/ family to.

Creative and thoughtful variety of outdoor experiences.Summit has age appropriate play structures separated for the kids. One areas has an all fabricated plastic, metal, and AstroTurf environment, another has kids friendly zip-lines, logs, and hills. Another feature is water based with well placed very large stepping stones and circulating water in a playing pool area. The water is pumped from a large pond so its very clean.Huge, clean, grassy fields, catch and release fishing in the large pond, a wooded area and trails surrounding the perimeter, and a beautiful lookout tower with stairs and elevator access.Bring a picnic and spend the day here. You wont be disappointed.

Love the park. Some of the visitors.... Not so much.Got a lot of kids, I dont mind teenagers, but some adults are quite rude, and honestly little to no one wears a mask at the moment... But Im not as bothered over the mask as I am the adults I tend to see.

Absolutely the best park weve been to for the last 4 years. From the Observation Tower to the Zip lines our 4 year old grandson enjoyed every experience. He tested out the water , slid down the astroturf hill, climbed on the cedar logs, raced his grandmom across the field, climbed on every possible place in the park, and loved the swings. A great place for a 90 minute hiatus for adults with children!

Number 1 park in Cincinnati. This park is MASSIVE. The playground area is relatively new and has an abundance of obstacles for kids. They have a rock wall integrated into the playground and several turf hills where kids can slide and roll down from. The bathrooms are right next to the playground which makes it so convenient. You could easily spend a whole day at summit park as it has other areas that are also awesome.

One of the beautiful parks in Blue Ash. Its a perfect place to spend time with the family. The park has well maintained childrens play area at multiple locations; small stream of water for children to have fun, fishing areas; swings and chairs to accommodate for relaxation; few options for eateries; dais like structures; the tower which gives a mesmerizing view the area. One of the best place in the local not to miss for a evening relaxation.

This park is probably the best in the greater Cincinnati area. So many options for everybody. They have an observation deck, huge kids playground, adorable small creek area, large hills for picnics or lounging on top, a dog park, soccer/recreation fields, walking trails, wooded trails, a variety of restaurants, event space and ample parking. My dogs absolutely love coming here. They are constantly adding more and more and believe they have another phase of projects coming to the park. Additionally, they have tons of events, like a fireworks show for 4th of July and an ice skating rink during the winter months.

Two very nice playgrounds, both of different styles, and when its warm, a place for the little ones to splash around and play in some water in a natural setting.Since this used to be a small airfield, there is still a tower that you can take the stairs or elevator up and look out. There is a large, flat, open field that is well maintained, where you can throw the frisbee/aerobie, play field games, or just lounge in. 4 large swings sit under 2 large pergolas, where you can relax and take in the surroundings. Its first come first serve, so dont expect to get in whenever. The modern side of it is the gigantic open layout that is paved, with several restaurants (delicious, but higher end), an open place to sit, and some scenic modern architecture to enjoy.Whether you are looking for some alone time, on a date, or with family, this park has so much to offer, and is worth the visit. Occasionally they will also have concerts or festivals to enjoy as well, in addition to outdoor yoga. There is a lot of walking area, but not much shade, so on a real hot day, this isnt an ideal place. Even on a decent day, your best bet is to bring a beach/sport umbrella and create your own shade. In about 30 years, the trees will fill in and youll have plenty, but for now, you have to make it yourself.Again, highly recommend it, this is a great place.

I went for 4th of July and literally felt trapped at the park. For an event to get this big law enforcement did a terrible job trafficking the crowds. I was blocked trying to get out by Papa Johns delivery blocking the intersection, and child literally just walking in the streets. Get some sky-walks people so you can control the traffic better for large events, and make it safer as well. Beautiful park though.

Lots of great areas for kids to play. There is a really nice playground. Recently opened up a new nature type by area with a small Creek for kids to play in, zip lines, as well as natural play equipment. Make sure you bring clothes you wont mind getting wet and muddy. The observation tower is great as well. Last walls allow you to see the entire park from 20 + floors in the air. The walking path is really nice and theres also a dog park. There are also a few restaurants. This is a great use of space from the former Blue Ash Airport. Still under development though, will be great when its completely finished.

Awesome playground for gross motor skills and creative play. Unique elements for climbing and sliding. My two year old had a fantastic time. Its a bit if a walk from the parking but not terrible. The ground surface is packed rubber, and AstroTurf, with cement sidewalks throughout. There are some benches for sitting and plenty of room throughout to pull over with a stroller. There are nice bathrooms with drinking fountains. Theres even a family restroom with a child sized and an adult sized toilet. Perfect for us as were potty training. Super fun and worth checking out. I overheard some other parents say that it gets really busy on nice days around late morning/lunchtime. We went early on a chilly day. There were three other kids when we got there at 9:30 and probably 20 when we left a couple hours later. Go check it out!

Summit Park in Blue Ash, Ohio sits on what used to be an airport. They are transforming it into one of the premier gathering spaces in southern Ohio. A mix of trails, dog park, open spaces, play grounds, and restaurants. This park has something for everyone. It will be the focal point of the many large events that the city of Blue Ash puts on every year, particularly the Independence Day celebration with great headlining music acts. It is a work in progress but right now that is some of the appeal. How do you take an area like this and transforming it into a really special place? You can see the magic at Summit Park in Blue Ash.Best part? All free! (Except the restaurants)
