The location in carol stream... Every single one of the employees are amazing. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this place. They are the BEST people you will find. Pretty much on the planet.

The employee that was working last week name Huzefa was very polite individual. My son was crying because he fell and the employee was polite enough to check on my son to see if he was okay and gave him a band aid. We need more people like him, give this man a raise.

Super fun and cool spot. My granddaughter’s are 8 & 4 and they loved it. I wish I could upload videos because the pictures really don’t do it justice. Staff was super helpful and focused on safety. Pizza was overpriced but good. As you can see from the pictures the ball area is huge and you can’t even see it all..... If you lose something in there. It’s gone. They have lockers for rent and I took advantage of that. Walk in pricing was very reasonable for the amount of fun had!

So awesome! Although I think the poor workers need more staff. I stepped in to help with harnesses, to try to help ease the lines up. It worked! They are great employees, and definitely use teamwork. We had so much fun! The zip line, hollllllly wow.. do not fly like superman.. you Will Spin out of control... a fun fight for all who saw. But I had a blast and both my girls did too. We came for a birthday party! It was a place i would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience. It was great especially with the help of Juli the manager. She help us become a member and made my family feel welcome. She remember us when we came for the second time. She is very friendly and does great at managing. We were here for the grand opening and she was able to manage the new staff while dealing with the customers. The smile on her face never left. We appreciate URBAN Air for hiring people like her.

Visited this place for birthday party. We were all impressed. The place is clean and they provide you with slip resistant socks for kids. It has several different areas for children that are age appropriate and they are monitored by a staff member. Individual trampolines for the little ones and larger areas for older kids. Dodge ball is a favorite and its in an enclosed area. Also has a obstacle course area thats fun. Worth the trip. Check out the pictures associated with this review.

Fun & amazing!Was recently there with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday & I couldn’t have chosen a better place. There was many actives for the kids, the food was good, and Jonathan with the rest of his staff were great people. I felt welcomed and the kids had a great time

Could have been a little more clear on the order of events. We were not explained when pizza would be served and by the time it was served there was not enough time for cake and presents after. Maby they can print a sample itinerary that you can see at check in. Over all it was a good time and I would recommend it to anyone. The kids had a blast and many were asking their parents to have their next party here.

I attended a party for my granddaughter and was thoroughly disappointed, while they had great activities for the kids when it came time for the kids to eat they brought in a few pizzas and some cold mozzarella sticks with no sauce. in order to try to correct the situation we had to go find someone who said they would bring us more mozzarella sticks if we wanted. Yes the kids had fun what I felt the follow-up with food was very lacking. For the price paid for this event I would not recommend it to anyone in the future.

Was there 12/14/19 had a good time at my son birthday party . I was doing all the courses and until I lost my iPhone 8 in the foam area or ball area . I notify manager and provided a phone number to contact me if found .I already tracked the phone and it’s still at this location after I called and the manager and he states he looked in ball area but not foam area. I travel for work and won’t be able to come all the way to Bloomingdale to search for it . I spoke with the manager two occasions and his promptness to Have his team members assist has been a i don’t care matter. When a customer paid 400$ at your establishment and then I lose an item where I have proof that it’s still there and a police report and the manager don’t care .Service here sucks and should not be recommended when time of need

My almost 4 year old kid has lot of fun in this place. I liked the variety of play places unlike their competitors. Trampoline, maze , rock climbing and some rides too. For adults they had a section with few bowling lines. I couldnt rate the price of this place yet.since it was a bday party.

No air in the party rooms everyone sweats to death even though they keep saying they will turn it on.Service was barely there, you have to remind the kids what to do when to do over and over againThey don’t have anything prepared. They brought drinks with no cups u til you told them to. Plates with no plastic forks until you reminded them5 xHad to go down and speak to the front desk twice and both times our server was chit chatting with friends while our guests have been waiting for the basics ... water silverware ice cups etc...Etc... etc...

Fun place for kids 5 and up. Really need more of a toddler section. Need a better stragetery for lines. Kind of sucks to have a kid wait 20minutes to rock climb. They need a time limit or something for that area.

This place was great. My group and I were lucky enough to have a nice & very helpful worker named Reilly to help us through when we needed it! Highly recommend.

Good place for kids to enjoy and have fun.

The workers at this location are very rude. I wore the correct type of socks but they were from another trampoline facility. A worker wouldnt let me jump unless I changed. I did get new socks. But after that, she kept following me and my family around, making sure we didnt break any rules. For a moment, I caught the worker glaring at me too. It was really annoying and I felt that they did not want us there. I will not go back to this location. To the Manager: Get new staff. They suck.

My kids always have a blast here. We bought one of the memberships and we have definitely already made our money back on the amount of times we have visited.Of course, it can get pretty crowded sometimes but my kids never seem to wait that long for their turn. I like that there is availability of food inside and they offer free water which is great.The only thing thing I wish they may change or add is more seating. I know it can be tough maybe with the space but sometimes its really hard to find a seat and I end up walking around with all of my kids shoes, jackets, and everything else.Overall though its a great place and I would totally recommend it!

Place was packed on a Sunday but my kids were able to do all the activities with no wait or a very little wait time. Enjoyed our time.

This place is so much fun for the kiddos! They run, jump and play and then they sleep! Plus they serve wine & beer for the parents!

Great place with lots to do. The only reason for the 4 star is the place can get a little crazy and its easy to lose a kid.

The kids have fun but the parents do not. NO WIFI? Why would you do this to us? Cell tower signal is bad anywhere except near the windows. Chairs arent comfy at all. Its louder than expected. There are no coat racks or shoe cubbies other than the ones in the reserved party rooms, forcing people who cant find a free table or chair to pay for lockers. We are already spending a lot! Pretty shady, especially for an area in which people routinely need coats 6 months out of the year.Its not all complaints though. The staff seem friendly, helpful, and dont hate being around kids. The facility is clean. There is a nice variety of activities. The special sales are appreciated--not a lot of places seem to do that anymore.

Was invited to a party today, my son had a great time despite being overcrowded. I would go back but probably very early to enjoy it fully. Also if this is a family place why were there no changing tables in the restrooms? Also there should be a private place for nursing moms as well.

I went to this place a day ago and this place is not safe. There are little kids running all over the trampoline part were they can easy get knocked down by bigger kids and get hurt. They where also running on the same trampoline I was jumping on. Kids kept jumping into the battle beam foam pit. If a kid gets knocked off the beam they can land on them and hurt them. It will be better if there was a actual game of dodgeball. A person controlling the dodgeball games and battle beam areas will make it a lot more fun.

Recommend for children of all ages. Location is always clean. Great amusements. Great management.

One person behind the desk. waited in line for an hour! If I had the monthly membership I would be extremely unhappy as you can’t cancel for 12 months! Terrible customer service ! Just picked up my son and he says this was the worst place ever! Very small and the dodge ball terrible. the jumping place has very little room. the zip line was super long and the straps were tangled so bad that it took forever to put on each kid.the dodgeball was worn off and terrible and the foam in the foam out was getting into peoples eyes and really bothering them. zero supervision by staff. So computer glitch or not the whole experience was terrible. Will never visit again go to Sky Zone! waste of $30!

I hosted my son 3 years old birthday here on March 8,2020 and our experience is not worth for the price we paid. The kids love the park but the Food is not good and take forever even though we had order in advanced for our party. We are really hungry but not good and when the pizza arrived, it was cold and doesn’t taste good anymore.. my reservation was at 5:30 and I didn’t get the food until 7 soemtbing...and I kept have to ask the staff for it. that’s ridiculous because all the kids play and they get hungry. For the price we paid, we expecting more better quality on food and service... overall the play ground is good, the kids love it but I would not booked the party anymore because not worth it. My guest was unhappy and they were super hungry . In the end we have to order our side food. And a lot of left over pizza because it was cold n noone want to eat it. I would recommend just walk in and order food at the cafe instead of paying $300+ for barLd quality of food. if I paid for that amount, I rather go to chuckechesse or Dave and buster is better . I booked this place bexusee if the good reviews and something new for the kids but I am really disappointed and unsatisfied.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. They almost made us not come here! As a nanny of 4 girls I’m super cautious of our activities to always make sure they are positive.This was a fantastic experience. The oldest who is always “bored” went out of her way to come up to me and say how much fun she was having. It also kept the youngest busy!It was safe healthy positive environment..and the staff was friendly. Sounds like some people just need to discipline their children instead of letting them act a fool. And then maybe they will all have a positive experience!

Somewhere different than Sky Zone. Offer all the games ziplining bowling miniature golf. Great for kids!

I went today to celebrate my daughters birthday took some of her friends, the young man and lady at the check in counter were super nice, staff by climbing wall great, staff at snack bar great and trampoline great, Except the young lady with piercing on her nose at the Skyline was super rude to the kids the harness were being strapped tight around the kids neck leaving them marked, she kept telling the kids “ are you going to come back in 5 seconds”. I told my daughter u should of said, “Fu$k yes, I paid full price, now get out of my way and their is the door if u don’t like your job. So keep smiling u brat and do your job”.

Can’t wait to go back!! Had my son’s birthday party here today and it was an amazing experience! The staff was extremely helpful and always checking in and not to mention the food was great as well! The kids already want to go back!

I was there today, April 7th and I would like to give Skylar a shout out for a wonderful job she did with helping other staff. I came in with my family, it was a large group of us and she helped the staff ring us up, put wristbands on, and get socks. When she was done helping my family, she was helping the other staff assist another family. I appreciate her hard work and helping staff out without being asked. I appreciate her dedication in helping others. Her and the other staff remained positive and calm during our whole transaction, although it was very complicated as we had multiple transactions. Thanks to them we had a great time we will be coming back!

Normal cost $8.99 per 5 year old, but they charge an additional $19.99 per 5 year old for birthday parties (birthday packages start at $275 to $369 without the room and/or food or drinks). I could invite her whole class of 30 kids and still be under their basic price for a birthday party. I do not have a problem paying for the birthday package (as I was actually going to spend more so I could invite everyone); I just have an issue purchasing the birthday package when the kids are not old enough or tall enough to do everything in the package. I called to see if they had a package for younger kids or could I host a special event so I could invite more kids and they stated there is no flexibility with the packages; what is posted is what you get. As far as the kids having fun and playing, we go there often and my kids do have a blast playing. They love everything about it and have a lot of fun. It was just not right for this age group for a birthday party. We found another location for our party.

I dont understand the 2nd time I went there it was kind of a late like 1 30 minutes before closing time . They were able to give us discount because they were closing within in 2 hours. The 3rd time I got there I was like an hour from closing time and they were unable to give us discount. When you pay they tell you its for 2 hours so if its 1 hour before closing I think you shouldnt pay the full price because its only half the time left . So I argued with the cashier and he called the manager and he looked kind of a young and we asked him if he could give us a discount he refused because thats how the payments are well I will never go there so late.its bad that they make you pay full price plus the manager is an experience person to look at this situation in the different way rather than scamming costumers.. Just go there at let 3 hr before closing. Hi

Great place to work, the staff is very close with one another and we are a family. It’s definitely a great place to work for your first job. We try and make it our #1 priority to have our guest have the best experience possible.

All around was not a very good experience from start to finish. some of the staff was super rude, they were just standing around having conversations instead of watching the park where all the kids were running around doing whatever they wanted. i didn’t once see any rules being unforced. park was super dirty, there was garbage all over the floor as well as the bathrooms were trashed. just super bummed that the place was such a let down.

It seems as if your money flies into the air at Urban Air. Really, $3 for a bottle of water?Why not make the cost of admission one flat rate based on age/height? Despite having the same socks from a trampoline park, we still had to purchase their socks. There were way too many kids during our visit, resulting in long lines and my five and four-year-old getting knocked over by bigger kids running. Yes, the kids did enjoy playing when they got on something, but if you are looking to go somewhere that has family friendly prices, this is not the place. We will not be back.

So, my sister was having a birthday party at this place and I loved the music and everything there! I sat with my mom and my dad and we had some pizza! I loved this place (even though I didn’t play) also, I loved the idea of the zip line thingy... It looked awesome! My parents are letting me and my sister come back today! This will be a blast!

I brought my kids and niece here over spring break and the ride got caught to my niece hair and snatched her braid FROM HER SCALP I went to the manager just to inform the staff of what happened and they tried to say my niece was lying. I was so hurt because the least anyone could have done was apologize but they just stood and stared at her bald spot while telling me the harnest is placed in the middle of her back so there is no way it could be by her head not realizing that when your feet are no longer on the ground your body drops slightly especially for dips. My kids love this place and I’ll never return again!

My nephew loves this place but unfortunately I doubt Ill return. The manager Ally is rude and her deposition is terrible. I went for Saturday for a BOGO special and she told me it wasnt available for all packages even though that wasnt specified online and I called in advance to verify it was for all packages. I proceeded to pay full price for 2 and called corporate. Ally later found me to tell me she spoke to her manager who informed her that the BOGO special was for all packages and she was going to return all my money which they did. She then found me to rudely tell me she receives all comments made because shes GM. I said yes I called but Ill let them know when they follow up you apologized and gave me a refund. She then rudely said well Im following so is everything all right? I said yes and just walked away. Quite frankly if it wasnt for the kids I was with I would have left. Ally is terrible so she get zero stars. But the place is fun.

What a great, family-oriented place and a wonderful value! We are definitely coming back and bring more kids. This is a welcome addition to the Bloomingdale area. Everything is neat and clean and the staff couldnt be nicer.

The management and staff here are very patient and courteous. This Urban Air is awesome with lots of fun stuff for my kids to play and enjoy. The place is very clean and new. We recently witnessed an incident at the park with some discourteous young men and my wife and I were impressed at the way the situation was handled by the staff. We felt safe and glad to see it resolved. We will definitely be back again and again! Very impressed.

Love every part of this park. The staff is wonderful and keep the place very clean. Was there Friday night and saw few boys acting up and I really liked how the staff took care of the situation and asked them to leave, looking out for the rest of the guests! And PROTECTING our children. Cant wait to go again. THIS PLACE ROCKS.

Urban air is definitely a place I will be returning to. I went with my 2yo son, my sister, my 50 yo uncle, and my two teenage cousins. Every one of us had a blast. There were activities we all got to enjoy together. I loved that I got a discounted adult ticket for access to the activites I could do with my son. I definitely put my body through a workout but it didnt feel like it because we were having so much fun. The waiting lines werent bad. I enjoyed watching what the people in front of me were doing so I know which course I would choose for my turn. The staff was very friendly and were even looking out for my son when he was on the trampoline floor and bigger kids would knock him down by running or jumping past him. I would definitely reccomend this place for anyone with children. Its a great place to teach a child to challenge themselves and be adventurous!

Totally recommend going there on a weekday tho, not crowded and the kids have a BLAST!

My experience on there food was so bad waited over a hour for my food the employees didn’t even know what we ordered. They only have large pizza which isn’t a large more like a small. The wings are horrible and small and I was missing a wing after taking so long had to wait again won’t be back food is horrible.

I had a blast with my cousins a lot definitely will come back again!

This place is just what Bloomingdale needed! Its gorgeous, clean, and has something for everyone! My kids LOVED the rock climbing section, there are at least 6 different attractions just in this area alone! We receive personalized attention from the GM and the staff was amazingly professional and friendly. Btw, the wings and pizza they offer in the cafe are delicious! I will be coming back again for sure :)

In Chicago for business and decided to bring the family to spend the weekend. Wife researched some fun indoor activities for the kids and found this newly opened Urban Air location. Had a good experience with the one in Austin, TX and this location did not disappoint! New, clean, friendly staff, reasonable price. Kids had a blast! As we all know, if theyre happy....wifes happy....and if wifes happy....you know the rest.These parks are great and would definitely come back to this location next time were in the area.

Decided to drive an hour away to spend time with my kids on a Sunday. The lady at the front desk was very rude while I was making my purchased. She was very unprofessional and difficult to work with. The manager Breana was also very unprofessional to me while my kids was present. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.I was never ASKED TO LEAVE, I left the property due to the safety of me and my kids. I’m not sure who informed you but the left out the important piece. I left AT-WILL.

This place is amazing! The prices were so much better than SkyZone or any other trampoline park. I called around for a while and found Urban Air and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. My little ones were ready to go before I was! There is a huge trampoline room, dodgeball, a crash-mat, a pit where you can knock your opponent in by jousting, a mini ultimate ninja warrior course (which was so difficult), rides, an indoor zipline, rock climbing. Guys, please go here. I enjoyed it so much, everything was pretty much $50 total for me, my spouse, and 2 kids to jump and do everything except bowling (which we didnt care for anyways once we did everything else). I will be going back with or without the kids lol because we had a blast!

This park is amazing!!! My 3 kids all had so much fun and were entertained for hours! The staff is so helpful and friendly...they really watch out for all the kids and make safety a top priority. Definitely booking my son’s birthday party here. Will be coming back next weekend!
