My daughter and 18 month old grandson were visiting from London and we tried Run Jump and Play on a cooler rainy morning. It was fabulous!! As you can see from the picture the toddler area has a wall of play boards along with jumping areas and climbing ladders all age appropriate. Kept him busy and entertained. The whole facility was very clean and safe. We will definitely be coming back again,

Very pleased with our purchase and installation of our Goalsetter basketball goal. During a very busy time, they worked very hard and quickly to get our goal installed as soon as possible. The owner, is obviously very passionate about good family time and selling a quality product. All the guys were very friendly, professional, conscience of their work and I would definitely highly recommend!

I planned my sons 1st birthday party here and I must say I will never plan another party here ever again. Upon booking I was not told that I would be standing in the play ground for 80 minutes until it was time to eat/sing happy birthday at 6:40pm in the party room. I asked to be notified when setting up room so I could assist but no one allowed me to do so. After gathering up my group we headed to the party Room @6:47pm to realize that my party room had just started being set up 7 minutes late(there is only a 40 minute window to eat/sing/open gifts). I was misled on so much information. This place is hectic and very unorganized. I’ll never book again.

My kids had a lot of fun playing here we actually came yesterday and today. I was pleased with the price, the play areas and the food they have but this being a facility that works with kids they should make sure their staff is the right fit before they hire them. Yesterday, I was in the inflatable room as my kids were playing and there was a male staff that kept standing so close to me, I was uncomfortable. I brought it to a women staff members attention but she didnt seem to care or worry about it. Today, same guy but he is in the inflatable room sitting in a chair balled up in his sweatshirt where you cant even see him at all. I have been told in the past that we couldnt go into the inflatable rooms between parties because there wouldnt be any staff in there to monitor the inflatables and kids. If I cant see him at all how is he monitoring anything? I just couldnt believe a staff member would feel comfortable enough to do that and I took a picture. One of the girls from the front desk did come over and wake him up and had him leave the room and I didnt see him the rest of the day. Good boss, good staff, good business.

I was told when I booked my party that they would note my coupon and I needed to present it at checkout even though I had the code at the time. Party was a couple weeks later and in the rush of getting all kids out, presents and checking out I completely forgot the coupon (weve all been there). I called the facility to make it right and was told by the manager that she cant just go crediting coupons after the date of service...I will NOT have any more birthday parties for any of my three children there again!Also, the specialized party coordinators, although they were sweet and interacted with my 2 year old adorably, looked as though they had just rolled out of bed and showed up to work in their pajamas!

My little one loves this place but Im not such a fan.The good : theres a lot of stuff to do. Even when the bouncey house rooms are closed theres an assortment of playground equipment, trampolines and a ball court. Theres a snack counter if you want to have something to eat. And there is a toddler area separate so the little ones can play in a softer space.The bad: its pretty dirty. The carpets always feel gross. There is often trash just lying around on the ground. In the toddler area many of the play stations are broken so that theyre useless or not plugged in. The place where they store broken equipment is just an open corner near the food court, so all the dangerous stuff is just out for kids to wander into. The most recent visit I overhead another mother telling the snack counter that the juice bottle theyd just given her son was over a month past expiration. There were metal washers just lying in the toddler area and apparently the roof had a leak, as there was a cluster of trash cans and buckets in the food court to catch the dripping water.The staff seems disinterested. The balls on the ball court are all ripped and so deflated they dont bounce.Alltogether it feels like a place that *could * be great if the people running it cared m I love having it there and my kid always has fun but I wish I felt more at ease about bringing her.

So much for children to do here. My children enjoyed every moment. Great prices and plenty to do!

Fun, affordable way to spend a summer day! My kids have been before for birthday parties, but today was our first visit for open play time. My kids, 8, 10, and 11, loved their visit!! Clean facility, friendly and kind staff, and lots to do! Worth the 25-30 minute drive from northern Kentucky.

The inflatables section is completely closed every time unless you reserve it for a private party. Even when the section is not being used by a private party they don’t care and won’t let anyone use it. Not a lot of transparency here. We will be regular guests at a competitor instead.

Had a membership here since they opened. Such a great place to let the kids get some steam out. Staff is usually 20 somethings that aren’t incredibly enthusiastic about what they’re doing, but overall it’s hard to complain about any of the staff. Can’t say enough good things about this place. If the weather sucks, what’s better than an indoor playground.

Should change their hours to closed since kids cant do there as the business name implies...

Run jump and play was ok but one thing I didn’t like was you look around and there was very little staff and the front door did not have any staff stationed at the door as there were many children play , the place was not very clean and very limited seating when waiting for a party room to open. So in my opinion I would not schedule a party for one of my kids at this place.

Our baby girl is 15 months old and this place wore her out. Sadly, I can only give it 4 stars because there older kids in the toddler zone making it a little uncomfortable for our little ones.

Bad service. The manager doesn’t care and the employees have no clue. They make you pay a food fee to have your own food but then have a bunch of restrictions on what you can or can’t have. I paid a 40 dollar food fee for my party. I couldn’t bring my own drinks they provided drinks however you had to pick juice boxes or lemonade. The children didnt enjoy the lemonade it was very bitter and flavorless. They rather drink water. My room wasnt setup in the time they told me it would. I didnt have time to open gifts. After we were kicked out the room we couldnt even go out and play without being charged another fee. After i paid $300 for them to play. The children were playing before we had the room they were thirsty. We couldnt bring our own drinks but the drinks we paid for weren’t offered to us until we got into our room. Which were an additional $10. So about $400 dollars for careless service! Our host didnt even have on a uniform he didnt know what he was doing just not what I expected. Just a horrible place to have a party. price is too high for the service given. Run jump and play will never get another dollar from me my family or friends!

We LOVE this place!!! They did an outstanding job with my son’s 6th birthday party in November - super attentive party attendants that took care of everything so we could focus on having fun with guests. Clean, unique, and very fun inflatables plus all of their great playground equipment! Was such a great deal for an all-inclusive birthday party package- they even took care of ordering the pizza and cutting the cake and cleaning up (they have lots of pricing options depending on if you want food or not). Their open play sessions are awesome and the perfect way to spend a snow day off school or hot summer day and get some exercise for the kids! We keep coming back and bringing friends! Try them out and you won’t be disappointed!!

We’ve been coming to Run n Jump for a good number of years! We have even been here when it’s too hot to play outside! Not just for winter months. My oldest always loved the inflatables and trampolines. Very fun for ages 5-12! My youngest now enjoys time in the toddler zone. They have made improvements in the toddler area, including adding a Vuly trampoline which my 3yo LOVES! Affordable pricing for an hour or more of fun on yucky days. Thanks for such an awesome facility where my kids can run off all that energy!

I have been bringing my son here for years and each and every time has been phenomenal! Great for all ages and never a dull moment. There is a toddler area for when my son was younger with a small trampoline and a lot of little activities around all the walls. They have a wide variety of play sets, a bunch of trampolines, bouncy slides, a basketball court, a snack bar for my constantly hungry little man lol. Great prices- highly recommend.

We had a great time on our day off school. I took my 8, 5, and 1yr old. All had fun. My 1 yr old loved the toddler play area. My 8 yr old preferred the trampolines. I like the 3 kid limit per trampoline. My 5 year old enjoyed shooting hoops with baskets at all different heights.The place was clean. The employees friendly. Snack bar was not too expensive.

This place is awesome during the weekday. I didn’t deal much with the staff so I cannot rate them. The toddler area was great for my 1.5 yr old. It seemed very nice and clean! We had a blast. It was not very busy when we went and I’m sure that was a good thing. I can’t imagine how busy and crazy this place gets during peak hours. Going to try and avoid that until my kid gets a little older.

Clean, full of things to do, and a very inexpensive way to spend a rainy day! This place has basketball, inflatables, a toddler zone, and at least $100k worth of the nicest yard sets available for play in a large and well lit facility. It is 9-5 only, but if youre looking to find a way for the kids to burn off some energy give this place a try. Also, check out their birthday party packages for something new and different.

Toddler area is really gross. It does not look like they clean the area very well at all. Dust and dirt all over the wall toys. All the soft climbing toys are old, dirty and falling apart. There are also electrical cords on the ground where a child can access them in the middle of the play area. We paid $7 for my child to only be able to swing because I didn’t want my kid crawling around the gross toddler floor that needed vacuumed.

I’m a nanny from Pleasant Ridge and took my 3 year old to Run Jump n Play today , we had so much fun! Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Run, Jump n Play was SO clean. I was extremely impressed. All the rooms were open , they have inflatables, tons of playsets, trampolines, basketball & blocks for the kids to play with. They have an area specifically for kiddos under five and it was perfect for us to take a little break! Tons of tables & places to eat snacks, as well as a full snack bar. My little man had so much fun. We can’t wait to come back!

My boys absolutely love Run jump n play! In addition to the “free play” days we have had a birthday party here and are going to have their birthdays here again as well. The parties are a blast and they spend the perfect amount of time in each of the inflatable rooms. The staff have always been so friendly and attentive. I can’t think of another place I would rather bring my kids!

If youre looking for a place to take your kids to burn off some energy, this is the place to go. With plenty to do from trampolines, inflatables, and every size playset available - they also have a toddler room as well. They offer snacks and refreshments. It definitely keeps my kids busy, even my boy with special needs.They also host spectacular birthday parties! They offer different packages for different sizes and make sure the kids have the most fun they need. And the best part is, it doesnt break the bank! My kids and their friends came in and had a blast for the whole two hours, begging to come back again.Seriously, if you need a place to go indoors for a cold day, even a too hot to be outside day, or looking for a party - this is the place to go!

My kids always have a great time! The swing sets and trampolines are in great condition and super fun. When the inflatables are up its wonderful but some of the bigger kids get a little rough.My issues are the bathrooms are always super gross. I feel like I need to shower after going in there! Also if youre not going to allow outside food, you have to actually have food available. There are chips and cookies but no other food. There are popcorn machines but they arent actually working. There are a few drinks but with all the moms there, theyd make a killing selling some decent coffee.

I’ve brought my little one here since she was two and she’s now five! This is by far the most fun indoor playground in the area. I live in Mason and it’s easy to get to right off 71 Pfeiffer Rd. Exit. I love the staff and they have a separate inflatable play area which is nice if you want just that. My little girl always sleeps like a baby after an hour here. I usually get yearly pass which is a steal for the price. Love the owner and the young kids that work here. Try it out if looking for a new spot. It’s great in the summer when it’s super hot out . We’ve been to several bday parties which are a blast for the kids.

This review is for starters. Its a well lit lively place. We have been here a few times. Its much better than Pogo play or others that we have been to. Will provide more reviews after we go a few more times.

My 3 year old son loves this place. He enjoys climbing up and sliding down on all of the swing sets and bounce houses. Its nice to be able to bring him in to get some energy out for a few hours at a really fun place --no matter what the weather is doing outside.

We had a great experience from start to finish! The front desk staff were all friendly and greeted us, even the ones who werent directly helping check us in. They made sure to let us first-timers know where everything was. Also, the owner greeted us and was very friendly. While we were there, there were men hard at work cleaning the floors because of all the salt that had been dragged in from the snow and there was hand sanitizer all around. It appeared that they highly value cleanliness. As a mama, especially during the icky winter months, cleanliness is a top priority, so I was glad to find somewhere I can take my little ones and feel that they arent going to come home with an illness! The place was MUCH larger than it appears from the outside. There were several other children there at the same time as us, but yet we often felt like we had the place to ourselves because of all the space. My 2.5 year old son kept shouting, This place is AMAZING! the whole time which made me so happy. Im really glad we found this awesome place for my crazy boy to have fun and get his energy out. My son is the type who gets bored of everything quickly, so we dont usually stay places very long, but here we ended up staying until close and having to drag him out (a first for us)! We live in Northern KY, so we hadnt wanted to make the trip before because of the long distance, but we checked it out while we were in Blue Ash for another reason. Well now weve found out it was worth the trip and my son is already begging to go back, so we will be making the trip again!

Really enjoyed coming out and spending some time here. The staff was friendly and helpful with all questions. Kids loved being able to do so many activities! Great for kids of multiple ages, something fun for all! Clean environment, lots of space to enjoy!

This place is great! My son is at that in between stage where hes a little too old for the toddler climbers/toys, but a little too young to run with the big kids, but they have a great balance of activities for all ages. We left with him exhausted and kicking and screaming, because he didnt want to leave!!

With four energy filled kiddos between the ages of 2 and 12 years old, it’s often challenging to find an activity that engages everyone at the same time without whining! However, every visit we’ve had to Run Jump-n-Play has done just that!My kids love to go and always have a great time between the toddler area, swingsets (especially the one with the lemonade stand), basketball tramps and bouncy houses! By the time we get to the van in the parking lot when it’s time to leave, they are already begging to come back again!

I attended a birthday party for another 4 yr old girl last year around Sept and I will say they have the birthday party process down to a science. I was pretty darn impressed with the organization and attentiveness of the ones leading the parties. They took care of everything and it definitely is not the norm. Well done, they make it feel special for the birthday partier!

Reasonably clean and maintained equipment. Toddler area was nice but needed more objects for climbing on/over & more than one slide. Any wall activity stations requiring power in the toddler area did not work.

This is one of our favorite places to go on days where the weather keeps us inside. The kids love exploring all the different play structures and jumping on the inflatables when they are open. The staff has always been pleasant to us and I know we will be back many more times in the future!

My son, 18 months, has a good time, toddler area is cool, nice trampoline in there. The cleanliness is nowhere near what I would like to see though. We went once at opening and its obvious the snack area, bathroom etc havent been swept or mopped. There is always bits of trash around and spots where spit up/spills havent been well cleaned up on the rubber floor. I also saw mouse poop.

Very fun place to bring your kids when the weather is not so nice outside. The equipment is very sturdy and very trustworthy. Adults are free and you only have to pay for the children. My nieces had a blast.

The staff is super amazing!I work with special needs kids and Run Jump and Play has many different things to play on specific to each child I bring here. We love the swings, trampolines, and especially the inflatables open on weekends evenings!

Birthday party for my sweet 2 year old ....It was very nice. Kids loved it. Only thing the room with food was way to small. We had to stand in hall way and missed q lot of her opening gifts.

We really enjoyed our time at Run Jump-n-Play. My daughter is 20 months and loved the toddler area, bouncing in the trampolines and loved climbing on all the swing sets. The area is very clean as well. We cant wait to come back .

Im so glad that Run Jump n Play moved to Blue Ash! Its even more convenient for us now that its closer to our home. My 2 year old and 3.5 year old had so much fun today and burned off lots of energy despite the cold weather. Every time we pass the Run Jump n Play sign my 3 year old begs for me to stop.

My kids, ages 8 and 6 really enjoy this place. They are on the go constantly from one playset to another and they occasionally use the inflatable areas. They could spend all day here which I think is the highest compliment for kids who constantly complain theyre bored. No complaints here and I will bring them back since it is a good value for all the time and energy they spend playing here.

Run, jump, and play is one of the best ways to keep your kids busy or wear them out, especially on a rainy day. They have tons of playground equipment, trampolines, a basketball court, the same toddler area as every place like this, snack bar, and 2 huge inflatables rooms that are only infrequently open. It is a huge area less than a mile off of 71 and couldnt be much easier to get to. Their pricing is reasonable as well.My only complaints about the place is that their bathroom is always disgusting, the inflatables are almost exclusively reserved for parties, and while I understand they gotta make a buck, the snack bar pricing is a little excessive.

This place is big and pretty affordable. There is no outside food or drinks permitted. But there is a good snack selection, decently priced. Make sure you check the calendar becuase at times they inflate the inflatables and charge more.

We came in this morning and was greeted by a very rude employee at the desk. There was no good morning or have you been here before? And no smile. She said fill out a waiver, its $7 per kid. When Im paying to go into a place Id like a happy face at the door to make me feel welcome. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Aside from the rude employee, the facility is great and my child absolutely loves playing here. Only downside is there is no outside food allowed and the snack shop doesnt appear to have healthy options for toddlers.

This is a nice place. It doesnt look run down and the service was great. My daughter fell off of a piece of equipment. I asked for an ice pack and they didnt hesitate. My daughter and her friends had a great time, other than her accident. Good way to let them get their energy out. Never tried the food. They host birthday parties but I have never had one here.

My 2 kids always have a blast here! They still want to play when it’s time to leave 2 hours later. The best part is they always take a great nap when we get home!

I have known David, the owner, for over 35 years, we went to school together, and I would expect nothing less than the tons of fun his place provides! I took my granddaughter and we spent all afternoon playing on all the great swings and equipment. She cant wait to go back again! The place was big, bright, clean and safe and a great indoor activity place! David is compassionate about his business and one of the friendliest, nicest people I know.

We live in Blue Ash, and at the time they moved up here, I was so ecstatic, I arrived with my soon to be 4 year old daughter on what I thought was the opening day. They gave me a pass for a FREE visit although they didnt have to do that, it was super thoughtful and my little one was anxious to come back. We were back as soon as they opened their doors. This place is amazing! My daughter Zoe loves it, and it didnt take long to be a passholder. We go on nearly every rainy day and cold weather day. The staff is friendly, and my daughter loves them. She cant wait to color pictures and deliver them to staff. Its been so awesome, and I hope they open up in NKY as we are moving within the coming year. They are always cleaning, and it just goes to show you how much they care about the customer experience. We will be booking my daughters birthday party there within the next week or two. Needless to say, she is ecstatic. If you want your kids to expend their energy, in a clean and friendly place, Run Jump N Play is the place to go. We love it, and its really our second home!

We loved the Mason location! The Blue Ash location this currently being completed but is open for business and will be just as good if not better than the old location. The owner and management are very pleasant and always happy to help. This is the best priced play place you can find on the market with their annual pass option! More importantly, my kids love it!

This is our first time here with our daughter who is almost 3 and she LOVES it!!!! I like that the play place is wipe and open enough room for other kids to play and not bump into each other. They have a toddler play place which is reallly nice even for little ones to play on. They have snacks/drinks you can buy which is good for adults/ kids if they are hungry or thirsty. Would definitely recommend coming here to get the kids out of the house to release some energy!!! The prices are very reasonable too

What an awesome place to take the kids for a day of complete fun. Our grand babies had an absolute ball playing there. And we had a ball watching them. You cant fine a better place to let the kids cut loose for the money. And indoors too , wow. We all had a blast. Looks like we found a new hangout that well be at a lot. Seems very clean as well. Awesome idea people of Run- Jump-n-Play !

Went Friday and they were having some plumbing work done. I get it... but they didn’t tell anyone the water would be turned completely off. I changed my babies dirty diaper and put soap all over our hands and once I go to rinse them I found water was off. I went to front to try the front bathroom and that too the water was off. What made it bad was the girl working at the desk said “well what do you need water for anyway!”We ended up leaving because my son had to go to the bathroom and couldn’t wait.The place really really needs to be cleaned

New location in Blue Ash is more convenient for us. Better use of space too! The employees were the highlight for our son. He loved playing with them in the inflatables! Plenty of seating for the parents and loved the changing rooms in both bathrooms with sinks included. We will definitely be back to spend more rainy days here!

Fantastic company to purchase a swing set from! Sal is super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about his products. He answered our barrage of questions happily and accurately. And the installers were wonderful! Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

Theres a ton of stuff for the kids to do, and lots of unique structures especially in the party areas. The staff is very friendly and its all pretty reasonably priced!

Was absolutely one of the best indoor playgrounds we have been to thus far. Toddler area is adorable and lots of various activities.

My 2 year old loves when I bring her here. The only real complaint I have is that the kiddie area is not fully blocked or gated off, it is easy for your baby to wander off if you dont have a close eye on them and its easy for big kids to come in, which poses a threat to the little ones because most of them dont take into consideration little ones are around. While I have visited there has never been a worker to walk back to the kiddie area to check on things or make bigger kids leave the kiddie area.

Wanted to take my daughter here for her second birthday to play and have some fun, but they close at 5 on the weekdays for some reason?! Most people dont even get off of work until 4 during the week, so why would they close so early?! Needless to say, it ruined her whole bday!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Run Jump-n-Play today. This was our first time at the new location and I absolutely love the layout it felt larger than the previous location. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the owner, David Powell, made it a point to check on the guests to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. This was not our first time experiencing RJP as we have also attended Birthday parties at the previous location and I can say they are consistent with providing outstanding customer service. My daughter and I love this place and we look forward to going back again, which will be real soon.

The new place is great! The location is fantastic. Its bright and clean best place in the city to bring kids just blow off some energy. Their showroom is amazing we cant wait to buy a basketball hoop soon.

The new location is a little smaller but still nice. My 3 yr old had a blast and ran his face off for 4 hours! Not bad for 12 bucks. (And now hes peacefully sleeping in his bed!)

My kids had fun!! Yet I can’t say much for the staff. They pay very little attention watching the kids. They spend more time socializing with each other or texting on their phones. Many times the big kids were running over the little kids. There were kids running over the inflatable walls and climbing up the sides or in between the walls with staff near by, but not paying attention. There is no safety system in place. If there is one it is not inforced by the staff and or management.The bathrooms are disgusting!!

My children love this place. Great place to develop those grow motor skills and have fun as a family.

If I was a kid again I would go nuts here. Took my toddler to a birthday party there and was blown away. Very professional yet fun staff. They were on it. Even when an accident happened they were like The Wolf in Pulp Fiction. If you werent paying attention, you wouldnt know the clean up happened... youd just wonder why your kid was wearing a UC Santa Cruz tee shirt afterward. Go Banana Slugs!

We would of had a more pleasant experience if there weren’t a ton of 13 year olds running around horse playing everywhere including in the inflatables. My kids were being tumbled over by older kids. It was not safe for young children at all. There were quite a few parents I saw that were really upset over this. None of the staff were doing a thing about it either.

I really enjoyed this place. My kids played for hours for such a awesome price too! I’m a little disappointed that they have moved to Blue Ash, coming from Centerville made it easier for us in the old location. BUT we will still be sure to visit again. Very clean, affordable and FUN.

Really cool fun place for kids to play lots of different sized playsets that they can try out all kinds of trampolines the bouncy houses are awesome and fun but theyre not available throughout most of the day unless you rent them which is extremely expensive and when they are available after renting hours are over then they are super crowded. You can buy a seperate ticket to play on certain bouncy sets throughout the day but each one must be bought separately and if you have four or five kids it can be expensive if youre on a tight budget

Had a birthday party there today. They did a poor job giving us exact prices and explaining what was going to happen. They told us to bring decorations early and they would set them up and that didnt happen, we ended up having to set everything up in the room when we got to it at the end of the party. We paid extra for balloons but we didnt get them until 15 minutes before the party was over. For spending 450 dollars on a birthday you can do better elsewhere. To visit on a open play day I highly recommend. We were told the room would be plenty big enough for up to 25 kids but we were cramped and only 17 kids came. No seating for the parents. The party planners were maybe 16 and not good at letting us know what the plans were. They didnt tell us that we would be going room to room which was awesome bc of all the different inflatables but a quick 5 minute run down of what was happening would of been nice. All in all they need to get there organization down they did not do a good job explaining and helping through the process. We will not be hosting another event here.
