This place is awesome! Great place for kids to have fun and stay out of trouble...hope they can open back up again soon!

I went here with a friend to pick up her kid from a birthday party, and first off...what a trip down memory lane...the last time I was here was probably close to 30 years ago! I could never really skate that well but had a good time...I laughed remembering the only way I knew how to stop was to slam into those carpeted walls...good times. But man has it changed, its really expanded they have all sorts of new, cool stuff now Im gonna have to go back and have some fun as an adult sometime.

We had our sons birthday party at Skatetown and it was amazing! The staff were polite and very helpful, giving suggestions when asked. They kept the room stocked with food and drinks and made announcements throughout the party to tell the guests what event was happening next (food being served, cash tube, cake, etc). It was a great time for all who attended. A great option if you have energetic little ones who want to celebrate with their friends and family!

We had a great experience at Skatetown Hysteria! We came here tiday for our sons 10th birthday and a couple of months ago for our other son. The staff was helpful and polite. The food and cafe are great for the kids and the adults. Looking forward to checking out the New Years party there.

Im giving 5 stars as my kids are still to small to fully experience all they have to offer but food is good arcade is a nice addition and my 4 and 2 yr old love the ball area. My only gripe is the bounce house allows 1 child in at a time

Great for a kids Birthday party. The kids absolutely loved it. From Grandmas point of view noisy but but for the grandkids you do anything.

Had a birthday party here. This place is pretty decent in size and has a fairly large amount of things to do but the prices are absurd. Majority of staff (atleast on the counter when paying to enter) seem to be high schoolers who hate their job. The food was decent except for the fries (amazing!!). If it werent for the young kids working who have attitude problems , and the price of the attractions I would have probably given it a better rating.

This place is great! We went there with our family and BU freshman. Played Lazertag, rollerbladed, and got some food. Staff was really friendly. Sure, there were lots of kids there, but it was still really fun. Great attraction in Bloom. We’d definitely go back!

Very cool place for kids... And even adults

I took my niece for her spirit night. She had a blast! It definitely changed a lot since I was a middle-schooler.My only complaint would be that some of the workers are a little rude. My niece stopped to tell me something while skating and he yelled at her to keep it moving, that there was zero stopping allowed. The kid also did the same when someone fell down while skating.Overall it is a really nice place. Great food as well! Also very clean.

Grandkids all had fun. Grandpa was clearly a better skater though.

Staff was not helpful. Very over priced. Looking for this kind of family fun check out go n bananas in lancaster way more bang for you buck. Drove an hour to check this place out and was very disappointed.

This place is great they do family fun nights at reasonable prices. Been going here ever sense I was a kid and back then was just a skating rink and arcade. But now they have it all. The lazer tag is our favorite. Its a must to bring youre family down and have a good time. P.s the pizza is fantastic

My son is just learning to roller skate. They had a walker with wheels for him to hold onto. Place is neat and clean. Serve food. Have laser tag and huge arcade- great time- definitely will return.

I have no words for how disappointed I am. I went in with my friend yesterday and I couldnt just skate! I am highly upset. Maybe I just wanna roll with my friends on a Friday night, but no, $40 must be spent for 2 people to get in. Not cool, take advice from Stray Kids, Get Cool. Bring back the old Skatetown, very much missed.

This place is a real live joke so me and my family came here for my niece birthday. The staff here are kids they are rude and unprofessional at the least the manager we’re rude to a bunch of kids that were doing nothing maybe because they were teenagers but they were doing wrong I would not spend a dime in this place take you family somewhere different don’t support this place at all and the food sucks fries were burnt and pizza was old

I would rate this a 1 because the owner prefers to spend the money on new games, rather then spend it on new blades or skates. The blade and skates there fall apart and are trashed. The people and mostly rude but some nice. Things are way to overpriced too.

The pizza was fantastic! My kids played so hard they went to bed on their own when I got home!

Havent gone in about 8 years back when mini golf, but it wasnt that good going back. Rink size shrunk and the concrete had massive cracks in it, to which the skates got stuck in. Refs didnt care if people were on their phones or not, and nobody cared that the little kids would leave the skate mates in the middle of the rink. This only is a two star review because of the lazer tag. It was amazing. One of the best lazer tags out there. If you have plans of going there, just go for the lazer tag, or leave your heart at the door and ram into the little children that get in front of you, because thats what youll need to do to have fun skating there.

This is really an awesome place for kids. Prices are very reasonable if you get unlimited everything. This place features roller skating, laser tag, ballocity ball pit, ultimate inflatable, bumper cars, video arcade, and full snack bar. Food prices are very reasonable and good. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars are: skating rink could be bigger. More video arcade games. Some of the arcade games could be priced lower or at least run specials on the games. Paying for admission in the beginning right when they open should be quicker. Hours should be extended on weekends, especially Fridays. So, the hours are limited. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Most of them had smiles on their faces and they seem to be enjoying themselves. More tables are needed during busier times. Overall, this is a place your kids will enjoy and probably adults to. Ill definitely be back again, but Ill also be looking out for specials.

Had my sons Birthday party here. Place was nice. Until our party lines up for lazertag and a group from another party literally shoved my son n his friends out of the way. Then when our party finally went to play video games 2 cards didnt work. When I went with one of the boys to the front for a replacement, the kid working there accused us of using the card and lying about it not working. Refused to fix card or refund. Poor kid 8 year old. Got another game card from unused from party.

Lots of fun for the entire family. From 4 to 40 and a 9 year old for good measure. Highly suggest great winter time escape and exercise. The lazer tag is addictive and a great work out, I was sweating after every game.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Although the establishment is very nice and if you get the unlimited package its very reasonable, the workers had very poor attitudes towards not only me but numerous other guests.

I think it is nice but, if there are birthday parties going on the outside people shouldnt be able to go when the parties are there . If the parties are from like 1-6 for example that means only the people that got invited to these parties should be the only ones there . The outside people can skate after the birthday party hours are done . Great for children with all the different things to do for the little ones

Very cool place for kids!There have been big improvements since I was last there as a child and Im impressed. The food was delicious and you got a good portion size per cost. The children loved the variety of activities and games. It kept 5 little ones entertained for a while!

Went for a discounted school event. What they dont tell you is they charge $2.50 for the skates. Which my son had on for probably 10 min because he has never skated before. Then they charge you $3.50 for 1hr too use a walker. Over priced food and drinks. The only reason I gave you 2 stars is because my child enjoyed the laser tag. What a waste of my $$

Roller Blades there are terrible. None of them snapped and were in very bad condition.. Tried on four pair. Asked for refund. Got go refund. Spent WAY to much money. $11 to skate for one person if u need to rent. Plus $7 for ball pit and $7 for inflatable... I could literally stay at Kalahari with 4 fam members as apposed to 4 fam members at Skatetown. Place IS HORRIBLE. No Class. Would give 0 stars if I could

I went to Skatetown for a friends birthday and I loved it. All I did was lasertag, the bumper cars, and the arcade but it was so fun. The moderators for lasertag were very friendly and the game was fun and fair. The arcade games are wonderful, with new additions left and right. The bumper cars, however, are my favorite part. The smoothness of the car, the controllable yet wild wheel, and the low price hands down make it the best thing at Skatetown. Go there!

Great time for the kids big and little my 3 and 5 year old had a great time staff was amazing

Place looks pretty vanilla from the outside but is clean and modern on the inside. Problem is most of the activities are good for the 8 and under crowd but not much to do for older kids and adults except the laser tag and a small arcade. Prices are reasonable and the snack bar is quite good. Would visit again.

Aesthetically the place looks really cool but the roller rink is so tiny its really only meant for small kids. They have these great school nights but theres just no organization to the staff. I understand that they are all probably high school kids but they definitely need a little bit more assistance in the management department. To stand in line for concessions is a nightmare! Its usually at least 20 people deep. the arcade games are all a dollar a piece which is very highly priced for a place that offers so many classic arcade games. I think if they could get a little management and lowered the price to the games it would serve much more of an overall fun experience without being a total hit to the parents. I have my kids birthday party there this past December but as soon as the birthday party started I had to keep looking for my party assistant it was supposed to help facilitate the times for things during the party

Laser tag is very fun and skating is very hard for me all they need to do is lower the prices

My family always have an awesome time when we are there. Staff is always courteous and helpful. The food is great and the homemade pizza is the best in the area! Top notch! The facility is always so neat and clean and there are multiple attractions for all ages. I would highly recommend Skatetown Hysteria to everyone in the area!

Today was the first time here. The kids (12) and (9) thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We paid 30 for the unlimited all day pass. We think it is a good deal. The food is reasonably priced and the place was not over crowded.

Absolutely love the activities offered, beautifully redone, clean, great entertainment. Only complaint is that the main workers (owners?) definitely need to improve their people skills , lack of friendliness prevents us from not wanting to support the business.

Just attended a birthday party here..it was a great place for a party, there was a lot to do and the entire staff were awesome and the kids and myself had an awesome time. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a kids party or just to go and relieve their teenage years simply skating !!!!!

Not the Skatetown I grew up with, and for good reason. Times change and so do attractions to keep the doors open. They have done a great job by giving kids tons of options and to keep them coming back. My kids have a new favorite indoor fun center and we plan on spending some rainy days there.

This place has been completely redone since the flood of 2011 (Hurricane Lee). Now includes laser tag, a ball pit, a inflatable obstacle course and an arcade with redemption. There is still skating as well. The area for skating is much smaller than before but the surface is brand new. Worth a second visit if you haven been here since the flood.

Amazing place, nice simple skating area, inflatable obstacle course for the children and play house. Arcade for people to spend their time or use to wait for my personal favorite part of the place, the Laser Tag Arena. Great place for parties and special occasions if you are looking for a fun time. Very popular with my kids. They could spend all day here. Also the food is much better than I expected. But I feel like I get nickeled and dimed here. You have to pay for each amenity individually and it adds up very quickly.
