I always enjoy coming here for school and the actors are great. The place is clean as well. Though they always do British plays when I see them and I dont know why.

Almost always a treat to go here. Ive seen many plays here and most are very well done. Definitely recommended if you see something that interests you or just to try something different if its one you wouldnt normally see.

Saw Wizard of Oz last night...excellent. Weve been following BTE for 32 years..my nephew was actually pulled on stage to play Tiny Tim in 2002!Weve loved every show weve seen.But our very very favorite was Dracula!!! Of course, we always love A Christmas Carol.

Weve seen there several great performances. Particularly impressed by the production of the The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, its really really wonderful!

What a great theatre! Wonderful group of patrons (who were strangers to us) who were friendly and engaging. Performance of Industrial Angels was marvelous!

We saw them perform The Wizard of Oz . It was fantastic. The seats were pretty comfy. They had snacks and beverages. Bathrooms on site. Great experience.

Young actress named in a play starting next weekend Lois Feidt will be acting in her first play! Im so proud of her.

I have never went to a show and not laughed hysterically. The cast is always changing, always seeing new faces is great.

This was my second visit to this venue. The show, Charlottes web, was great. My seven year old granddaughter enjoyed it. Prices were reasonable.

Ive attended some brilliantly done pieces of theatre here, mostly in my student days, when I could get in for a fiver, as the British would say. The resident troupe of local actors really are top notch, and put on a captivating show every time. The auditorium itself is also done in a cool style and well-maintained, so it is a pleasure to visit and feels hospitable to the audience. Having had several opportunities to speak with the actors out of character, they are charming people, very kind and welcoming. As others have noted, the theatre is within walking distance of many of Bloomsburgs finest restaurants sans Turkey Hill, so a dinner and a show type arrangement is not difficult to arrange, especially since parking in Bloom is mercifully free after 5pm.My only complaints about the whole thing would be the expensive ticket prices for non-students, which is really only sort of a half complaint because I understand the money must go toward the aforementioned upkeep of the building and also presumably to pay the actors, as they are professionals. So that I can pass over. I also however feel that the ensemble sometimes makes some strange production decisions. They put on a lot of shows for kids and such, and some other avant-garde content that didnt capture my interest, at least not enough to justify buying a $25.00 ticket.It is nonetheless another small beacon of culture and artistic merit in Bloomsburg, an authentic local treasure. Their Shakespeare adaptations are always fun, most notably Hamlet, Caesar, and As You Like It. Another astoundingly good performance was The Ghost-Writer, the author of which we were privileged to meet following the show we attended. This was and remains one of the best live theatre shows I have ever seen.

So, Ill start by admitting that Im biased, but as a writer, actor, director, and theatre teacher, theres no place like BTE. We are always striving to bring high quality plays and theatrical experiences to our small community. We truly appreciate our donors, sponsors, audiences, and our affiliated businesses. Come check us out, especially if you havent been in a while. I bet well surprise you!

The manager is mean and rude. I asked for a ticket to a Sunday show and they printed off Saturday by mistake. Asked for them to fix it and she refused. They should be able to fix their own mistakes.

Love the performances, but some of the personnel let their political views overshadow the play.
