This place has great friendly coaches. I have been coming here for the past several months and my arms have never been stronger, Im also becoming more flexible. I highly recommend Stage Flight to any person of any age.

I visited from out of town just for aerial gym time. Rigging looks good, with a nice variety of apperatus to choose from! The staff was very welcoming and I enjoyed the space so much!!

We are attending the kids classes and they really love it. Its a lot of fun and parents can participate too for a fee. I would be interested in doing more progressive classes later.
