I like this park. It is close to the hospital and Kroger. It is a nice place to go if you want to be alone and have some quiet time to yourself.

I love how shady this park is! it keeps everything from getting to hot to enjoy. theres two little playgrounds and two sets of swings. Theres a big grassy area and basketball courts. A small parking lot. its never busy. Theres restrooms and shelter houses. A cute little bridge. theres art work too. its close to second street and the hospital but not too close that you worry about your kids getting close to the road. We enjoyed playing here.

Its not terrible overall, but its not that good either.Its fine for a short time if playing Pokemon Go, at least.Maybe dont go here alone.

We like this park quite a bit. All ways clean and well groomed.

We used to love this park, but now I dont feel safe taking my kids there by myself anymore. There are always people sleeping on the picnic tables and camping out there. Just some questionable people there.

Good clean park with bathrooms..shaded benches to sit on..basketball court...shelters ..water fountains to drink from..playground equipment is probably geared more towards smaller kids...my kids (7 and 10) were ready to go after about half an hour...but it was nice..I never even know this park existed until today and I work not far from it.

A nice park but was approached by two homeless asking if I smoked and for a cigarette we finally left when a man would not stop staring at my children.

Accessible to to people who have children if they need a break away from the hospital. While waiting for answers from the doctor.

Has something for all ages, great for families, picnics or a pick-up basketball game!

People sleeping on picnic tables right by the play area is a bit offputting to say the least.

Needs cleaned up and the homeless and drugies ran off to many kids come here to play

This park is nice and shady in the summer. There are two play areas, one for smaller kids and one for larger. There are also picnic tables, two shelters, basketball courts, bathrooms, and a parking lot.

Nice park. Shade trees, climbing trees, tennis court, playground, picnic tables and shelter as well as bathrooms and water fountains. Not much parking.

Great place for pickup frisbee, lots of open space and shade, convenient location west of downtown.

Small, but has nice equipment.

So, its a park. What is has to do with buildings, other than your average city park restroom, or trades, I have no clue. Some rough looking fellows were playing basketball (possibly juggalos), so I just kept driving, but I sure dont think its the kind of place Id want to hang out for any long period of time.
