Not so busy.... Im sure because of Covid. But, it was so hot in there. And with wearing these mask....it was quite difficult to shop. I literally just sweated the moment I walked in....

Not a bad place to watch a movie.I didn’t get a chance to check out the mall that this theater is attached to but upon first glance, it did seem to be on the older side.

Totally empty theater. Sad to see these places suffering so bad during covid.

The movie was fantastic. The seats are comfortable. Everything was great. With one critical exception. The theater plays commercials during the previews. Not ads for the theater company but car ads, insurance ads, etc. One of the reasons you pay money to go see a movie in a theater instead of staying home is to avoid commercials. Well, Century has done away with that benefit. Not a big deal, right? Much ado about nothing? Maybe. But the whole audience groaned when the third commercial came on instead of a preview for a coming attraction. I will try a different theater next time. And if I want to have my viewing experience interrupted by commercials, I can save my $11 and just stay home.

This is a really nice theater with very comfortable seats & very good digital sound along very decent prices on snacks & moviesLooks like they added NEW seats since Ive been here last August 2017>these NEW seats are more comfortableI would deffently return to this theater since its a short drive for me

Great prices for shows. Not a busy theater but they have added reserved seats (not recliners) so If a popular show is on screen you have no issues. Concessions are clean and staff in normally attentive. Restrooms have always been clean. Rated 4 stars cause I have seen and heard staff using foul language and inappropriate actions. I did discuss with management at the time. Excluding that visit, the show experience has always been enjoyed here.

Seniors can see a matinee at the same price as children now. Really affordable.The seats are all remodeled and comfortable, even when they dont recline

An often forgotten gem of a theater. I like the audiences that join me there, always respectful. Always pretty clean. Good deals on prices available.

This is the first time we have been to this theater, we recently moved to the area and previously went to Marcus theaters. This theater was really, really average, but I feel the pricing reflects this. I missed the upgraded sound/speakers in the newer theaters the most. They do have a Starbucks, which I was excited about, but then disappointed as the person who was working was standing outside of it talking to a group of friends and had absolutely no interest in waiting on customers. I will likely go to Marcus in Addison next time but could see returning to Century theater if I wanted to see a no frills, cheap movie.

The dance performance was amazing! Also, I love to look at whats in all the stores.

The movie itself (picture, sound, tech) was great and we overall enjoyed it for that. The seats were a bit tight, but overall comfortable, even if not reclining like most local theaters. However, the theater has been better in the past. The floors were dirty, and not for lack of staff. Most staff were busy on their phones or playing with empty boxes from concessions. Popcorn wasnt very good, had burnt flavors in some handfuls.

The malls trying to re-vamp I feel like it’s been a slow progression but it’s fun for kids their Santa is alright but costly. You can find some awesome shops like Club Photo Booth your pro selfie spot and new dining options are popping up they have a cute carousel and little train the kid’s really seem to like. They do some cute events and trick or treating too! It’s not what it used tone but I’m hopefully the near future it will be much more!

Really like the process for getting your tickets when you buy them on line. Go right to the folks that take your ticket and they print it off. No need to go to a kiosk. The seats are NOT dream loungers, which was slightly disappointing.

Two different bathrooms looked like they had an explosion in them, and some seats were extremely grimy. Not to mention, they did not sweep before our movie began, so we were ankle deep in popcorn. With AMC just 20 minutes away, I wont be coming back soon.

The prices was very decent. The staff and quality of theaters are good.

After we purchased our tickets, we asked for pretzel bites at the concession stand and got a deer in the headlights look. Then we sat in an unusually cold (even by movie theater standards) theater looking at a blank screen before the movie started (20 minutes); but, still had to endure the movie previews and commercials on blast. The staff wasnt very helpful or knowledgeable. Hopefully the poor experience was due to the ealy show time...

Nice theater! They keep it really clean, every time that Ive been there. I really hope they get the new theater seating like others in the area. The chairs arnt terrible but they are uncomfortable. It felt like I was on an airplane with how close the rows are together & how narrow the seats are. If you are really tall, sit in the first row at the bottom at the main aisle or you wont have any legroom. The guy in front of me kept rocking his seat into my knees. His head was about a foot away from my lap. Then the guy sitting a chair away from me, decided to put his smelly feet on the chair next to me (since the arms lift up). That was the most annoying thing of the whole show.

Clean, with crowds that are focused on the movie. Seats a little old-school and less comfy than an AMC theater, but it gets the job done for the price point, among the lowest in the area.

Love this theater, plus the cinemark movie club really saves you money.

I’m typing this just as I settle down in the theater with my 3 children. I wanted to share that we just had a wonderful customer service with a gentleman named Christian at the front desk. I was having difficulty purchasing Fandango tickets online at the front desk, struggling with keeping the kids together and anxious about the line that was forming behind me.He was so kind, tried to help and reassuring me not to worry. After all was said and done he walked us to the gentleman receiving the tickets to assure we got in ok. He honestly made our day. Thank you Christian! #payingitforward ;)

Its great and cheap. If you go on Sundays at like 11 or something its very quiet and peaceful.

It all started on a summer day in Bloomingdale. It was very hot out, yet somehow all of the food was cold! Then I met this handsome young boy who made me 20 fresh hotdogs right when I needed them. I hadn’t eaten that day, so eating 20 hotdogs felt like a walk in the park. Then I walked into the theatre. That is where it all fell apart. Now you could hear me ramble on about how bad the experience was, from cleanliness to overall sound and picture quality. But it’s just easier for you to go in and see a movie and realize how terrible the place actually is. The only bright side was the hot dogs, which to this day, are the best hotdogs I’ve ever tasted. I also ordered a Double chocolate chip Frap at the Starbucks. They instead made me a caramel one, and thought I wouldn’t notice. I’m allergic to caramel, so that didn’t go well. The paramedics ended up coming to the theatre as I had an allergic reaction. Everyone was looking at me. It was the single most embarrassing moment of my life. All the staff did was look at me, except for the nice handsome hot dog boy, who ran over to help. So in conclusion, this whole theatre sucks except for 2 parts about it. One is the hot dogs, they are phenomenal. The second is that young boy. I believe his name was Richard.

Convenient location for me but usually go to the Cinamark in Springhill Mall because of the luxury seating. I love Cinamark no matter where it is.

Great movie theater. Always is playing the biggest movies. The theaters themselves are a little small compared to some other theaters, but that is due to it being in a mall and makes up for it by being cheaper.

Nice movie theater thats located in Stratford Square mall. Have seen movies many times especially when I lived in Bloomingdale. Matinee prices are only $4.50! Usually movies until about 4pm. If this theater had reclining seats, I think they would be much busier! When all other theater like AMC are charging like $6-$9 for matinee movies, this theater is absolutely worth going to!!

Love this place. Great concessions and fun arcade area. Also the supervisor Amy is the greatest OF ALL TIME! Shes very friendly and accommodating. And shes kicked out the loud obnoxious teenagers who try to sneak into r rated movies.Shes a true saint and woman of the people!AMY IS GREAT!

Went to see a movie based on the show time info on their Web site but was told there was no show at that time. No appology. Just said we should have called ahead because Web info was not always up to date. They need to get their system up to date.We wanted to select seats on the side of entrance. but the ticket counter staff didnt know which side of the seating map the entrance was. We ended up getting the wrong side. As senior aged customers, wed like to sit closer to the exit.The seats are rather uncomfortable.

The theater was decent. It features a very nice bar as soon as you enter. Its stained inside the mall which is extremely convenient. My only issues were the actual seating in the theater. They dont recline and went very comfortable which is standard bike for theaters. For all the modern decor, comfort should have been considered as will.

Lots of fun for indoor activities with a wide range of options to choose from. Restaurants, arcades, movie theater, and shopping, along with a Crossfit style gym called L.I.F.T and ice skating rink. Nice to see a mall adapting to the current economic climate and still bustling with people!

Reasonable ticket, clean, and easy to get to.

Only have good things to say about this place, I enjoyed going there with the family. Its clean well-organized and the employees although young seem to know what theyre doing and are friendly. Of course I wish the food was a little bit cheaper, food at the concession stands is always way overpriced but you need something to munch on when youre in the movies.

Just an OK theater. The seats are nice and wide and the cushions comfortable. But the rows are a bit too close together and caused my legs to cramp. Also, the sound system isnt first rate - at least in Auditorium 1. I saw Mary Poppins Returns there last night and the sound was a bit muddy. It might have been OK for a non-musical show.

Everyday adults and children go to the movie theater and see different movies. This movie theater has popcorn and soda which if people buy a large popcorn or soda and the refills are free. And at the movie theaters it has the times of each movie.

I love to go during the matinees, it is so quiet and not crowded. The employees that serve you at the register or your tickets and the counter for snacks are very caring. Today I was running late so instead of waiting for my ice cream cuz they were short-handed, I was able to go into the theater and they brought my snack to me. That was so thoughtful thank you Cinemark!

Hotdogs was pretty darn good. END GAME was awesome. Comfortable seats too!

Clean but there were no employees available when I wanted to buy my drink and nachos. The guy taking tickets had to come sell it to me.

We were the first customers to return to our local Cinemark Cinema at Stratford Square Mall in Bloomingdale!! We knew they had set up many ways of keeping the public safe and decided this would be our first foray to such a public place. Fully confident in our cinemas interest and ability in keeping us all safe, we arrived there, phone-in-hand, having used my Cinemark app to order tickets the night before! Everyone wore masks, and there was sanitizer available at multiple points throughout the Cinema. We purchased snacks (packaged), paid by Credit Card (touchless) and went on to our films auditorium, passing crew members involved in cleaning and sanitizing on the way. Just as the film started, another man entered and went up to the higher rows to be seated. Seats are well-marked as to available vs non available for social distancing, so we werent near the other person. I believe we all enjoyed the experience of watching a film on the big screen again, after months of self-quarantine, in wonderful surround sound!️Thank you to our Cinemark Cinema for reintroducing one of our favorite pastimes to us so safely!!️We are so glad to see you again and to be back with you again!!️Having seen your procedures designed to keep all of us safe first hand, we have complete confidence in your intent and ability to do so, and encourage other film fans to join in the experience!

They got rid of discount ticket Tuesday. They have police there but you still get scummy people messing up your movie theater experience. Not worth it

Seats are old style, didnt recline and not very comfortable. I think for the money it was a disappointment! I thought the food and refreshments were very over priced as well.

The layout is a little weird due to how it has to fit into the space, but its otherwise reasonably nice. Not worth traveling to long-distance, but nothing youd like to avoid, either.

Saw a matinee on a Friday. Staff was friendly and helpful. The theatre was almost empty. Sound was good, picture was good and the place was clean.

They have great matinee specials and very comfortable seats.

Large and clean with low prices on Tuesday. Lots of parking, right inside of the mall entrance. When it was too warm inside I asked them to turn up the AC and they did right away. Staff is genuinely friendly. Its not a 5 because the mens room is very oddly set up but in all other respects its a 5.

When i went to go see my most anticipated movie of this year, i came across an assistant manager named Josh Morris. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. My movie experience was greatly enhanced with the help of my new favorite assistant manager and friend, Josh Morris.

Not the best there Ive been to. Some of the seats are awkwardly far back from the screen and are kinda scrunched. Also theyre not reclining. I reccomend classic cinemas 18 in charlestown

Docking 2 stars for the length of advertisements and trailers (30 min+!!). I always tend to arrive early because they dont have reserved seats and I end up spending 30 min watching random ads and trailers. This seriously affects the overall movie watching experience. Please reduce the length of these trailers or introduce reserved seating. There are always better options around. PS: They accept moviepass and you can pick up tickets from the kiosk.
